Determination of vinyl orientation of mouse neuroglobin by 2D nuclear Overhauser spectroscopy

1H NMR has been used to determine the 2-,4-vinyl orientation of heme active site from oxidized mouse neuroglobin (mNgb).The NOEs between 3-methyl and Hα, Hβ of 2-vinyl, together with the NOEs between 5-methyl and Hα, Hβ of 4-vinyl, allowed the unambiguous determination of trans and cis orientations for the 2- and 4-vinyl groups in the mNgb, respectively.     

Red-emitting salicylaldehyde Schiff base with AIE behaviour and large Stokes shift

Three salicylaldehyde Schiff base (SSB) with AIE behavior were designed and facilely synthesized through a condensation reaction. In solid and aggregation states, these SSB dyes exhibited yellow to red emission with large Stokes shift. One of SSB dyes could specifically stain lipid droplets in living cells.     

Total synthesis of bis-（2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl）-methane as potent PTP1B inhibitor

Protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B （PTP1B） plays an important role as a negative regulator and has been proved to be an effective target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Bis-（2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl）-methane 7 was first reported as a natural bromophenol with significant inhibition against PTP1B which was isolated from red algae Rhodomela conrervoides. Intrigued by its astonishing activity （IC50 = 2.4 μmol/L）, compound 7 was synthesized with the overall yield of 24% and evaluated for its PTPIB inhibitory activity compared with natural compound.     

An efficient method for the synthesis of dialkyl chlorophosphates from trialkyl phosphites using bis（trichloromethyl） carbonate

A mild and simple method for the synthesis of dialkyl chlorophosphates is described, bis（trichloromethyl） carbonate （BTC） is used as the effective reagent for the conversion of dialkyl phosphites to their corresponding dialkyl chlorophosphates under mild conditions.

大气Ring效应差分截面的计算

基于差分吸收光谱算法,使用卫星数据反演大气NO2和SO2等痕量气体柱浓度的时候,Ring效应是影响反演结果精度的一个重要因素。Ring效应是指:受太阳表面大气消光效应影响,产生称之为夫琅禾费线的暗线结构,而由于太阳光在地球大气中传输引起非弹性散射,导致观测到的夫琅禾费线变短,这个结果可以近似地认为是对夫琅禾费线的填充。研究表明,大气中的N2和O2分子的转动拉曼散射是导致Ring效应的主要原因。利用星载传感器OMI/AURA测量的太阳光谱和N2和O2分子的转动拉曼散射截面卷积,除以原始太阳光谱,再经过差分计算,可以获得Ring效应的差分截面,以用来反演痕量气体的浓度。计算的结果与利用辐射传输方程得到的结果比较,相关系数R2达到了0.9663,表明二者基本是一致的。
