Branching Constraint Satisfaction Problems and Markov Decision Problems Compared

Branching Constraint Satisfaction Problems (BCSPs) model a class of uncertain dynamic resource allocation problems. We describe the features of BCSPs, and show that the associated decision problem is NP-complete. Markov Decision Problems could be used in place of BCSPs, but we show analytically and empirically that, for the class of problems in question, the BCSP algorithms are more efficient than the related MDP algorithms.     

Robust Parameter Settings for Variation Operators by Measuring the Resampling Ratio: A Study on Binary Constraint Satisfaction Problems

In this article, we try to provide insight into the consequence of mutation and crossover rates when solving binary constraint satisfaction problems. This insight is based on a measurement of the space searched by an evolutionary algorithm. From data empirically acquired we describe the relation between the success ratio and the searched space. This is achieved using the resampling ratio, which is a measure for the amount of points revisited by a search algorithm. This relation is based on combinations of parameter settings for the variation operators. We then show that the resampling ratio is useful for identifying the quality of parameter settings, and provide a range that corresponds to robust parameter settings.     

基于粗糙集的患者满意度评价模型及其实证分析

在文献阅读及实地调研的基础上,本文提出了患者满意度的定义,建立了影响患者满意度的指标体系,介绍了粗糙集的相关概念及利用粗糙集进行评价的步骤,提出了新的约简方法,构建了基于粗糙集的患者满意度评价模型并进行了实证分析,得出了影响患者满意度的关键指标,并计算了关键指标权重,对江西省十个医院进行了综合评价值的计算.     

Fuzzy reliability analysis of aseismic structures

The structural reliability analysis taking account of the fuzziness in both earthquake loads and structural resistances is put forward in this paper. For this purpose, the concepts such as fuzzy earthquake intensity, fuzzy response spectrum, fuzzy structural response and satisfaction degree to fuzzy-random constraint are defined. This procedure may be taken as a basis for establishing a more rational optimum design of structures.     

旅游企业主移民的生活满意度与地方认同关系研究——以丽江古城为例

旅游企业主移民作为当下社会转型背景下所产生的移民类型,反映了我国现阶段社会复杂多元流动的特点,已成为旅游地理学等学科的研究热点.以丽江古城的旅游企业主移民为研究对象,通过问卷调查获取相关数据,基于SPSS22.0统计软件,对丽江旅游企业主移民生活满意度与地方认同的关系做了回归分析,并探讨社会关系的中介作用,结果显示：（1）旅游企业主移民生活满意度对地方认同有显著影响;（2）社会关系在生活满意度与地方认同之间起显著的部分中介作用;（3）生活满意度对自我效能的解释水平最高,对依恋的解释水平最低.最后,在此基础上为丽江古城的可持续发展提供了建设性意见.     

满意度优化运输问题

传统运输问题只考虑配送方案的效率, 而不考虑参与者对配送方案的满意度. 通过引入参与者对配送方案的满意度这一概念, 提出了满意度优化运输问题, 构建了以最大化相对公平为目标的满意度优化运输模型, 并证明了: (1) 当运输问题的可行域不空时, 新模型的解集非空; (2) 从满意度的角度来看, 新模型的解是唯一的. 另外, 还给出了新模型的求解方法. 研究结果进一步丰富了运输问题的类型, 可为解决其他类型运输问题提供借鉴.     

一种吸油烟机声品质满意度分级限值评定方法

声品质作为一种描述吸油烟机噪声听觉感知特性的手段已经被行业所接受，团体标准T/CAS 341-2019《吸油烟机噪声声品质测试方法》给出了吸油烟机声品质测试与建模方法，同时通过声品质指数给出了声品质的数值化表达。该标准为各厂商定量描述声品质提供了依据，但目前仍缺乏对产品声品质满意度级别的划分方法，这不利于声品质技术的推广应用。本文结合相关标准以及主观评价实验，以级别容量比为中间量构建声品质指数与分级限值之间的关系，实现了吸油烟机噪声声品质满意度的分级，为吸油烟机噪声感知评价标准或规范的制定提供了科学依据，同时为其他消费品声品质评价与分级提供了有益参考。     

The rank of sparse random matrices

We determine the asymptotic normalized rank of a random matrix $\mathit{A}$ over an arbitrary field with prescribed numbers of nonzero entries in each row and column. As an application we obtain a formula for the rate of low-density parity check codes. This formula vindicates a conjecture of Lelarge (2013). The proofs are based on coupling arguments and a novel random perturbation, applicable to any matrix, that diminishes the number of short linear relations.
