单面加热矩形通道热入口段层流对流换热特性的场协同分析

对单面加热矩形通道热入口段的层流对流换热问题进行了数值模拟研究,给出了不同截面比的局部努赛尔数。推导出单面加热时的场协同方程,以此分析了不同截面比下加热边界条件对努赛尔数的影响规律。     

BaTiO3半导体陶瓷从PTC特性向边界层电容效应过渡问题探讨——晶界势垒模型

本文分析了BaTiO₃半导体陶瓷的Daniels模型存在的问题,提出了从PTC特性向边界层电容效应过渡的晶界势垒模型,解决了Daniels模型的缺陷,使BaTiO₃半导瓷及其有关器件的物理性能的定量计算成为可能。

Transportation Characteristics for a Class of Generalized N-Diffusion Equation with Convection

A suitable similarity transformation group is used to reduce the power law parabolic partial equation to a classof singular nonlinear boundary value problems. Analytical solutions and numerical solutions both are presented for the specific power law index N, conductivity and convective functions, and the associated transportation characteristics are discussed in detail.     

求解对流扩散方程的ICT-MMOCAA差分解法

Combing the ideas of FCT^[1,2]with the MMOCAA^[3],the ICT-MMOCAA difference method,in which the transport is corrected by interpolation,is established for convection diffusion problem in the paper,The new method possesses the property of general FCT schemes and it is free from oscillation,with which the large gradient problem is solved by the MMOCAA difference method based on high-order(≥2)Lagrange interpolation^[3].Because the analysis in [3]is only suit for the scheme based on linear interpolation,the analysis method difered form [3] is used for obaining the error estimates of the new method.The numerical example is given in the paper.     

MULTIPLE LAYER BEHAVIOR OF BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR SINGULARLY PERTURBED n-TH ORDER NONLINEAR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

In this paper,we study the singular perturbation of boundary value problem for a class of n-th order nonlinear differential equation,the solution is shown to exhibit multiple layer behavior.According to different layers and by introducing extended variable,we obtain the uniformly effective asymptotic expansion with different boundary layer correction term.     

非线性对流扩散方程沿特征线的多步有限体积元格式

对于二维非线性对流扩散方程构造了沿特征线方向的多步有限体积元格式．关于空间采用二次有限体积元方法离散，关于时间采用多步法进行离散，获得了O(Δt^2 h^2)形式的误差估计．本文最后给出的数值算例表明了方法的有效性．     

THE UPWIND FINITE ELEMENT SCHEME AND MAXIMUM PRINCIPLE FOR NONLINEAR CONVECTION-DIFFUSION PROBLEM

In this paper, a kind of partial upwind finite element scheme is studied for twodimensional nonlinear convection-diffusion problem. Nonlinear convection term approximated by partial upwind finite element method considered over a mesh dual to the triangular grid, whereas the nonlinear diffusion term approximated by Galerkin method. A linearized partial upwind finite element scheme and a higher order accuracy scheme are constructed respectively. It is shown that the numerical solutions of these schemes preserve discrete maximum principle. The convergence and error estimate are also given for both schemes under some assumptions. The numerical results show that these partial upwind finite element scheme are feasible and accurate.
