尿激酶(uPA)化学合成抑制剂

胞外蛋白的水解是恶性肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移的必要条件,各种蛋白酶的水解反应降解细胞外基质,破坏细胞/细胞间的联系以适应细胞的迁移。尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(尿激酶,urokinase-type plasminogen activator, uPA)激活不具有丝氨酸蛋白酶活性的纤溶酶原为活性纤溶酶,在保持血流畅通与防止血栓的形成中具有重要的作用。此外,活性尿激酶降解细胞外基质,激活多种基质金属蛋白酶,以适应肿瘤细胞的侵袭、扩散和转移。抑制尿激酶的活性被公认为是抑制癌症转移的有效方法,其中合成小分子uPA抑制剂成为抗癌治疗中的新理念。本文综述了合成uPA抑制剂的研究现状。     

N-酰基-L-丝氨酸钠表面活性剂的合成和胶束化热力学性质

以L-丝氨酸和长链酰氯为原料,合成了3种不同碳链长度（n=8,12,14）的N-酰基-L-丝氨酸。 并以1H NMR、ESI-MS和元素分析对3种目标产物进行了表征。 采用表面张力法研究了N-酰基-L-丝氨酸钠在298、308、318和328 K时水溶液中的聚集行为,确定了临界胶束浓度（cmc）、临界胶束浓度下的最低表面张力（γcmc）、表面饱和吸附量Γmax。 由cmc和温度的关系,应用相分离模型计算了胶束化热力学参数ΔGom、ΔHom和ΔSom。 结果表明,ΔGom＜0,ΔHom的绝对值比-TΔSom绝对值小的多,说明胶束化过程为熵驱动过程,随着温度的升高,胶束化过程是熵-焓补偿的过程。     

三元体系LaCl3-Am(Am=Gly,Glu,Ser)-H2O(25℃)的研究

测定了3个三元体系LaCl₃-Am-H₂O(Am=Gly,Glu,Ser)在25℃时的溶度和饱和溶液的折光指数。报道了三元体系中生成的三元配合物La(Gly)Cl₃·2H₂O(A₁)、La(Gly)₃Cl₃·3H₂O(A₂)、La₂(Glu)₃Cl₆·8H₂O(C)、La(Ser)Cl₃·3H₂O(E)。用摩尔电导、红外光谱、X射线衍射、热分析及偏光显微镜鉴测定了各配合物的一些物理化学性质。     

Supereulerian graphs and the Petersen graph

A graphG is supereulerian if G has a spanning eulerian subgraph.Boesch et al.[J.Graph Theory,1,79–84(1977)]proposed the problem of characterizing supereulerian graphs.In this paper,we prove that any 3-edge-connected graph with at most 11 edge-cuts of size 3 is supereulerian if and only if it cannot be contractible to the Petersen graph.This extends a former result of Catlin and Lai[J.Combin.Theory,Ser.B,66,123–139(1996)].     

阴性及中性丝氨酸与纯的金属掺杂石墨烯相互作用的密度泛函理论研究

We present a theoretical study of interactions of anionic and neutral serine (Ser) on pure or metal-doped graphene surfaces using density functional theory calculations. Interactions of both types of Ser with the pure graphene surface show weak non-covalent interactions due to the formation of -COOH…π, -COO^-…π, and -OH…π interactions. On metaldoped graphene, covalent interactions to the surface dominate, due to the formation of strong metal-O and O-metal-O interactions. Furthermore, the doped Fe, Cr, Mn, Al, or Ti enhances the ability of graphene to attract both types of Ser by a combination of the adsorption energy, the density of states, the Mulliken atomic charges, and differences of electron density. At the same time, the interaction strengths of anionic Ser on various graphene surfaces are stronger than those of neutral Ser. These results provide useful insights for the rational design and development of graphene-based sensors for the two forms of Ser by introducing appropriate doped atoms. Ti and Fe are suggested to be the best choices among all doped atoms for the anionic Ser and neutral Ser, respectively.     

二磺酰胺基溴化硼促进下溴代乙酸酯与吲哚甲醛的缩合反应中底物醛的电子效应

研究了二磺酰胺基溴化硼存在下溴代乙酸叔丁基酯对吲哚α或β甲醛的缩合反应，发现其产物与醛基的位置有密切的联系；同时吲哚氮原子的保护基性质也对产物有较大影响。     

免疫吸附剂吸附类风湿因子（RF）

以聚乙烯醇水凝胶为载体，氨基酸为选择性配基，制备亲合性免疫吸附剂，用于清除类风湿性关节炎患者体内的类风湿因子（ＲＦ），实验中对水凝胶载体交联度、选择性配基种类、手臂效应等与吸附及选择性能的关系进行了研究。实验数据表明：当水凝胶交联度为４０％时，联接Ｌ－丝氨酸对ＲＦ具有最好的吸附选择性能。对患者血浆中ＲＦ－ＩｇＭ、ＲＦ－ＩｇＧ、ＲＦ－ＩＧＡ的吸附率分别达到６２．８％、４７．２％、和６０．０％，而对血浆蛋白无吸附。     

丝氨酸组酰胺对5''''-pTpTpCp-3''''片段切割作用的量子化学计算

采用量子化学方法对丝氨酸组酰胺切割5'-pTpTpCp-3'的作用机理进行了研究.通过计算得到了两者之间形成多氢键作用的有效分子识别模型以及相关分子结构参数.从理论上解释了丝氨酸组酰胺对5'-pTpTpCp-3'切割的水解机理.
