非共轭双发色团体系的光化学 1: 双香豆素氧乙酸多次甲基二醇酯的合成及光反应研究

本文报道了双香豆素氧乙酸多次甲基二醇酯的合成及分子内光环化加成反应的研究。结果表明, 由于两发色团间长链的限制, 所有这些双酯在氯仿溶液中直接照射都得到唯一的syn-HT结构产物, 并且产物的产率随着链长的增加而降低。通过X-射线四圆衍射测定了环化产物3b的晶体结构。     

Syntheses and molecular self-assembly of chiral phosphorami-dates

Two chiral phosphoramidates,(R)-(-)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-dihydroxy-N-[α-(S)-methylbenzyl] phosphoramidate and (-)-1,1'-biphenyl-2,2'-dihydroxy-N-[α-(S)-methylbenzyl]-phosphoramidate were synthesized.Their crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.The phosphoramidate molecules are self-associated by inter-molecular N-H...O = P hydrogen bonds and aromatic edge to face interactions.     

Solid state reactions of nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds (Ⅱ)——Solid state reactions of indole with carbonyl compounds

Solid state Michael addition reaction of indole with α,β-unsaturaled carbonyl compounds was carried out,by which a series of compounds containing three different heterocyclic groups binding to one carbon atom were obtained.In the presence of Lewis acid,indole could undergo the solid state condensation reaction with aromatic ketones and aldehydes or quinones.The solid state reaction showed higher selectivity and yield than solution reaction The structures of products were identified by IR,1H NMR,MS,elemental analysis and X-ray crystal analysis.The reaction mechanism was also proposed.     

微环境条件影响的光化学反应研究进展

对近年来微环境条件影响的光反应化学反应研究和一综合评述，包括主体－客体络合物，晶格控制物Ｌｅｗｉｓ酸络合物，电荷转移络合物，胶束以及吸附在硅胶或分子筛表面等体系光化学反应方面取得的重要成果，这类微环境条件影响的光化学反应具有较高的选择性和专一性，参考文献１５篇。

在不对称氮杂环丙烷化中双噁唑啉配位空间大小对对映选择性的影响

手性双噁唑啉是在不对称催化中广泛应用的一类重要的配体. 合成了一系列具有刚性骨架和不同配位空间的手性双噁唑啉配体, 并研究了在不对称氮杂环丙烷化反应中对对映选择性的影响, 结果表明通过调节配位空间的大小不仅可以改变对映选择性, 甚至还可以彻底改变对映面选择性. 研究结果还表明除通过改变配体手性中心的构型, 调节配体配位空间也可以改变催化剂的对映面选择性.

3-(噻吩-2-基)-β-内酰胺的合成及其立体化学

Staudinger 反应是合成β-内酰胺类化合物最重要的方法之一. 3-(噻吩-2-基)-β-内酰胺是一类重要的β-内酰胺类衍生物. 发展了一种从1-(噻吩-2-基)-4,4,4-三氟-1,3-丁二酮和对甲苯磺酰叠氮方便地制备1-(噻吩-2-基)-2-重氮基乙酮的新方法, 利用1-(噻吩-2-基)-2-重氮基乙酮加热分解生成的噻吩-2-基烯酮参与的Staudinger反应合成了一系列3-(噻 吩-2-基)-β-内酰胺衍生物, 并研究了噻吩-2-基烯酮参与的Staudinger反应的立体选择性. 实验结果表明噻吩-2-基烯酮是比苯基烯酮更富电子的Moore烯酮, 其电子性质介于对甲氧基苯基烯酮和对甲基苯基烯酮之间.     

二苯胺连结的双嗯唑啉配体的修饰：电子效应和配体骨架刚性的调节

通过在4和4′位引入吸电子的溴和硝基取代基,调节二苯胺连结的双嗯唑啉配体的电子效应．NH键的酸性变化通过NH的不同化学位移确定．在吲哚与β-硝基烯烃的不对称Friedel—Crafts烷基化反应中考察了修饰配体的催化活性和对映选择性．通过合成亚胺二苄基连结的双嚼唑啉配体并考察它们在Friedel—Crafts烷基化反应中催化活性,对配体骨架刚性的影响进行了探讨．     

C2对称的手性双噁唑啉和双噻唑啉的质谱碎裂机理研究

The electron impact mass spectra of ten new C2-symmetric chiral bis(oxazoline) and bis(thiazoline) have been studied. Bis(thiazoline) and bis(oxazoline) possess the same fragmentation mechanism under EI conditions. An unusual fragmentation pathway has been found in the compounds studied. Due to the presence of phenyl group, compounds 6 and 10 undergo a new fragmentation pathway except for the common way as the other eight compounds.Mass analyzed ion kinetic energy spectra experiments and high resolution accurate mass measurement were conducted to confirm the proposed fragmentation pathways.
