对由大行程变形镜和高空间频率变形镜组成的双变形镜自适应光学系统中的像差解耦原理和限定像差校正算法做了理论分析。认为在高空间频率变形镜的斜率响应矩阵中加入限定像差向量,根据直接斜率法分别计算出两个变形镜的控制电压,可以实现两个变形镜分别对低阶像差和高阶像差的闭环校正。仿真研究了19单元变形镜和61单元变形镜组成的双变形镜自适应光学系统对低阶像差和高阶像差分别校正的情况,结果说明双变形镜自适应光学系统的校正效果与理想行程的单变形镜自适应光学系统的校正效果相当,避免了制作同时具有大行程和高空间频率两个特征的变形镜。  相似文献

Three types of dispersion equations are analyzed that describe the eigenvalues of the effective refractive index of a multilayer plane optical waveguide and the energy eigenvalues of a quantum particle placed in a piecewise constant potential field. The first equation (D1) is derived by setting to zero the determinant of the system of linear equations produced by matching the solutions in the layers. The second equation (D2) is obtained using the well-known method of characteristic matrices. The third equation has been obtained in the general case by the author and is known as a multilayer equation. Simple relations between the three equations are established. It is shown that the set of roots of D2 exactly coincides with the set of eigenvalues of the multilayer problem, while the roots of D1 and the multilayer equation contain those equal to the refractive index in the optical case (or to the potential in the quantum case) in internal layers of the system, which may be superfluous. In this paper, we consider electromagnetic scattering problems for two-dimensional overfilled cavities. A half ringy absorbing perfectly matched layer (PML) is introduced to enclose the cavity, and the PML formulations for both TM and TE polarizations are presented. Existence, uniqueness and convergence of the PML solutions are considered. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the PML method is efficient and accurate for solving cavity scattering problems.  相似文献

We have developed a new automatic sample-preparation robot system with use of the volumetric-weighing method. In this system, slurries, aqueous solutions, and other wet reagents are employed as starting materials and 64 (8×8) samples at the maximum are prepared on a library plate of 35 mm × 35 mm size. Volumetric-weighing and mixing of the starting materials and distributing reaction mixtures to the library plate are automatically performed by computer-controlled mechanisms with an easy-to-use programming software interface. While this robot is designed in terms of space saving and portability, it is able to equip with an atmosphere-controlled furnace to sinter the samples on the library plate. Typical preparation time for a library plate of 36 (6×6) samples is less than 40 min. This robot system is promising in enhancing throughput of wet-chemically synthesized materials researches.  相似文献

基于HSI高光谱和TM图像的土地盐渍化信息提取方法   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
选择黄河三角洲垦利县代表性盐碱化区域为研究区,以2011年3月15日HJ-1A卫星HSI高光谱影像和2011年3月22日TM影像为信息源,经几何纠正、图像裁剪、大气校正等预处理,分析不同盐渍化程度土地、水体、滩涂等主要地类的光谱特征,确定地类信息提取特征波段。结合土壤盐分含量,采用定量与定性相结合规则,构建地类信息提取模型,以决策树分类方法进行图像分类,提取土地盐渍化信息。利用地表点位土壤含盐量数据对地表土地盐渍化程度的化学分析结果,对遥感解译数据进行精度验证,并对高光谱和多光谱影像的分类精度进行比较分析。结果表明:HSI图像的总体分类精度达96.43%,Kappa系数为95.59%,而TM图像的总体分类精度为89.17%,Kappa系数为86.74%,说明相比多光谱TM数据,基于高光谱图像可以更为准确有效地提取土地盐渍化信息;由分类结果图可以看出,高光谱影像土地盐渍化的区分度高于多光谱影像。该研究探索了高光谱图像土地盐渍化信息的提取技术方法,提供了不同盐渍化土地的分布比例数据,可为黄河三角洲滨海盐碱土地资源的科学利用与管理提供决策依据。  相似文献

本文对带DM相互作用的铁磁质海森堡XXZ自旋链模型在磁场中的热纠缠进行了详细地计算和分析. 通过画图发现铁磁质模型的热纠缠远大于反铁磁质模型的热纠缠. 同时发现外磁场 ,耦合系数 和DM相互作用 都可以有效地控制纠缠和临界温度 . 该结论为实验上利用海森堡XXZ模型的纠缠特性进行隐形传态提供了很好的理论依据.  相似文献

In this present paper,we study the entanglement dynamics in qubit A-qutrit B pair under x component of Dzyaloshinshkii-Moriya interaction(D_x)by taking an auxiliary qubit C.Here,we consider an entangled qubit-qutrit pair initially prepared in two parameter qubit-qutrit states and one auxiliary qubit prepared in pure state interacts with the qutrit of the pair through DM interaction.We trace away the auxiliary qubit and calculate the reduced dynamics in qubit A-qutrit B pair to study the influence of the state of auxiliary qubit C and D_x on entanglement.We find that the state(probability amplitude)of auxiliary qubit does not influence the entanglement,only D_x influences the same.The phenomenon of entanglement sudden death(ESD)induced by D_x has also been observed.We also present the affected and unaffected two parameter qubit-qutrit states by D_x.  相似文献

Purpose

To investigate the feasibility of in vivo assessment of hepatic lipid composition using 3.0-T proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS) in a steatotic rat model and compare it to histopathological and biochemical assessment.

Materials and Methods

Hepatic steatosis was induced by feeding rats with a methionine/choline-deficient (MCD) diet for 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 weeks (n=5 per group). At the end of the diet period, 1H-MRS of the liver was performed, and rats were sacrificed for histopathological and biochemical assessment of the liver. Spectra were acquired in a single voxel (1.2 cc) using a point-resolved spectroscopic sequence with TE/TR=35/2000 ms and 64 signal acquisitions. From the MR spectra, peak area ratios were calculated to estimate hepatic lipid composition.

Results

During MCD diet periods, hepatic steatosis significantly increased on histopathology (P<.001). The 1H-MRS measurements of total hepatic fat content [1.3/(1.3+4.65) ppm] correlated strongly with histological macrovesicular hepatic steatosis (r=0.93, P<.001) and with the biochemical total hepatic fatty acids (r=0.94, P<.001). Total unsaturated fatty acids [TUFA, 5.4/(1.3+4.65) ppm] estimated with 1H-MRS strongly correlated with the biochemical unsaturated fatty acids (r=0.90, P<.001). Polyunsaturated fatty acids [PUFA, 2.8/(1.3+4.65) ppm] estimated with 1H-MRS strongly correlated with biochemical PUFA (r=0.91, P<.001). The proportion of total unsaturated fatty acids relative to the amount of total fatty acids (rTUFA, 5.4/1.3ppm) measured with 1H-MRS strongly correlated with the biochemical amount of unsaturated relative to total hepatic fatty acids (r=0.81, P<.001). The proportion of PUFA relative to the amount of total fatty acids (rPUFA, 2.8/1.3 ppm) measured with 1H-MRS correlated with the biochemical amount of PUFA relative to total fatty acids (r=0.59, P=0.005,) and with the biochemical amount of omega-6 PUFA relative to total fatty acids (r=0.73, P<.001).PUFA at 1H-MRS correlated with the histopathologically assessed degree of lobular inflammation in the liver (r=0.57, P=.001).

Conclusion

3.0T 1H-MRS is able to measure poly- and unsaturated hepatic fatty acids and this strongly correlates with biochemical assessment. This study provides evidence that 3.0-T 1H-MRS is a noninvasive technique to assess hepatic lipid composition.  相似文献
