First-Principles Study of Electronic Structure of the Laves Phase ZrFe2

We perform the ab initio calculation for obtaining the density of states and magnetic properties of ZrFe2 Laves phase compound based on the method of augmented plane waves plus local orbital The results indicate that the ferromagnetic state is more stable than the paramagnetic one, but with a slightly larger volume. The 3d - 4d exchange interactions between Fe and Zr electrons lead to the antiparallel coupling for Fe 3d and Zr 4d states, which is responsible for the ferrimagnetic ordering of the compound. The resulting magnetic moment of about 1.98μB for Fe is spatially localized near the Fe site, while around Zr a small but extended negative spin states causes a moment of about -0.44 μB. Moreover, the resulting magnetic moments with the generalized gradient approximation are more consistent with experimental values than that of the local-spin density approximation.     

Electrochemical Deposition and Properties of ZnTe Nanowire Array

Pulsed electrodeposited technique is applied to fabricate ZnTe nanowire arrays with different diameters into the anodic alumina membrane in citric acid solution. The x-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy indicate that the high ordered, uniform and single-crystalline nanowires have been fabricated. The optical absorption spectra of the nanowire array show that the optical absorption band edge of the ZnTe nanowire array exhibit a blue shift compared with that of bulk ZnTe, and the nonlinear current-voltage characteristic is observed.     

Flat Supercontinuum Generation at 1550 nm in a Dispersion-Flattened Microstructure Fibre Using Picosecond Pulse

The generation of a flat supercontinuum of over 80nm in the 1550nm region by injecting 1.6ps 10 GHz repetition rate optical pulses into an 80-m-long dispersion-flattened microstructure fibre is demonstrated. The fibre has small normal dispersion with a variation smaller than 1.5 （ps·nm^-1·km^-1） between 1500 and 1650nm. The generated supercontinuum ranging from 1513 to 1591 nm has the flatness of ±1.5 dB and it is not so flat in the range of several nanometres around the pump wavelength 1552nm. Numerical simulation is also used to study the effect of optical loss, fibre parameters and pumping conditions on supercontinuum generation in the dispersion-flattened microstructure fibre, and can be used for further optimization to generate flat broad spectra.

相干态与压缩态迭加的量子特性

基于量子力学基本理论,构造了一个由相干态与单模压缩态构成的新迭加态:|φ>=N(|α> eiψ|β>g);详细讨论了其压缩效应和光子数反聚束效应,发现该迭加态呈现出多样的量子特性.在按类似奇偶相干态的方式迭加时,迭加态具有奇偶相干态和压缩奇偶相干态的某些特性.作为特例,当压缩因子为0时,可以得到奇偶相干态和相干态.     

HC1 270/HC600a的PVTX实验研究

在256-366 K范围内测量了HC1270/HC600a物系9个组成、73组PVTx数据,温度、压力、比容和组成的测量精度分别在±30 mK、±1.4 kPa、+0.18%和±0.33%以内.引入了泡点TVx测量.对两相区实验数据进行了平衡组成推算.     

a-Si:H结的横向光生伏特效应

本文通过理论分析研究了a-Si:H结中横向光生伏特效应的定态与瞬态特性。所得结果表明理论与实验非常符合。值得注意的是,按理论关系应用常规不掺杂a-Si:H特性值估算的两个重要参数(样品中的薄层电阻1/σ_s和传输时间T_m)均比由实验得出的值大得多。基于合理的分析。我们认为在a-Si:H层中平行于结输运的电子可能具有异乎寻常高的载流子迁移率。 关键词：     

基于Chebyshev-Taylor-Fourier混合级数模型函数的多源气动数据融合方法

针对飞行器气动力多源数据融合、飞行试验气动辨识问题,提出了一种基于Chebyshev-Taylor-Fourier混合级数模型函数、不确定度平衡权函数和加权最小二乘原理的多源数据融合和辨识方法.该方法采用二元Chebyshev级数、Taylor级数和Fourier级数技术建立飞行器气动模型函数,采用权函数技术平衡各数据源间的不同精度和不确定度,采用最小二乘法原理确定超定方程组解,从而获得Chebyshev-Taylor-Fourier混合级数模型函数的各项参数值,最终确定多源数据融合的飞行器气动力（力矩）系数模型函数数学表达式.典型的应用实例表明该方法高效实用、精度可靠,工程应用前景良好.
