锌的平面三配位[Bu_4N][Zn(SC_6H_2Pr_3~i-2,4,6)_3]·Pr~iOH配合物的合成与晶体结构

在许多重要的金属蛋白中,都存在ⅡB金属与半胱氨酸残基配位的活性中心M(Cys-S)_n.锌、镉、汞与含硫配体的配位化学作为M(Cys-S)_n中心的化学基础,三配位的[M(SR)_3]被认为是金属蛋白中ⅡB金属的一种配位形式.而近年来,Koch报道了平面三配位的锌、镉、汞的硫酚配合物[(n-Pr)_4N][Zn(SC_6HMe_4-2,3,5,6)_3]和[PPh_4][Cd(SC_6H_2Pr_3~i-2,3,6)_3]及[(n-Pr)_4N][Hg(SC_6H_2Pr_3~i-2,4,6)_3]的晶体结构.他们在实验中由于晶体迅速失去溶剂而未能测定以2,4,6-三异丙基硫酚为配体的锌配合物的晶体结构.最近我们合成了这个配合物,并测定了其晶体结构.     

聚甲醛自然老化的SEM研究

对户外曝晒3～36个月的聚甲醛(POM)老化形态进行了研究,讨论了老化层厚度,裂纹宽度、裂纹深度及断口形态与老化时间的关系。结果表明:POM的老化导致了材料内部结构由韧性变成脆性而几乎完全丧失物理机械性能。     

10,12—双炔廿三酸盐的LB膜特性研究

本文合成了10,12-双炔廿三酸,并用其在Si、SiO_2、CaF_2等基片上沉积了LB膜,结果表明,10,12-双炔廿三酸的镉盐成膜更稳定。这种LB膜在紫外光辐照下很快聚合,聚合前后的紫外-可见吸收光谱发生规律性的变化,并保持层状结构,等同周期稍变。通过红外吸收的二向色性分析,确定了该分子的取向。     

5—Br—PAN—S光度法测定微量锌的研究

研究了锌与5-Br-PAN-S的显色反应.在pH8.5,Zn(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PAN-S反应生成1:2的红色络合物,其最大吸收峰为568nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.80×10~4,Zn(Ⅱ)浓度在0～30μg/25ml服从比耳定律.用本法测定了水样和头发中的微量锌,结果满意.     

酚醛树脂固化过程的红外光谱分析

利用红外光谱(IR)及其变温样品池、定量分析程序对酚醛树脂固化过程中的结构变化进行了研究,它对于酚醛树脂固化过程的质量控制具有重要意义。     

三氯化磷辅助下缬氨酸自组装成肽反应的ESI-MS研究

多肽是形成生命体的基本物质之一,其合成一直是生物有机化学研究的热点.我们曾报导,在五氯化磷辅助下α-氨基酸可以自组装成多肽1,2].为了对α-氨基酸的自组装成肽反应进行控制,获得具有生物活性的目标多肽,本文通过电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)跟踪,研究了三氯化磷辅助下缬氨酸的成肽反应,考察了时间、温度、溶剂等对成肽反应的影响.     

富勒烯的电子模型物——丙烯酸甲酯的钼配合物（η^2—CH2=CH…

合成了富勒烯的电子模型物－丙烯到甲酯联吡啶二羰基合钼的２个几何异构体，用Ｘ射线单晶衍射法测定了它们的晶体结构，研究了它们的红外光谱。     

Effects of Lead on Temporal Response Properties of Retinal Ganglion Cells in Developing Rats

Neonatal rats have taken in lead, during the period from their parturition to their weaning, from the milk of dams fed with water containing 0.2% lead acetate solutions. The alterations in the temporal response properties of retinal ganglion cells in adult rats (90 days) following the lead exposure at their developing stage have been studied. The results of this investigation demonstrate that the lead exposure in neonatal rats causes decreases in the optimal temporal frequency, bandwidth at half amplitude, temporal resolution and response phase of the retinal ganglion cells in adult rats. Compared with the sustained cells, the transient cells have a much greater alteration in temporal response properties.     

脂肪族聚碳酸酯(PPC)与聚乳酸(PLA)共混型生物降解材料的热学性能、力学性能和生物降解性研究

通过溶液浇铸法制备了脂肪族聚碳酸酯与聚乳酸的共混物(PPC/PLA).采用示差热分析(DSC)和热重分析(TG)研究了材料的热性能.采用拉伸力学试验研究了共混物的力学性能.通过土壤悬浊拟环境培养降解实验法和扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)对共混材料的生物降解性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,随着PPC含量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度和杨氏模量降低,而生物降解速率却显著提高.但是,在一定的降解时间内,某些比例共混物的降解速率比100%PPC还要快.综合分析表明,PPC/PLA是力学性能和降解性能可以互补的共混体系.     

IDENTIFICATION OF NATURALLY OCCURRING TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE STRAINS OF INFLUENZA A VIRUS AND LOCATION OF THEIR GENETIC LESIONS

Influenza A viruses of different subtypes isolated in different years and from differentparts of China were examined for temperature-sensitiveness (ts ) in their early egg passages.The validity of ts character has been confirmed by ti1e results of parallel tests in chickembryos and in cell cultures. From 12 strains of the old H1N1 subtype isolated between1949 and 1957, no ts strain was detected. Two out of 6 strains of new H1N1 isolated afterFebruary 1979 were found to be ts. For the H3N2 subtype, only 8 out of 23 strainsisolated between 1968 and 1978 were ts, but the proportion increased abruptly to 13 out of15 strains isolated in 1979--1980. We also found 6 out of 16 strains of the R2N2 subtypeto be ts. Two H2N2 and one H3N2 strains examined were found to be composed of mixedts and ts~ particles. By rocombination- complementation test against 7 standard ts strains ofWSN virus with known genetic lesions, the ts lesion of the H3N2 strain Hong Kong/8/68was located on the nucleoprotein gene, whereas that of the H1N1 strain Tianjin/78/77 waslocated on the matrix protein gene.
