Spectral operators generated by damped hyperbolic equations

We announce a series of results on the spectral analysis for a class of nonselfadjoint opeators, which are the dynamics generators for the systems governed by hyperbolic equations containing dissipative terms. Two such equations are considered: the equation of nonhomogeneous damped string and the 3-dimensional damped wave equation with spacially nonhomogeneous spherically symmetric coefficients. Nonselfadjoint boundary conditions are imposed at the ends of a finite interval or on a sphere centered at the origin respectively. Our main result is the fact the aforementioned operators are spectral in the sense of N. Dunford. The result follows from the fact that the systems of root vectors of the above operators form Riesz bases in the corresponding energy spaces. We also give asymptotics of the spectra and state the Riesz basis property results for the nonselfadjoint operator pencils associated with these operators.     

To the spectral theory of Krein systems

We consider the Krein systems. For the set of Stummel class coefficients, we establish the criterion in terms of these coefficients for the system to satisfy the Szegö-type estimate on the spectral measure.     

光化学气相淀积SiGe/Si材料的机制分析

本文对光化学气相淀积SiGe/Si过程中气相反应机制和表面反应历程进行了分析和讨论.利用表面反应动力学的有关理论,结合光化学气相淀积的特点,推导出光化学气相淀积SiGe/Si过程中的生长速率和生长压力的关系.并给出该理论结果和实际实验结果的比较.     

用计算机测量PN结的反向物理特性

本对PN结反向物理特性，应用电子技术和计算机技术实现了对实验过程的控制和效据处理。     

F／Cl比与Eu~（2＋）：BaFCl中F色心的浓度和光激励截面的关系

研究了Ｅｕ（２＋）：ＢａＦｘＣｌ２在紫外线辐照下的光激励发光。通过改变激励方式及激励光的扫描方向，给出了Ｅｕ（２＋）：ＢａＦｘＣｌ２－ｘ光激励发光过程中，两种Ｆ色心的浓度比值与光激励截面比值的测定方法。利用这种测定方法，进一步研究了两种Ｆ色心的浓度比值和光激励截面比值与Ｆ／ＣＩ比值的关系。     

类铜离子的电子碰撞参数及其规律

用准相对论扭曲波方法系统地计算了Ｂａ、Ｎｄ、Ｇｄ、Ｙｂ、Ａｕ、Ｐｂ类铜离子组态能级之间的电子碰撞激发强度Ω（ｎｌ－ｎｌ），３≤ｎ≤７，４≤ｎ≤７，同时给出了高能极限的碰撞强度和外推到阈值的碰撞强度，用最小二乘样条方法拟合了全能域碰撞强度及热平均速率系数。对于一个激发过程，用１０个参数可以得到碰撞电子在任意能量下的碰撞强度以及任意温度下的速率系数。     

Near-barrier fusion reactions induced by α on197Au,193Ir,191Ir,185Re,181Ta,121Sb and69Ga nuclei

Fusion-evaporation cross-sections for the α-induced reactions upon¹⁹⁷Au,¹⁹³Ir,¹⁹¹Ir,¹⁸⁵Re,¹⁸¹Ta,¹²¹Sb and⁶⁹Ga nuclei at bombarding energies near the Coulomb barrier have been measured by off-line observation of the γ-rays emitted in the radioactive decay of the residual nuclei using stacked foil technique. The total fusion cross-section for the systems have been compared with simple statistical model calculations using the code ALICE/91 as well as with the coupled channel calculations that include the β₂ and ν₄ slatic deformations and dynamic couplings of the vibrational/rotational states of the target and the projet tile using the code CCDEF.     

A branching process model for sand avalanches

An analytically solvable model for sand avalanches of noninteracting grains of sand, based on the Chapman-Kolmogorov equations, is presented. For a single avalanche, distributions of lifetimes, sizes of overflows and avalanches, and correlation functions are calculated. Some of these are exponentials, some are power laws. Spatially homogeneous distributions of avalanches are also studied. Computer simulations of avalanches of interacting grains of sand are compared to the solutions to the Chapman-Kolmogorov equations. We find that within the range of parameters explored in the simulation, the approximation of noninteracting grains of sand is a good one.     

Si1－xGex/Si量子阱发光材料的分子束外延生长及其结构研究

采用固源Si分子束外延,在较高的生长温度于Si(100)衬底上制备出Si1－xGex/Si量子阱发光材料。发光样品的质量和特性通过卢瑟福背散射、X射线双晶衍射及光致发光评估。背散射实验中观察到应变超晶格的反常沟道效应;X射线分析表明材料的生长是共度的、无应力释放的,结晶完整性好。低温光致发光主要是外延合金量子阱中带边激子的无声发射和横光学声子参与的激子复合。并讨论了生长温度对量于阱发光的影响。     

Effect of borohydride as reducing agent on the structures and electrochemical properties of Pt/C catalyst

In this paper, we found that boron deposited on the surface of support when sodium borohydride used as reducing agent during the preparation of Pt/C catalyst. The deposition of boron markedly reduces particle size of Pt, raises electrochemical active surface (EAS) area of catalyst and electrochemical activity for hydrogen evolution or oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) compared with which prepared using other reducing agents (hydrogen and formaldehyde).
