政府环保补助下企业机会主义行为治理机制研究

环境规制是释放制度红利，促进经济与环境协调发展的有效手段。环境税收和环保补助作为现阶段最常用的环境规制手段，前者被广泛关注，鲜有文献重点关注环保补助中的机会主义行为。本文通过构建演化博弈模型深入探讨政府对企业进行环保补助过程中企业投机行为产生的机理及治理机制，动态检验了企业策略及政府监管强度选择的影响因素。研究表明：政府信任能够减少企业机会主义行为的发生，而加强监管力度可以巩固政府信任；政府实施“强监管”策略的动力不足，不仅仅受制于监管成本，更取决于其获取的政治收益。据此提出政策建议，为推动我国企业绿色创新发展提供重要参考。     

1,1-环丁烷二羧酸单、双核铜配合物的合成、晶体结构、热分析和磁性

Two new copper complexes, [Cu（cbdc）（phen）（H2O）]·2H2O （1） and [Cu2（cbdc）（phen）2（H2O）2]（ClO4）2·H2O （2） （cbdc= 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate and phen= 1,10-phenanthroline）, were synthesized by reaction of cbdc with Cu（ClO4）2 and phen in ethanol aqueous solution. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P2（1）/c and a=0.9428（4） nm, b= 1.2183（5） nm, c= 1.6265（7） nm, β= 102.418（5）°, V= 1.8246（13） nm^3, Z=4, R=0.0445, wR2=0.0947. The structure of 1 is discretely mononuclear, which is packed by π…π interaction forming a 3D supramolecular structure where Cu（Ⅱ） ion is five-coordinated and has square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Its thermal decomposition procedure detail was studied by thermal analysis TG-DSC. Complex 2 belongs to monoclinic system with space group P2（1）/c and a=0.8897（3） nm, b= 1.9130（8） nm, c= 1.9936（8） nm,β=99.04（2）°, V=3.351（2） nm^3, Z=4, R=0.0540, wR2=0.1102. The structure of 2 is a discrete binucleus, where Cu（1） is four-coordinated by phen and cbdc in a square-planar geometry while Cu（2） is five-coordinated by phen, one O of cbdc and two H2O, which can be best described as distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. Cu（1） and Cu（2） are linked by carboxylic group of cbdc in a bidentate bridging fashion. Variable-temperatttre magnetic susceptibilities of 2 in 2-300 K showed that its magnetic behavior obeyed Curie law.     

氨基化合物与乙酰二茂铁环汞的反应

对甲基苯胺、氨基吡啶、乙二胺、氨基硫脲等与乙酰二茂铁环汞反应合成了一系列乙酰二茂铁亚胺和乙酰二茂铁亚胺环汞,其结构经1HNMR, IR和元素分析表征。其中[η5 - C5H4MeCNNHC(S)NH2 ]Fe(η5 - C5H5 )·1 /2CH2Cl2 经X 射线单晶衍射仪确证属三斜晶系,P- 1空间群,Mr=387. 12, a=7. 5939(2) , b=7. 8355(2) , c=14. 822(3) , α=92. 72(3)°, β=100. 62(3)°, γ=101. 92°, V=848. 2(3) 3, Z=2, ρC=2. 049mg·cm-3, μ=1. 323mm-1, F(000) =398,最终偏离因子R=0. 0537, wR=0. 1283。     

基于三核锰(Ⅲ)结构单元的二维配位聚合物的合成、结构和磁性研究

新合成了钠离子桥联三核锰结构单元的配位聚合物{[NaMn₃^ⅢO(sao)₃(tfbdc)(H₂O)₄]·0.5H₂O·2CH₃CH₂OH}_n(1) (H₂tfbdc=2, 3, 5, 6-四氟对苯二甲酸;H₂sao=水杨醛肟),对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和单晶X-射线衍射结构分析。配合物属于三斜晶系, 空间群P1.该配合物是一个由三核锰结构单元[Mn₃O]构成的、钠离子和四氟对苯二甲酸桥联的二维配位聚合物。磁学性质研究表明, 该配合物中锰离子之间存在着反铁磁性耦合作用。     

Two-dimensional multiplicity fluctuation analysis of target residues in nuclear collisions

Multiplicity fluctuation of the target residues emitted in the interactions in a wide range of projectile energies from 500 A MeV to 60 A GeV is investigated in the framework of two-dimensional scaled factorial moment methodology.The evidence of non-statistical multiplicity fluctuation is found in 16 O-AgBr collisions at 60 A GeV,but not in 56 Fe-AgBr collisions at 500 A MeV,84 Kr-AgBr collisions at 1.7 A GeV,16 O-AgBr collisions at 3.7 A GeV and 197 Au-AgBr collisions at 10.7 A GeV.
