基于SOLO理论的高中数学教学设计--以分类加法计数原理与分步乘法计数原理为例

SOLO译为“可观察到学习结果的结构”,它是由澳大利亚教育心理学家约翰·比格斯提出的一种质性评价认知发展阶段的理论.本文主要结合了目前高中对基本计数原理的学习,就SOLO理论对其在高中数学教学中的应用进行了分析.     

对羟基五蝶烯重氮盐及其置换反应研究

五蝶烯醌经肟化和氢化得到对氨基五蝶烯酚, 对氨基五蝶烯酚在酸性条件下被硝基叔丁烷重氮化, 生成非常稳定的对羟基五蝶烯重氮盐. 对羟基五蝶烯重氮盐经亚铜盐催化的Sandmeyer 反应生成氯代和溴代对羟基五蝶烯, 与碘化钾发生置换反应得到碘代对羟基五蝶烯. 所合成的新化合物均经红外光谱、核磁共振谱以及质谱证明其结构.     

类固醇类环境内分泌干扰物羟基衍生化研究

采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),以N,O-双三甲基硅基三氟乙酰胺为衍生化试剂,系统研究了4种类固醇类环境内分泌干扰物雌酮(E1)、17β-雌二醇(E2)、雌三醇(E3)、17α-乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)的羟基衍生化行为,考察了BSTFA用量、衍生化温度和时间对类固醇类环境内分泌干扰物衍生化效果的影响以及衍生化产物的稳定性、标准曲线、仪器检出限等,并对衍生化产物特征碎片离子的裂解机理进行了解释.结果表明:对于100 μL 0.01 g/L标准混合溶液,BSTFA的最佳用量为25 μL;衍生化过程不需要加热,常温下(20 ℃)下反应10 min就可取得最佳的衍生化效果;衍生化产物的稳定性较好,在-20 ℃下放置48 h,相对响应因子RRF基本没有降低.在优化的实验条件下,各待测物具有良好的线性相关性,E1和E2的检出限为0.3 μg/L,EE2和E3的检出限为5 μg/L.     

A novel low-loss four-bit bandpass filter using RF MEMS switches

This paper details the design and simulation of a novel low-loss four-bit reconfigurable bandpass filter that integrates microelectromechanical system(MEMS)switches and comb resonators.A T-shaped reconfigurable resonator is reconfigured in a'one resonator,multiple MEMS switches'configuration and used to gate the load capacitances of comb resonators so that a multiple-frequency filtering function is realized within the 7-16 GHz frequency range.In addition,the insertion loss of the filter is less than 1.99 dB,the out-of-band rejection is more than 18.30 dB,and the group delay is less than 0.25 ns.On the other hand,the size of this novel filter is only 4.4 mm×2.5 mm×0.4 mm.Our results indicate that this MEMS reconfigurable filter,which can switch 16 central frequency bands through eight switches,achieves a low insertion loss compared to those of traditional MEMS filters.In addition,the advantages of small size are obtained while achieving high integration.     

Fabrication and investigation of ferroelectric memristors with various synaptic plasticities

In the post-Moore era, neuromorphic computing has been mainly focused on breaking the von Neumann bottlenecks. Memristors have been proposed as a key part of neuromorphic computing architectures, and can be used to emulate the synaptic plasticities of the human brain. Ferroelectric memristors represent a breakthrough for memristive devices on account of their reliable nonvolatile storage, low write/read latency and tunable conductive states. However, among the reported ferroelectric memristors, the mechanisms of resistive switching are still under debate. In addition, there needs to be more research on emulation of the brain synapses using ferroelectric memristors. Herein, Cu/PbZr_0.52Ti_0.48O₃ (PZT)/Pt ferroelectric memristors have been fabricated. The devices are able to realize the transformation from threshold switching behavior to resistive switching behavior. The synaptic plasticities, including excitatory post-synaptic current, paired-pulse facilitation, paired-pulse depression and spike time-dependent plasticity, have been mimicked by the PZT devices. Furthermore, the mechanisms of PZT devices have been investigated by first-principles calculations based on the interface barrier and conductive filament models. This work may contribute to the application of ferroelectric memristors in neuromorphic computing systems.

平面数控抛光工艺优化技术

为了满足“神光”-Ⅲ装置对大批量大口径光学元件的需求，解决加工精度以及加工效率等方面的问题，对计算机控制光学表面成型技术（CCOS）进行了多方面的研究。在对平面数控软件进行了深入的研究工作后，结合高精度干涉检测手段，对数控工艺软件进行了大幅的改进。

Integrable Bogoliubov Transform and Integrable Model

By defining Bogoliubov transform as a function of parameters,the integrability of the Bogoliubov transform in Parameter space is investigated.It is shown that integrable Bogoliubov transform is closely related to the known integrable model.The relation between the integrable Bogoliubov transform and geometric phase of vacuum induced by the Bogoliubov transform is also discussed.     

两个基于氮、膦混合配体的银(Ⅰ)配合物的合成、表征和荧光性质

在甲醇和二氯甲烷的混合溶液中合成了2个新的银(Ⅰ)配合物,[Ag_2(dppp)_2(phen)_2](CF_3SO_3)_2(1)和[Ag_2(dppm)_2(dpq)_2](CF_3SO_3)_2·3CH_3OH (2)(dppp=1,2-双(二苯膦)丙烷,dppm=1,2-双(二苯膦)甲烷,phen=1,10-菲咯啉,dpq=[2,3-f]吡嗪并[1,10]菲咯啉),通过红外光谱、X射线单晶衍射、核磁共振氢谱、荧光光谱和太赫兹时域光谱进行了分析和表征。1是由AgCF_3SO_3,dppp和phen以1∶1∶1的比例混合得到的双核化合物。中心原子Ag(Ⅰ)通过双膦配体(dppp)桥联和含氮配体(phen)的螯合作用形成环。与1相似,2是由AgCF_3SO_3和dppm,dpq以1∶1∶1的比例反应得到的相似的双核化合物。荧光光谱表明所有的发射峰均源于配体中的π-π*跃迁。
