The reactivity of white phosphorus and yellow arsenic towards two different nickel nacnac complexes is investigated. The nickel complexes [(L1Ni)2tol] ( 1 , L1=[{N(C6H3iPr2-2,6)C(Me)}2CH]) and [K2][(L1Ni)2(μ,η1 : 1-N2)] ( 6 ) were reacted with P4, As4 and the interpnictogen compound AsP3, respectively, yielding the homobimetallic complexes [(L1Ni)2(μ-η2121-E4)] (E=P ( 2 a ), As ( 2 b ), AsP3 ( 2 c )), [(L1Ni)2(μ,η3 : 3-E3)] (E=P ( 3 a ), As ( 3 b )) and [K@18-c-6(thf)2][L1Ni(η1 : 1-E4)] (E=P ( 7 a ), As ( 7 b )), respectively. Heating of 2 a , 2 b or 2 c also leads to the formation of 3 a or 3 b . Furthermore, the reactivity of these compounds towards reduction agents was investigated, leading to [K2][(L1Ni)2(μ,η2 : 2-P4)] ( 4 ) and [K@18-c-6(thf)3][(L1Ni)2(μ,η3 : 3-E3)] (E=P ( 5 a ), As ( 5 b )), respectively. Compound 4 shows an unusual planarization of the initial Ni2P4-prism. All products were comprehensively characterized by crystallographic and spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

Maltose is a ubiquitous disaccharide produced by the hydrolysis of starch. Amphiphilic ureas bearing hydrophilic maltose moiety were synthesized via the following three steps: I) construction of urea derivatives by the condensation of 4-nitrophenyl isocyanate and alkylamines, II) reduction of the nitro group by hydrogenation, and III) an aminoglycosylation reaction of the amino group and the unprotected maltose. These amphiphilic ureas functioned as low molecular weight hydrogelators, and the mixtures of the amphipathic ureas and water formed supramolecular hydrogels. The gelation ability largely depended on the chain length of the alkyl group of the amphiphilic urea; amphipathic urea having a decyl group had the highest gelation ability (minimum gelation concentration=0.4 mM). The physical properties of the supramolecular hydrogels were evaluated by measuring their thermal stability and dynamic viscoelasticity. These supramolecular hydrogels underwent gel-to-sol phase transition upon the addition of α-glucosidase as a result of the α-glucosidase-catalyzed hydrolysis of the maltose moiety of the amphipathic urea.  相似文献

Theoretical investigation on the gas‐phase degradation reaction mechanism of methamidophos (MAP) and chloramine phosphorus (CHP) with OH radicals is performed. The equilibrium geometries and the harmonic vibration frequencies of the stationary points are obtained at M06‐2x/6‐31+G(d,p) level, and the higher‐level energetic information is further refined at M06‐2x/6–311++G(3df,2p) level. The rate constants for the 14 reaction channels are calculated by the improved canonical variational transition state theory with small‐curvature tunneling correction over the temperature range 200–2000 K. The three‐parameter expressions of k1(T) = 1.53 × 10?19T2.74exp(?1005.12/T), k2(T) = 1.36 × 10?20T3.02exp(?1259.56/T) are given. The total rate constants of all reaction channels of MAP with OH radicals are in good agreement with the available experimental data. Our results indicate that the H‐abstraction reactions on methyl are the major channels for the reaction of MAP and CHP with OH radicals. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Low transition temperature mixtures (LTTMs), also known as deep eutectic solvents, show properties that make them suitable as entrainers for extractive distillation. Two different low transition temperature mixtures were considered as potential entrainers for the extractive distillation of the azeotropic mixture (isopropanol + water). (Lactic acid + choline chloride) (2:1) and (glycolic acid + choline chloride) (3:1) were selected for this work. (Vapor + liquid) equilibrium measurements of the pseudo-binary systems (isopropanol + LTTM) and (water + LTTM) were measured at different concentrations of LTTM in a pressure range of 10 to 100 kPa. (Vapor + liquid) equilibrium data of the pseudo-ternary system (isopropanol + water + LTTM) were also measured at constant pressure (100 kPa) and constant LTTM molar fraction of 0.05 and 0.1. It was found that these LTTMs cannot break the azeotrope at those concentrations. However, the azeotrope was displaced to a much higher isopropanol concentration. The NRTL model was successfully applied to fit the experimental data.  相似文献

In this work, we report a detailed theoretical investigation of the phase transition of ammonia borane (NH3BH3; AB), from a tetragonal I4mm ( ) phase with disordered orientation of hydrogen to an orthorhombic phase with Pmn21 ( ) symmetry, as a function of temperature based on Density Functional Theory calculations with semiempirical dispersion potential correction. We define a series of substructures with the NH3BH3 moiety always in C3v symmetry and the partially occupied high temperature state can be described as a continuous transformation between these substructures. To understand the role of the van der Waals corrections to the physical properties, we use the empirical Grimme's dispersion potential correction (PBE‐D2). Both Perdew–Burke–Emzerhof (PBE) and PBE‐D2 functional yield almost the same energy sequence along the transition path. However, PBE‐D2 functional shows obvious advantage in describing the lattice parameters of AB. The rigid rotor harmonic oscillator approximation is used to compute the free energy and the entropies contribution along the transition pathway. With knowledge of free energy surfaces along rotations of the ? [NH3] and ? [BH3] groups, complete transformation paths are mapped out. The phase transition is found to follow the sequence of partially occupied tetragonal system (I4mm) of a mixture of states with monoclinic (Cc), (CM) and orthorhombic (Pmn21) symmetries to fully occupied quasitetragonal system (the intermediate phase, Pmn21) to fully occupied orthorhombic system (Pmn21). © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Thermal and salt dual stimuli-responsive filter-paper-based membranes were prepared by UV-induced grafting of NIPAM-based polymers on paper surface. The grafting ratio could be controlled by monomer concentration during grafting polymerization. The results from pressure drop measurement of the mobile phase flowed cross the membrane demonstrate that an appropriate grafting ratio would be 8%-10%. Protein adsorption on the membrane through hydrophobic interaction could be promoted by increasing temperature and lyotropic salt concentration. The effect of grafted polymer structure on protein binding performance was studied. Filter paper grafted with NIPAM-based branched copolymer consisting of hydrophobic monomer moieties shows ten times higher protein binding capacity than that of the original filter paper. The separation of plasma proteins using the dual stimuli-responsive membrane was examined to demonstrate feasible application for hydrophobic interaction chromatographic separation of proteins.  相似文献

The paper focuses on the problem of electrostatic interactions in molecular dynamics simulations of thermal properties of heterocyclic polymers. The study focuses on three thermoplastic polyimides synthesized on the basis of 1,3‐bis‐(3′,4‐dicarboxyphenoxy)benzene (dianhydride R) and three diamines: 4,4′‐bis‐(4″‐aminophenoxy) diphenylsulfone (diamine BAPS), 4,4′‐bis‐(4″‐aminophenoxy) biphenyl (diamine BAPB), and 4,4′‐bis‐(4''‐aminophenoxy) diphenyloxide (diamine BAPO). In the molecular dynamics simulations these polyimides were described by the Gromos53a5 force field. To parameterize the electrostatic interactions four methods of calculating the partial atomic charges were chosen: B3LYP/6–31G*(Mulliken), AM1(Mulliken), HF/6–31G*(Mulliken), and HF/6–31G*(ChelpG). As our parameterization is targeted to reproduce thermal properties of the thermoplastic polyimides, the choice of proper partial charges was finalized on a basis of the closest match between computational and experimental data for the thermal expansion coefficients of the polyimides below glass transition temperatures. Our finding clearly show that the best agreement with experimental data is achieved with the Mulliken partial atomic charges calculated by the Hartree‐Fock method with 6–31G* basis set. Furthermore, in addition to the thermal expansion coefficients this set of partial atomic charges predicts an experimentally observed relationship between glass transition temperatures of the three polyimides under study: . A mechanism behind the change in thermal properties upon the change in the chemical structure in considered polyimides may be related to an additional spatial ordering of sulfone groups due to dipole‐dipole interactions. Overall, the modified force‐field is proved to be suitable for accurate prediction of thermal properties of thermoplastic polyimides and can serve as a basis for building up atomistic theoretical models for describing other heterocyclic polymers in bulk. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 合成了4种羧基亚胺配体并将其用于促进Suzuki偶联反应。通过考察配体结构、溶剂极性、碱强度和温度等因素对反应产率的影响,确定了羧基亚胺配体参与的钯催化Suzuki偶联反应的最佳条件为:催化剂的量为0.001(mol)%的Pd Cl2和0.002(mol)%的配体,以碳酸钾作碱,4m L乙醇水溶液(1∶1,体积比)作溶剂,反应温度为60℃,在空气条件下反应。结果表明,羧基亚胺配体能够有效促进Suzuki偶联反应;在合成的配体L1~L4中,具有适当的位阻和给电子基团的L2的催化活性最高,能够高效催化合成一系列联芳类化合物。  相似文献

Fluorenes are a commonly encountered structural motif in materials science, pharmaceutical chemistry, and organic synthesis. Among various strategies towards the synthesis of this unique structure, transition metal‐catalyzed functionalization has emerged as one of the most efficient methods. This Minireview presents an overview of the recent advances in this emerging area by highlighting the reactions’ specificity and applicability and, where possible, provides a mechanistic rationale.  相似文献
