闪光灯泵浦的Nd:KGd(WO4)2激光器

报道了用闪光灯泵浦的掺钕的钨酸钆镓(Nd³⁺:KGd(WO₄)₂激光器.在重复频率1Hz,脉宽120μs的灯泵下,测量了不同透过率下激光输出能量,获得最大输出能量384mJ,斜率效率1.0%,外推阈值0.54J.在调Q运行时,Nd:KGW晶体的斜率效率为0.16%,最大输出能量46mJ.

Effect of Substrates on CuInSe2 Nanoparticle Thin Films by Radio Frequency Reactive Sputtering

CuInSe2(CIS) nanoparticle thin films have been prepared by radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering from compound ternary fan-shaped targets on low-temperature substrates with pure argon gas as the atmosphere.The stoichiometry of the ternary compound semiconductor quantum dots can easily be controlled by the ratios of the ternary elements and sputtering parameters.CIS nanoparticle thin films regularly shaped and distributed reasonably uniform in size on substrates of 7059 glass etc can be grown in this way.The average particle diameter can be varied between 40-80 nm by an appropriate choice of the substrate temperature,power density and total CIS coverage.the optical and electrical properties of the CIS films have also been studied.     

降合物假冠醚研究（Ⅱ）新型聚合物的合成、吸附特性与绿色应用

合成了两种假冠醚型聚合物。研究了聚合物对金属离子的静态吸附性能。结果表明，聚合物对Ag^ ，Pb^2 ,Hg^2 表现出良好的吸附特性，且聚合物B的吸附能力优于聚合物A。吸附实验表明，除冠醚氧原子参与配位外，－CH2OH的氧原子亦参与了配位。聚合物B对Ag^ 的吸附过程中存在着明显的氧化还原现象，Ag^ 被还原为Ag^0，而聚合物分子中的－CH2OH被氧化成为－COOH。已初步将研究成果应用于本化学实验室的绿色化建设中。     

A Unified Model of Magnetic Extraction of Spin Energy from a Black Hole

A unified model of magnetic extraction of spin energy from a black hole in discussed based on the theory of black hole magnetosphere.The magnetic extracting power is expressed by a unified formula,which is applicable to bloth the Blandford-Znajek (BZ) process and the magnetic coupling (MC) process.The strength and characteristics of the BZ power and the MC power are compared in detail.In addition,the impedance matching condition for the BZ power is extended to the more general case.     

激光致晶态Ag11In12Te26Sb51相变介质光学常量的研究

研究了结晶度对Ag11In12Te26Sb51相变薄膜光学常数的影响。用初始化仪使相变薄膜晶化，改变晶化参量得到不同的结晶度，当转速固定时，随激光功率的增加，折射率基本随之减小，消光系数先是增大，而后减小；当激光功率固定时，随转速的增大，折射率也随之增大，消光系数也是先增大后减小。非晶态与晶态间的变换、薄膜微结构的变化（包括晶型的转变和原子间键合状态的变化）以及薄膜内残余应力的影响Ag11In12Te26Sb51相变薄膜复数折射率的主要原因。测量了单层膜的透过率和CD－RW相变光盘中Ag11In12Te26Sb51薄膜非晶态和晶态的反射率。     

双面金属包覆介质波层模序数的判别方法

在双面金属包覆介质波导中，随着介质层厚度的变化，会出现TM0模与TM1模的分离和简并两种状态，从而影响衰减全反射（ATR）谱中模序数的确认。通过对金属波层的理论分析和实验研究，提出了三种模序数确认方法：本征角计算法、吸收峰全峰半宽比较法和吸收峰峰间距比较法，实现了两种状态下对模序数的准确判断。     

利用г—X混合在AlAs／GaAs异质结构实现光生电子、空穴对的持久存储

利用GaAs量子阱中г谷束缚态与AlAs层中X谷束缚态在异质结界面处的共振г-X混合，使得光生电子不仅在实空间而且在K窨 与光生空穴分离开来，从而在结构中形成了持久的电荷极化。这一效应已被C-V特性上所观察到的电容阶跃和正反扫描时所出现的双稳滞迟现象所证实。如果将我们的器件用作光存储单元，预期可以获得很长的存储时间Ts。同时，由于г-X混合隧穿速率很快，光子“读出”仍可以保持很快。
