A CLASS OF GENERALIZED MULTISPLITTING RELAXATION METHODS FOR LINEAR COMPLEMENTARITY PROBLEMS

In this paper,a class of generalized parallel matrix multisplitting relaxation methods for solving linear complementarity problems on the high-speed multiprocessor systems is set up. This class of methods not only includes all the existing relaxation methods for the linear complementarity problems ,but also yields a lot of novel ones in the sense of multisplittlng. We establish the convergence theories of this class of generalized parallel multisplitting relaxation methods under the condition that the system matrix is an H-metrix with positive diagonal elements.

Liquid-gas coexistence equilibrium in a relaxation model

Stability of liquid-gas coexistence equilibrium in a relaxation model for isothermal phase transition in a sealed one-dimensional tube was discussed. With matched asymptotic expansion, a linear system for first order perturbations was derived formally. By solving this system analytically, it is shown that small initial perturbations are damped out in general; yet they may maintain at certain level for special cases. Numerical evidence is presented. This manifests the regularization effects of relaxation.

从模式识别的角度出发将图像分为运动区域和非运动区域,采用基于噪音分布模型的运动检测技术与基于概率松弛法的运动区域标号技术相结合对这两种区域进行具体划分,对分类后的图像采用时域ⅡR滤波,不同区域采用不同的影响因子,以期达到最终的运动补偿.仿真结果表明该方法有效抑制了噪音,同时并未引起明显的运动模糊,图像的视觉效果得到了极大改善.     

A CLASS OF ASYNCHRONOUS PARALLEL MULTISPLITTING RELAXATION METHODS FOR LARGE SPARSE LINEAR COMPLEMENTARITY PROBLEMS

Asynchronous parallel multisplitting relaxation methods for solving large sparse linear complementarity problems are presented, and their convergence is proved when the system matrices are H-matrices having positive diagonal elements. Moreover, block and multi-parameter variants of the new methods, together with their convergence properties,are investigated in detail. Numerical results show that these new methods can achieve high parallel efficiency for solving the large sparse linear complementarity problems on multiprocessor systems.

Columnar Structures and Stress Relaxation in Thick GaN Films Grown on Sapphire by HVPE

Thick GaN films with high quality are directly grown on sapphire in a home-built vertical hydride vapour phase epitaxy （HVPE） reactor. The optical and structural properties of large scale columnar domains near the interface are studied using cathodoluminescence and micro-Raman scattering. These columnar domains show a strong emission intensity due to extremely high free carrier concentration up to 2 × 10^19 cm^-3, which are related with impurities trapped in structural defects. The compressive stress in GaN film clearly decreases with increasing distance from interface. The quasi-continuous columnar domains play an important role in the stress relaxation for the upper high quality layer.     

部分滑移边界条件下自由液面流动问题研究

数值方法进行相关问题的研究就以圆柱形储液罐为例, 考虑部分滑移边界条件, 对所得的高 度非线性微分方程进行了数值求解, 讨论了贮液腔体内液面接触线和液体高度线, 及部分滑 移条件对流体层微观半径的影响; 所得结论对自由液面晃动问题数值研究中的边界条件处理 有参考意义.
