采用X射线衍射法测定二苯并噻吩亚砜单晶结构,发现晶体中二苯并噻吩亚砜分子以反平行三明治式的结构Ⅲ和反平行位移式的结构Ⅳ两种堆砌方式交替堆砌形成有序π-π堆积晶体。二苯并噻吩亚砜单晶结构属于三斜型,空间群为P1,晶体参数为:a=0.84712nm,b=0.94137nm,c=1.20380nm,α=97.866°,β=106.2630°,γ=96.437°,V=0.9014nm3,R1(全部数据)=0.0348和ωR2(全部数据)=0.0814。利用BHandH/6-31 G**方法计算了二苯并噻吩亚砜分子间的π-π堆积作用,Ⅲ和Ⅳ堆砌模式的π-π堆积效应作用能相当大,其计算值分别为-36.06kJ/mol和-39.83kJ/mol,电荷分布表明正负电荷匹配是稳定晶体π-π堆积体系的重要因素。 相似文献

A new compound (5R, 10R)-3,8-dihydroxy-5,10-diethoxy-5,10-dihydrochromeno[5,4,3-cde]chromene monohydrate was obtained from 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde in aerobic basic aqueous ethanol solution in the presence
of manganese chloride and triethylamine and crystallized in orthorhombic P212121 space group (denoted as 1). When 1 was recrystallized from aqueous methanol, it was transformed to another crystal (2) with the same composition but in P21/n space group. The barium titano-silicate phosphors doped with Eu3+ were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction. The structures of as-synthesized samples were characterized by powder XRD. The maximum peaks of emission spectra of Ba2TiSi2O8 and Ba2TiSi2O8∶Eu3+ were respectively located at 450 and 618 nm, coming from the transitions of charge-transfer bands of Ti4+-O2- and forced electric-dipole transition 5D0-7F2 of Eu3+. The luminous mechanisms of Ba2TiSi2O8 and Ba2TiSi2O8∶Eu3+ were suggested. The effects of concentration of Eu3+ on the luminous performance of Ba2TiSi2O8∶Eu3+ were also studied and the results showed that the optimum concentration of Eu3+ was 0.12 mol per mole of matrix. 相似文献

将荧光定量PCR技术与等位基因特异性扩增(Allele specific amplification, ASA)方法相结合, 发展了一种可以快速检测基因点突变的实时荧光等位基因特异性扩增(Real-time ASA)方法. 将该法用于检测K-ras癌基因第12位密码子发生的点突变, 分别采用针对其不同点突变方式(GAT, GTT, CGT)设计的突变型引物对待测样品进行ASA, 只有突变型样品能被顺利扩增出双链DNA产物, 该产物才能与双链DNA染料SYBR Green Ⅰ结合, 发出荧光信号从而被检测到. 用该法检测31例结肠癌组织中的K-ras癌基因点突变, 其中有15例样品检出为突变型. Real-time ASA法可检测到样品中含量为1/1000的突变型基因, 具有灵敏、快速、简便、安全、高通量和低成本等优点, 可望用于大量临床样本的点突变筛查. 相似文献

Anodic oxidation of Mn2+ and Ag+ ions and anodic oxidation of Mn2+ ion on platinum electrode in H2SO4 solution catalyzed by Ag+ ion are studied by using RRDE and triangle voltammetry techniques. Mn2+ ion is oxidized on the anode surface with adsorped OH group to form a certain compound containing Mn3+, which causes Mn2+difficult to be oxidized directly on anode. Near the potential of oxygen evolution from H2O decomposition, Ag+ ion is oxidized to form Ag2+ ion. This is the main reaction on anode because of its reversability. At higher potential silver oxide is formed on the anode. The oxide catalyzes the decomposition of H2O strongly. The anodic oxidation of Mn2+ion catalyzed by Ag+ takes place and Ag2+ ion and silver oxide are no longer the product of Ag+ anodic oxidation when Mn2+ exists in solution at the potential for Ag+ anodic oxidation. Aza-Morita-Baylis-Hillman reactions of N-(benzylidene)polyfluoroanilines 1 with methyl acrylate or acrylonitrile were studied. It was found that Lewis base, solvent and reaction temperature can significantly affect the reaction. Using 3-hydroxyquinuclidine (3-HQD) as a Lewis base in the reactions of 1 with methyl acrylate in DMF, the normal aza-Morita-Baylis-Hillman adducts 3 were formed in moderate to excellent yields. For the reactions of 1 with acrylonitrile, 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) is the best Lewis base giving the corresponding aza-Morita-Baylis-Hillman adducts 4 as the sole product in good to moderate yield. However, upon treatment of 1 with acrolein 2c, the corresponding reaction did not occur even in the presence of a variety of catalysts. 相似文献

A rapid and reliable high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of heterocyclic
compounds, namely nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, and 3-cyanopyridine, in industrial effluent is described. A Φ4.6 mm × 150
mm, 5 μm C-18 reversed phase stationery phase, and a methanol-acetonitrile-water tertiary mobile phase (20:20:60 v/v) were
used for separation. The detection wavelength of a diode array (DAD) was set at 216 nm with a bandwidth of 16 nm. Phenol was
used as an internal standard. The regression equations revealed a linear relationship between the concentration of the analytes
injected and the peak area detected by DAD. The limits of detection (S/N = 3) ranged from 0.70 to 1.18 mg L−1, the recoveries ranged from 87% to 102% and the precision expressed as % RSD intra-day and inter-day varied from 0.9 to 3.9
and 1.2 to 5.6, respectively. This method is rapid, sensitive and suitable for the monitoring of nicotinic acid, nicotinamide,

Steady-state and time resolved luminescence quenching measurements of (2T/2E)Cr(phen)33+ were used to investigate the association of phenols to sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) micelles. Steady-state results show the quenching process occurs in the micellar pseudo phase. Scatchard plots indicate that the process is a partition between aqueous and micelles. The k+ and k− rate constant have been evaluated from time resolved data and the binding constants were obtained. The trend found in the K's were 4-H-Ph < 2,6-diMe-Ph < 4-Br-Ph. We concluded that it is possible to use *Cr(phen)33+ as a luminescent probe to determine association parameters for quenchers to micelles of SDS. 相似文献
