以硫酸铝、水玻璃、正丁胺、水、晶种、NaCl、浓硫酸等低成本试剂为原料,一步直接合成法制备了高结晶度小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛,详细考察了凝胶陈化方式、滴加顺序、晶化时间、晶化温度、水量及原料硅铝比对分子筛结晶度及粒度的影响.通过XRD、SEM等对合成的分子筛进行了详细表征.研究结果表明:采用低温水浴回流搅拌陈化方式、在160~170℃、晶化30 h可获得高结晶度小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛.正反加顺序对分子筛结晶度影响不大.  相似文献

We used the radiosoptopic tracer and HPLC to measure the concentration of nonionic surfactants, petroleum sulfonate and polyacrylamide respectively,and studied the effect of petroleum sulfonate.polyacrylamide, black liquor, and black liquor system on distribution and diffusion of nonionic surfactants in the system of toluene and water, and tbe effect of nonionic surfactants on the distribution of petroleum sulfonate and polyacrylamide with different temperature. It was found that petroleum sulfonate mainly existed in the oil phase.polyacrylamide was quite the contrary, the existence of black liquor system and its components decreased both diffusion rates and partition coefficients of nonionic surfactants and the distribution of ic surfactants and the distribution of nonionic surfactants was different with the variation of HLB and temperature.  相似文献

The first total synthesis of a natural prenylflavanone, (±)-kenusanone B (1) has been achieved by condensation of acetophenone 4 and benzaldehyde 6 followed by cyclization and deprotection. Microcalorimetric techniques had been used to study the influence of different physicochemical parameters on microbial growth in different permafrosts on the Tibetan plateau. The total heat evolution of the permafrost samples amended with glucose, Q T , the values of microbial growth rate constant, k, and the heat output power, P t , were calculated from the power–time (Pt) curves. It is observed that the same coverage vegetation show similar Pt curves, which strongly suggest that the permafrost microorganisms of the homology vegetation coverage have similar structures of community. Furthermore, the vegetation degradation turns out to have significant influence, that is, the better the status of vegetation is, the higher the values of k, CFU and Q T are.  相似文献

A theoretical investigation was carried out on the retention and separation of enantiomeric molecules including nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-neoplastic compounds and N-derivatized amino acids by capillary electrophoresis using macrocyclic antibiotics, a new class of chiral selectors, as stationary phase. Firstly docking methods were used to study the enantiorecognition in chiral electrophoresis. The molecular dynamics simulations of the two diastereoisomer complexes were then performed in order to understand how these antibiotics recognize the enantiomers. Another approach was applied in this study to establish a quantitative structure-enantioselectivity relationship (QSER) model, able to describe the resolution of a series of chiral compounds in capillary electrophoresis using vancomycin as the resolving agent.  相似文献

Ferritic-martensitic steels and ODS steels are attractive candidates for structural materials in advanced nuclear-power systems due to their good swelling resistance. Four kinds of steels, F82 H, 15 Cr-ODS, SIMP and T91, are investigated in this study. We take 6.4 Me V Fe3+ ions and energy-degraded 1.0 Me V He+ ions in the irradiation of these materials to 5 dpa and 60 appm He/dpa, 200 appm He/dpa and 600 appm He/dpa at 300℃ and 450℃, respectively. The bubble formation and distribution are investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Formation and distribution of the bubbles in the four investigated steels are compared. The influence of irradiation temperature and helium injection ratio on bubble formation is discussed. It is found that there appears to be homogenously distributed bubbles at 300℃ irradiation while heterogeneously distributed bubbles at 450℃ irradiation.  相似文献

To address the discrepancy between carrier collection and light absorption of organic solar cells caused by the limited carrier mobility and optical absorption coefficient for the normally employed organic photoactive layers, a light management structure composed of a front indium tin oxide(ITO) nanograting and ultrathin Al layer inserted in between the photoactive layer and the electron transport layer(ETL) is introduced. Owing to the antireflection and light scattering induced by the ITO nanograting and the suppression of light absorption in the ETL by the inserted Al layer, the light absorption of the photoactive layer is significantly enhanced in a spectral range from 400 nm to 650 nm that also covers the main energy region of solar irradiation for the normally employed active materials such as the P3HT:PC_(61) BM blend. The simulation results indicate that comparing with the control device with a planar configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PC_(61) BM(80-nm thick)/Zn O/Al, the short-circuit current density and power conversion efficiency of the optimized light management structure can be improved by 32.86% and 34.46%. Moreover, good omnidirectional light management is observed for the proposed device structure. Owing to the fact that the light management structure possesses the simple structure and excellent performance, the exploration of such a structure can be believed to be significant in fabricating the thin film-based optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

本文采用高压均质结合对辊挤压工艺对天然凹凸棒石进行棒晶解离得到了纯度较高和比表面积较大(133.7 m2/g)的纳米解离凹凸棒石. 进一步通过机械共混法分别将天然凹凸棒石和纳米解离凹凸棒石与硅橡胶生胶复合制备了天然凹凸棒石-硅橡胶和纳米解离凹凸棒石-硅橡胶材料,研究了天然凹凸棒石和纳米解离凹凸棒石对凹凸棒石/硅橡胶复合材料热氧化降解和老化性能的影响. 结果表明,天然凹凸棒石-硅橡胶和纳米解离凹凸棒石-硅橡胶在300 oC热氧老化处理0.5 h后,相比于纯硅橡胶,初始5%失重温度从385 oC提高至396∽399 oC. 系列表征结果表明,天然凹凸棒石和纳米解离凹凸棒石增强了纳米粒子与硅橡胶之间的相互作用从而抑制了纳米颗粒聚集,并且可显著提高硅橡胶侧链Si-CH3的保存率,从而提高了该复合材料的热氧化降解和老化性能. 此外,纳米解离凹凸棒石可大大抑制纳米粒子的长大;因此老化后,纳米解离凹凸棒石-硅橡胶表现出了比硅橡胶(10.6%、7.4%和5.0%)更高的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度保留率(40.6%、34.9% 和30.1%).  相似文献

引出凸轨(BUMP)电源是负责医用重离子加速器束流引出的关键设备,其电流上升的同步性影响束流的引出效率,而电流波形的多样性与治疗模式和治疗精度密切相关。要在凸轨磁铁(0.2~0.4 mH)上产生1~5 ms上升且精确同步的励磁电流,并确保电流的跟踪性和波形的多样性,采用了实时调整强励电压及基于特征参数的电流波形控制方法。本文介绍了基于Inter公司SoC(System-on-a-Chip)技术的引出BUMP电源数字控制器软硬件设计,并首次应用到医用重离子加速器装置,经过现场验证,在不同的凸轨磁铁上产生了1~5 ms同步变化的电流,同时保证了电流上升时期的跟踪精度(>5 s),达到了设计要求。  相似文献
