采用二维时域有限差分(2D-FDTD)方法研究了高斯光束通过固体浸没透镜(SIL)的光场分布特性.模拟结果表明,SIL的折射率越大,底面出射的光斑越小,但随离底面距离的增大光束很快展宽;当只有入射角大于全反射临界角、具有高空间频率的部分高斯光束聚焦到SIL底面金属膜中心的微孔时,针对不同直径的微孔,模拟了出射光场的分布,发现微孔直径在某一特定值时,出射光斑半径在距SIL底面近半个波长范围内无明显改变,该结果为增大SIL和存储介质间距的方案提供了理论依据. 相似文献

用532 nm基模高斯光束对2-甲氧基5-丁氧基取代聚对苯撑乙烯的氯仿溶液进行激光诱导衍射实验及光限幅特性的研究.实验发现,当高斯光束通过样品溶液时,在远场处出现衍射环;随着入射功率的增大,衍射图案会发生显著的变化.理论分析表明,该现象可以用光克尔效应、热效应作用下的附加相位孔对入射光束的衍射行为来解释.还进一步研究了532 nm激光作用下样品溶液的光限幅特性,根据实验结果分析得出:由热效应引起的自衍射是产生光限幅特性的主要机制. 相似文献

A solid immersion lens (SIL) has been applied to the writing and reading of three-dimensional optical data storage in transparent materials. Using a SIL with n=1.516 to focus a 150-fs, 800-nm Tiisapphire laser, the 5-layer reading and writing of data are achieved in fused silica and polyethylene methacrylate at a density of 1.1×10 2 b/cm3.
