用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以V(水):V(甲醇):V(H3PO4)=950:50:1为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,采用反相高效液相色谱法分离测定了两种复合维生素片剂中的泛酸钙,实验回收率在99.2%~103.4%之间,相对标准偏差RSD为0.6%~1.0%(n=5),检出限为41 ng.已用于复合维生素片剂中泛酸钙的测定.  相似文献

采用偏最小二乘(PLS)结合人工神经网络(ANN)算法解析Norvasc(络活喜)药片的近红外(NIR)漫反射光谱, 实现了对其中有效成分苯磺酸氨氯地平的非破坏定量测定. 设计了最佳的PLS-ANN模型, 分别讨论了最佳波长范围、 导数光谱及输入层和隐含层节点数对预测结果的影响. 以HPLC法的测定结果作标准, 苯磺酸氨氯地平浓度预测值的相对误差RE<3.5%, 该方法可用于Norvasc药品实际生产中的质量控制.  相似文献

建立了同时测定复方芦丁片中芦丁和维生素C含量的计算分光光度法--小波变换分光光度法.对芦丁和维生素C的重叠吸收光谱进行连续小波变换,分别提取只与芦丁和维生素C有关的特征小波变换系数,由特征小波变换系数值和浓度建立的线性回归方程,可以准确地测定复方芦丁片中芦丁和维生素C的含量.芦丁和维生素C的线性范围分别为0~25 mg·L-1和0~15 mg·L-1,对3个模拟试样作回收率和精密度试验,回收率在98.1%~102.0%之间,RSD值均小于等于0.9%.  相似文献

METRIAREZ- and -, two new derivatives of 5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole with - and -resorcylic acids have been synthesized and their physicochemical and chelating properties determined. With metal ions havingp andd electrons they form water-soluble coloured chelates at L M molar ratios of 1 1 with Cu2+ and Pb2+ ( and ), Hg2+ and Zn2+ () and Cd2+, In3+ and Bi3+ () and 2 1 with Fe3+, Fe2+, Co2+ and Ni2+ ( and ) and Zn2+ (). The chelates are non-extractable by organic solvents. The stability constants of these complexes, as well as their spectrophotometric sensitivity and extinction coefficients were determined. Iron and zinc in multivitamin tablets were determined spectrophotometrically using the ligands.  相似文献

This study demonstrates the thermalanalysis applications in compatibility and stability studies of the propranolol binary mixture sand tablets A and B. The propranolol binary mixtures were prepared in the laboratory and compared to the fully formulated tablets using the thermogravimetric (TG) and calorimetric(DSC) methods. DSC of binary mixtures showed similar phase transition to propranolol drug. The tablets phase transition decreased and there was no detectable significant interaction in propranolol–lactose mixture and tablets. The DSC-photovisual test revealed an interaction similar to the Maillard reaction. The TG isothermal study showed a difference in the profile between the drug and tablets due excipients quality and problems in manufacture process. The kinetic parameters indicated a lower stability for the tablets than propranolol drug. The thermal techniques thermally differentiated the propranolol preparations demonstrating the importance in the design development of pharmaceuticals solid-dosage form. The electrochemical oxidation of both the rifampicin (RIF) and isoniazid (INH) drugs has been investigated by cyclic and square-wave voltammetry in Britton-Robinson buffers (pH 2-11) at a carbon paste electrode. The oxidation of rifampicin generated a well-defined pH-dependent quasi-reversible anodic-cathodic peak couple corresponding to a mechanism involving the transfer of two electrons/two protons, typical to that of hydroquinones, in addition to an irreversible anodic peak at a more positive potential which may be due to the oxidation of phenolic hydroxyl group. For the isoniazid, an irreversible anodic peak was observed, which may be attributed to the irreversible oxidation of the amide moiety of the drug molecule. A validated square-wave adsorptive anodic stripping voltammetric procedure was described to assay the two drugs separately or combined in pharmaceutical formulations and human serum. The recoveries of RIF in rimactane® capsules (300 mg RIF) and INH in isocid® tablets (200 mg INH) were found to be 98.57±0.81% and 100.57±0.74%, respectively. The proposed procedure was also successfully applied to simultaneous assay of rifampicin and isoniazid drugs combined in rimactazid tablets (150 mg INH+300 mg RIF) with recoveries of 98.79±0.97% and 99.54±0.74%, respectively, without the necessity for sample pretreatment or time-consuming extraction steps prior to the analysis. The results were favorably compared to those obtained by the reported USP method. Moreover, the proposed procedure was successfully applied to simultaneous assay of both drugs in human serum samples with limits of detection and quantitation of 5×10−8 and 1.7×10−7 M for RIF and 6.1×10−8 and 2×10−7 M for INH.  相似文献

本文采用t检验法评价中药色谱指纹图谱的相似度。利用来自六个不同厂家的三黄片样品的高效液相色谱指纹图谱数据来验证t检验法的适用性,并用主成分分析(PCA)进一步验证方法的可行性。在PCA的聚类图上,t检验无显著性差异的样品聚为一类,t检验有显著性差异的样品各为一类。结果表明:用t检验法能客观地反映中药样品间的相似性和差异性。  相似文献

Near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was used in simultaneous, non-destructive analysis of antipyriine and caffeine citrate tablets. Principal component artificial neural networks (PC-ANNs) were used to construct models for the analytes, using the testing set for external validation. Four pretreated spectra, namely, first-derivative, second-derivative, standard normal variate (SNV) and multiplicative scatter correction (MSC) spectra led to simplified and more robust models than conventional spectra. In PC-ANNs models, the spectra data were analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA) firstly. Then the scores of the principal compounds (PCs) were chosen as input nodes for input layer instead of the spectra data. The artificial neural networks (ANNs) models using the spectra data as input nodes were also established, which were compared with the PC-ANNs models. The result shows the SNV model of PC-ANNs multivariate calibration has the lowest training error and predicting error. The concept of the degree of approximation was introduced and performed as the selective criterion of the optimum network parameters.  相似文献

Tetrazepam dissolved in the Britton-Robinson universal buffer of various pH values (2.5–11.5) containing 10 vol. % of ethanol was reduced at the mercury electrode in a single 2-electron irreversible step due to reduction of the 4,5 C=N double bond of the seven-membered ring. Differential pulse polarography (DPP) and adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry (AdCSV) techniques (Linear sweep LS, differential pulse DP and square-wave SW modes) for quantification of tetrazepam in bulk form and in myolastan tablets are presented. Moreover, the described linear sweep, differential pulse, and square-wave adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry was successfully applied in quantification of tetrazepam in spiked human serum without any prior extraction of the drug. The obtained results showed an increased sensitivity of the described electro-analytical procedures for the quantification of tetrazepam in the following order DPP, DP-AdCSV, LS-AdCSV, and SW-AdCSV, since the observed limits of tetrazepam quantitation by these electroanalytical techniques were 5 × 10−6 mol L−1, 3 × 10−7 mol L−1, 1 × 10−8 mol L−1, and 3 × 10−9 mol L−1, respectively.  相似文献
