This brief review analyzes the parameters that can be used to guide the generation of hierarchic systems that include inorganic and/or biological nanoscale objects. Importance of interface effects and geometrical factors are underlined. The mutual influence between the substrate and the deposited material is an important factor to determine the most appropriate set of parameters for the synthesis of nanomaterials with desirable properties for industrial applications.  相似文献

制备了一种具有过氧化物酶活性的类普鲁士蓝/氧化石墨烯复合纳米材料(CoFe(Ⅲ)PBA/GO)。将具有过氧化物酶活性的CoFe(Ⅲ)PBA/GO和化学发光法相结合,构建了一种用于检测H2O2和抗坏血酸(AA)的化学发光分析法。CoFe(Ⅲ)PBA/GO催化H2O2产生的O2·-,·OH,1O2自由基氧化Luminol会产生很强的化学发光信号,通过检测化学发光强度可以实现对H2O2的检测。该方法检测H2O2的线性范围为0~0.8μmol/L,检测限为11 nmol/L。利用AA作为活性氧消除剂可以抑制化学发光反应的特点,实现了AA的检测。该方法测定AA的线性范围为0.02~0.8μmol/L,检测限为20 nmol/L。方法已应用于H2O2消毒水中H2O2和维生素C片中抗坏血酸的检测。  相似文献

手性无机纳米材料因为具有优异的光物理特性及广泛的应用价值而备受关注。通过采用手性配体对无机纳米材料的表面进行修饰或将无机纳米材料与手性模板进行组装获得的手性结构,可以与光子强烈作用引起偏振态的改变,产生圆偏振光(circularly polarized light, CPL)。从产生机理来讲,CPL主要包括圆偏振荧光和圆偏振散射,在一些情况下这两个机理是共存的。本文总结了硫族半导体纳米材料、金属纳米团簇、钙钛矿、镧系配合物及其他复合纳米材料中CPL的研究进展。此外,还讨论了不同的手性无机纳米材料中CPL的主要来源。本综述得出的结论有望在分子水平上实现对CPL活性材料的各向异性因子进行调控,促进其在量子计算、光学数据存储、信息加密、3D显示器和光学传感等多个领域的发展。  相似文献

二维纳米材料是一类具有类似二维平面形态,且厚度在纳米级甚至数个原子层的材料,其种类繁多并且具有很多与体相材料不同的物化性质,在众多领域受到了广泛关注。二维纳米材料在催化降解、吸脱附、过滤、传感检测等领域具有可观的应用潜力,还可用于环境污染的防治。通过形貌、元素、基团、缺陷的修饰、改性和材料合成等策略可以调控二维纳米材料的性质,从而研发新的材料体系或者改善二维纳米材料的性能。本文首先归纳了二维纳米材料的种类,并重点阐述了各种改性策略的作用及研究现状,以及改性的二维纳米材料在治理水体污染、大气污染和污染物检测等方面的应用,为二维纳米材料在环境治理领域的发展现状作了系统介绍和展望。  相似文献

Mycotoxin contamination is a globally concerned problem for food and agricultural products since it may directly or indirectly induce severe threats to human health. Sensitive and selective screening is an efficient strategy to prevent or reduce human and animal exposure to mycotoxins. However, enormous challenges exist in the determination of mycotoxins, arising from complex sample matrices, trace-level analytes, and the co-occurrence of diverse mycotoxins. Appropriate sample preparation is essential to isolate, purify, and enrich mycotoxins from complicated matrices, thus decreasing sample matrix effects and lowering detection limits. With the cross-disciplinary development, new solid-phase extraction strategies have been exploited and integrated with nanotechnology to meet the challenges of mycotoxin analysis. This review summarizes the advance and progress of solid-phase extraction techniques as the methodological solutions for mycotoxin analysis. Emphases are paid on nanomaterials fabricated as trapping media of solid-phase extraction techniques, including carbonaceous nanoparticles, metal/metal oxide-based nanoparticles, and nanoporous materials. Advantages and limitations are discussed, along with the potential prospects.  相似文献

A magnetic solid-phase extraction technique based on magnetic dendritic structured nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2-NH2-G5) as adsorbent coupled with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) has been developed to detect diazepam, midazolam, zolpidem, and zaleplon in human urine. With Fe3O4@SiO2-NH2 as the central core, dendrimer (G5) grafted alternately with cyanuric chloride and imidazole were bonded to the surface of the core to synthesize Fe3O4@SiO2-NH2-G5. The morphology and structure of the magnetic materials were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The key parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized. A satisfactory performance was obtained under the optimum extraction conditions. The proposed method was validated, and the limits of detection of zaleplon, diazepam, zolpidem, and midazolam were 0.05, 0.05, 0.02, and 0.02 ng mL?1, respectively. The linear correlation coefficients r of the four analytes were > 0.996, the intra-day precision was between 2.4 % and 9.4 % with the recoveries between 88.3 % and 104.8 %, and the inter-day precision ranged from 3.9 % to 15.2 % with the recovery in the range of 94.1 %?108.3 %. The magnetic dendritic structure nanomaterial Fe3O4@SiO2-NH2-G5 was successfully used to extract sedative-hypnotic drugs from human urine samples. The Fe3O4@SiO2-NH2-G5-based magnetic solid-phase extraction method eliminates centrifugation and filtration steps as in conventional extraction. Only one step of vortex dispersion extraction could achieve the separation and purification of the target compounds. The proposed method was simple, rapid, environment-friendly, and suitable for the analysis of sedative-hypnotic drugs in human urine.  相似文献

Inspired by the problem of elastic wave scattering on wrinkled interfaces, we studied the scattering of ballistic electrons on a wrinkled potential energy region. The electron transmission coefficient depends on both wrinkle amplitude and periodicity, having different behaviors for positive and negative scattering potential energies. For scattering on potential barriers, minibands appear in the electron transmission, as in superlattices, whereas for scattering on periodic potential wells the transmission coefficient has a more complex form. Besides suggesting that tuning of electron transmission is possible by modifying the scattering potential via voltages on wrinkled gate electrodes, our results emphasize the analogies between ballistic electrons and elastic waves even in scattering problems on non-typical configurations.  相似文献

咔咯是由四个吡咯共轭相连而形成的具有芳香性的新型卟啉类大环化合物,但咔咯分子中存在一个直接连结两个吡咯环的C?C键,与卟啉相比,仅仅是少了一个“meso”位置的C原子.因此,在结构上,咔咯含有三个“吡咯型”氮原子和一个“吡啶型”氮原子,当咔咯失去三个内氢原子后变成了三价阴离子,易与金属形成高价态的稳定配合物.氮杂咔咯是一种咔咯的meso位上的C被取代为N的咔咯衍生物.与正常的咔咯相比,它更易于与过渡金属形成稳定配合物.正是由于这些独特的结构特点,使其在金属催化、染料敏化太阳能电池、光敏剂、金属传感器、甚至在医学上都有很好的应用前景.金属有机大环均相催化剂的非均相化,是改进反应产物分离和实现催化剂循环使用的最简单有效方法之一.环境友好的Mn氮杂咔咯催化剂,在温和条件下可以利用氧气直接将有机底物氧化.本文选用Mn氮杂咔咯催化剂作为基本构建单元,通过理论计算,构建了一种新型的具有高催化活性的含Mn氮杂咔咯环结构单元的二维纳米催化材料.我们分别使用高斯软件(Gaussian 09)和维也纳从头算模拟软件包(VASP)对孤立分子和周期性体系进行结构优化以及性质的计算.在这种二维材料中,每一个Mn原子作为相对独立的金属单原子中心(SAC),保留了单环中Mn金属中心的高催化活性.在温和的光照条件下,Mn金属中心可以直接活化氧气生成类自由基[Mn]-O-O中心,随后[Mn]-O-O中心可以有效地通过夺取有机底物中的H和紧接着新生自由基的偶合反应,选择性氧化C?H键为C?OH键.另外,通过沿[Mn]-O-O反应轴施加不同强度的外电场,可对此二维纳米材料的催化反应活性进行精细调控.本文为实验上制备基于Mn氮杂咔咯的非均相催化剂以及单原子Mn基催化剂提供了理论依据.  相似文献

The metabolic disorder of glucose in human body will cause diseases such as diabetes and hyperglycemia.Hence the determination of glucose content is very important in clinic diagnosing.In recent years,researchers have proposed various non-invasive wearable sensors for rapid and real-time glucose monitoring from human body fluids.Unlike those reviews which discussed performances,detection environments or substrates of the wearable glucose sensor,this review focuses on the sensing nanomaterials since they are the key elements of most wearable glucose sensors.The sensing nanomaterials such as carbon,metals,and conductive polymers are summarized in detail.And also the structural characteristics of different sensing nanomaterials and the corresponding wearable glucose sensors are highlighted.Finally,we prospect the future development requirements of sensing nanomaterials for wearable glucose sensors.This review would give some insights to the further development of wearable glucose sensors and the modern medical treatment.  相似文献
