在弱还原气氛下采用高温固相法制备Ba0.955A l2-xGaxS i2O8:Eu2+(x=0~1.0)系列荧光粉,研究Ga3+置换A l3+对晶体结构和光谱特性的影响。Ga3+与A l3+以类质同相替代进入BaA l2S i2O8晶格形成连续固溶体,晶胞参数a,b,c,β和晶胞体积V均随Ga3+置换量呈线性增加。宽带激发光谱,覆盖范围为230~400 nm,可拟合成4个峰,表观峰值位于330 nm,基本不随Ga3+置换量变化;随着Ga3+置换量的增加,半高宽从93 nm减小至83 nm。发射光谱位于375~560 nm,可由422和456 nm两峰拟合而成,表观峰值位于434 nm,两拟合峰峰位均随Ga3+置换量呈线性红移,且拟合峰强度比呈线性递减。 相似文献

A phosphor, Ba0.97Al2Si2O8∶Eu2+, was synthesized by high temperature solid-phase method at different temperatures. The samples were characterized by TG/DTA, XRD and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that the main phase for host of these luminescence materials is barium feldspar BaAl2Si2O8∶Eu2+ and there is a transition from hexagonal crystal system to monoclinic crystal system in the process of the sintering of barium feldspar. The luminescent phenomen of barium feldspar with hexagonal structure can not be observed under the excitation of ultraviolet lamp of 365 nm while the barium feldspar with monoclinic structure has excellent luminescence properties. The excitation spectra of all these samples show broad band spectra ranging from 250~390 nm with peak at λex of 357 nm,which indicates that these samples can be effectively excited by near ultraviolet ; the emission spectra range from 380~600 nm with peak at λem of 433 nm. The luminescent intensity increases then decreases with the concentration of doping Eu2+ ions. When the concentration of dopants is 2.5mol%, the luminescent intensity reaches the maximum value. When the concentration of Eu2+ ions changes from 0.5mol% to 2.5mol%, the emission peak has a red shift from 427 nm to 440 nm. 相似文献

We conduct an electron magnetohydrodynamics magnetic reconnection experiment with guide-field in our Keda linear magnetized plasma device, in which two pulsed currents with the same direction are conducted in parallel with the axial direction of the main chamber of the device using two long aluminum sticks. After approximately 5μs, an X-type magnetic field line topology is formed at the center of the chamber. With the formation of the X-type topology of magnetic field lines, we can also find the rapid increase of the current and ratio of the common flux to the private flux in this area. Additionally, a reduction in the plasma density and the plasma density concentration along one pair of separatrices can also be found. 相似文献

由高温固相反应制得Ba0.955Al2Si2-xTixO8∶Eu2(x=0~1.0)系列试样,通过XRD和荧光光谱测试,研究各试样的晶体结构和光谱特性.XRD分析结果表明,当Ti4+置换Si4+的量逐渐增至1.0时,各试样均为单斜晶系,空间群为C2/m(12),其晶胞参数a,b,c,β和晶胞体积V呈线性递增,其中晶胞参数c变化幅度最大,a最小,试样的晶粒尺寸略微减小.荧光光谱分析结果表明,试样的荧光激发谱为宽带,位于230 ~ 400 nm,可264 nm、303 nm、341nm和367 nm四个峰拟合成,表观峰值位于340 nm;试样的发射光谱为370~600 nm一宽带不对称峰,峰值为434nm,可拟合成419 nm和453 nm两峰,两拟合峰峰位随Ti4+置换量增加线性红移;利用试样荧光光谱和Van Uitert经验公式,得出BaAl2 Si2O8∶Eu2+中Ba2+的配位数为9. 相似文献

Sr_(0.975)Al_2Si_2O_8∶Eu_(0.025)~(2+)系列荧光粉利用高温固相法合成,系统研究了预烧温度、预烧时间、烧成温度和助溶剂硼酸的量对荧光体晶体结构和发光性能的影响;研究结果表明,各试样均为单斜晶系SrAl_2Si_2O_8,荧光体的X射线衍射强度、荧光体的晶粒尺寸及荧光体的发射强度,均随着预烧温度、预烧时间、烧成温度和助溶剂硼酸量的增加,呈先增加后减小的变化趋势。当预烧温度为1000℃,预烧时间为150 min,烧成温度为1250℃,助溶剂硼酸的量为6wt%,制得的荧光体Sr_(0.975)Al_2Si_2O_8∶Eu_(0.025)~(2+)的发光强度最强,优化了合成条件。 相似文献
