In this paper we exploit the monomiality principle to discuss and introduce a new class of Laguerre-Konhauser polynomials. We study their properties (differential equations, generating functions, recurrence relations, expansions and so on), and discuss the link with ordinary case.  相似文献

Beryllium oxide in the forms of either single crystals (pristine, additively-colored) or hot-pressed ceramic samples was studied in the energy range of 1.2–6.2 eV using both the thermoluminescence (TL) and steady-state X-ray induced luminescence (XRL) techniques. The XRL emission spectra were recorded at 6 and 293 K, whereas TL glow curves were studied after X-ray exposure at T0 = 6 K upon linear heating in the temperature range from 6 to 293 K. A search for TL manifestations of shallow trapping centers was carried out using a sensitive channel for TL registration in the range of more than six decades of change in intensity. The participation of shallow trapping centers in the process of recombination luminescence excitation at 6–293 K; branching electronic excitations between different recombination channels; the dominance of the self-trapped exciton and F-center emissions in spectra of the low-temperature recombination luminescence in BeO at 6–293 K were discussed.  相似文献

Query expansion is the process of reformulating an original query to improve retrieval performance in information retrieval systems. Relevance feedback is one of the most useful query modification techniques in information retrieval systems. In this paper, we introduce query expansion into ligand-based virtual screening (LBVS) using the relevance feedback technique. In this approach, a few high-ranking molecules of unknown activity are filtered from the outputs of a Bayesian inference network based on a single ligand molecule to form a set of ligand molecules. This set of ligand molecules is used to form a new ligand molecule. Simulated virtual screening experiments with the MDL Drug Data Report and maximum unbiased validation data sets show that the use of ligand expansion provides a very simple way of improving the LBVS, especially when the active molecules being sought have a high degree of structural heterogeneity. However, the effectiveness of the ligand expansion is slightly less when structurally-homogeneous sets of actives are being sought.  相似文献

Free space optics (FSO) has attracted a lot of attention for a variety of applications in telecommunications area, and it is dream of every researcher and telecommunication society to make it a real alternative solution for the last mile problem, to replace fiber optics. FSO is much preferred because of its low maintenance cost and deployment time. FSO with single-beam system is vulnerable to atmospheric attenuation, so to overcome this, a multiple-beam FSO transceiver system has become prominent and is usually used. In this paper, average rain attenuation is evaluated from the collected rain intensity data which are collected for a period of seven months, and implemented in the study concerning results relating link distance, and received optical power of using multiple-beam FSO system in tropical rainy weather. Comparison is made in terms of received optical power, geometrical losses, atmospheric losses, and bit error rate (BER) on using different number of optical beams, based on simulation at data rate of 1 Gb/s. From the results it is clear that the quality of received power is improved by using up to four beams, along with link distance up to 1141.2 m as compared to one-beam, two-beam, and three-beam, with link distances 833.3 m, 991.0 m, 1075.4 m, respectively.  相似文献

Transparent and conducting pure and Ga-doped ZnO films prepared by e-beam evaporation in vacuum were irradiated at room temperature by Co60 radiation source with the γ-photon average energy of 1.25 MeV and with different doses up to ∼600 kGy. The energy band gap E g, electrical resistivity, carrier density as well as the structure parameters of pure and doped ZnO films versus the impurity content and γ-doses were determined in order to estimate the radiation-induced degradation effect on ZnO-based films used as transparent electrodes for electro-optical device applications.  相似文献

The new laser dye, 2-(6-acryloyloxy-3-oxo-3H-xanthen-9-yl)-benzoic acid ethyl ester [AOXBE] has been synthesized. Its chemical structure was confirmed by 1HNMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. This new dye was covalently bonded with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and 2-hydroxy ethyl-methacrylate (HEMA) copolymer backbone. Its optical properties were experimentally investigated. Two new chelating resins possessing multiple functional groups capable of coordinating with several metal ions are reported. The resins were synthesized by condensing Schiff bases derived from 2-aminophenol, 2-hydroxy-5-chloroaniline and terephthaldehyde with formaldehyde in an alkaline medium. The effects of pH and contact time of the Cu(2+) and Pb(2+) in aqueous solutions on the uptake behavior of the resins were studied. The metal ion uptake behavior of the resins was investigated by the batch method. Both the uptake and the selectivity of the resins towards the investigated metal ions were related to the structure of the resins, type of the metal ion and the uptake conditions. The resins showed maximum uptake capacity for Cu(2+) and Pb(2+) at pH 10. Cu(2+) was seen to undergo preferential adsorption in separate and mixture solutions of Cu(2+) and Pb(2+). Kinetic studies for the resins using Langmiur equation were also performed. The Schiff base monomers and their formaldehyde resins were characterized by elemental analyses, FTIR and (1)H NMR spectroscopy. The thermal stability of the resins was studied using TGA/DTG analysis.  相似文献

The redox behaviour of hexakismethylisonitrilmanganese(I) [MnL 6 +] has been studied in acetic acid, dichloromethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, propylenecarbonate, butyrolactone, methanol, ethanol, nitromethane, acetonitrile, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide and water. The reversible diffusion-controlled oxidation MnL 6 +/MnL 6 2+ could be observed in all solvents studied, on both the dropping mercury electrode and the stationary platinum electrode. Employing tetrabutylammonium perchlorate as supporting electrolyte, the oxidation MnL 6 2+/MnL 6 3+ was observable only in acetic acid, nitromethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, dichloromethane, propylenecarbonate, butyrolactone and acetonitrile. In all other solvents oxidation of the solvent preceded the oxidation MnL 6 2+/MnL 6 3+. Poorly defined polarographic waves attributable to the one electron reduction of the MnL 6 + were observed in butyrolactone, propylenecarbonate, acetonitrile, dimethylformamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone and dimethyl sulfoxide. All potential values were recorded versus bisbiphenylchromium(I)-iodide [BBCr(I)J], the problems of measuring against external aqueous reference electrodes are discussed. The redox potential of the process MnL 6 +/MnL 6 2+ was found to be a function of the donor properties of the solvents used; the effects of outer sphere coordination on the redox behaviour of this couple are discussed. No effect of the supporting electrolytes tetrabutylammonium perchlorate, tetraethylammonium nitrate and tetraethylammonium perchlorate on the redox behaviour of MnL 6 + was found. The UV-spectrum of MnL 6(PF6)2 has been recorded.  相似文献

Summary Reaction of one mole of acetylacetone with two moles of 4-phenylthiosemicarbazide yields the unusual Schiff base, MeC(=N-NHCSNHPh)CH2C(=NNHCSNHPh)Me. APT = H2L) acetylacetone bis(4-phenylthiosemicarbazone). The complexes of CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and UVIO2 have been prepared and characterized by analytical, i.r., electronic spectral and magnetic measurements. The CoII, NiII and CuII complexes have been assigned square-planar stereochemistry on the basis of magnetic and spectroscopic studies. The ligand is a neutral or dibasic quadridentate SNNS donor as revealed by i.r. spectral studies.  相似文献
