The chiral compound 5H-imidazol[2,3-b]isoquinoline-1-ethanol-5-one-1,2, 3, 10b-tetrahydro- β(S)-phenyl-3(S)-phenyl was synthesized from the direct condensation of 2-cyanophenyacetonitrile with optically active (S)-(+)-2-phenylglycinol in chlorobenzene under dry, anaerobic conditions. ZnCl2 was used as a Lewis acid catalyst in this reaction, and the structure of this compound was determined by X-ray diffraction, NMR, MS and IR. Crystal data of the title compound: C25H22N2O2, Mr = 382.45, P 21 21 21, a = 5.341(5), b = 16.735(5), c = 22.129(5) , γ = 90o, V = 1978(2) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.284 g/cm3, the final R = 0.0321 for 2269 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and Rw = 0.0771 for all data.  相似文献

The anomalous Hall effect in disordered face-centered cubic (fcc) FePt alloy films is experimentally studied. The longitudinal resistivity independent term of the anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC) increases and approaches saturation with increasing film thickness. The contribution of side jump scattering is suggested to decrease monotonically with increasing film thickness, which can be ascribed to the variation of the surface scattering with the film thickness. The sign of the skew scattering contribution to the AHC is opposite to that of the intrinsic contribution in the system.  相似文献

Interfacial magnetic anisotropy in a Pt/CO1-xFex/Pt multilayer is tuned by doping iron atoms into the cobalt layer. The perpendicular magnetic anisotropy and out-of-plane coercivity are found to decrease with increasing x. For a specific x, the out-of-plane coercivity acquires a maximal value as a function of the thickness of the CoFe layer. At low temperature, the coercivity is enhanced. Small coercivity but reasonably large perpendicular magnetic anisotropy can be obtained by controlling the x and CoFe layer thickness.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶和表面接枝的方法, 合成了一种新型核壳结构的电流变液材料, 其组成为Li0:1(TixNi1-x)0:9O/聚苯乙烯(x=0.02,0.05).通过透射电镜、X射线衍射和红外光谱分析方法研究了该材料的形貌和结构, 并利用宽频阻抗测量仪、静态电流变测量仪研究了该材料的介电性质和电流变性能, 进而讨论了其结构与电流变性能之间的关系.研究发现,随着Ti含量增加,Li0:1(TixNi1-x)0:9O的介电常数减小,电流变效应减弱,且聚苯乙烯包裹后,介电常数进一步下降,但电流变效应有明显增强.结果表明,利用核、壳两部分各自具有的不同电学和力学性质组合制备得到的核壳结构电流变材料,可具有很高的介电常数,合适的介电损耗以及较小的漏电流密度,其电流变性能可得到明显的提高.  相似文献

Since the exchange bias (EB) effect was discovered in the Co/CoO core-shell nanoparticles, it has been extensively studied in various ferromagnet (FM)/antiferromagnet (AFM) bilayers due to its crucial role in spintronics devices. In this article, we review the investigation of the EB in our research group. First, we outline basic features of the EB, including the effects of the constituent layer thickness, the microstructure and magnetization of the FM layers, and we also discuss asymmetric magnetization reversal process in wedged-FM/AFM bilayers. Secondly, we discuss the mechanisms of the positive EB and the perpendicular EB. Thirdly, we demonstrate the hysteretic behavior of the angular dependence of the EB and analyze the EB training effect. Finally, we discuss the roles of the rotatable anisotropy in the two phenomena.  相似文献

A significant exchange bias(EB) training effect has been observed in sputter deposited FeAu/FeNi bilayers, wherein the exchange field(HE) exhibits a special sign-changeable temperature dependence. Very interestingly, despite the absence of multiple easy axes in the FeAu spin glass(SG) layer, HEdrops abruptly between the first and second magnetic cycles,which is followed by a more gradual continuous change in the subsequent cycles. This training behavior cannot be described by the empirical n-1/2law because of the asymmetric magnetization reversal processes. We propose modifying Binek’s model to include the asymmetric changes of the pinning SG spins at the descending and ascending branches. This new model successfully describes the EB training effect in FeAu/FeNi bilayers.  相似文献

通过改变氧化电压和酸性溶液制备了孔径、孔隙率不同的阳极氧化铝模板,用电沉积方法在模板中制备了Ni有序纳米线阵列,并用铁磁共振技术和振动样品磁强计对其进行了研究.研究表明Ni纳米线阵列存在着较强的偶极相互作用,偶极相互作用与纳米线的形状各向异性之间的竞争决定了纳米线的易磁化方向.随着纳米线阵列密度的增加,线间的偶极相互作用增加,使得纳米线易磁化方向从平行于纳米线方向渐趋向于垂直于纳米线的平面内. 关键词: 纳米线 铁磁共振 偶极相互作用 氧化铝模板  相似文献

研究了直流磁控溅射法制备的Ni81Fe19/Cr82Al18双层膜中的交换耦合.样品的室温矫顽力与1/t3/2FM(tFM为铁磁层厚度)近似成正比例关系,从而表明在Ni81Fe19/Cr82Al18中交换耦合为铁磁/反铁磁界面的随机相互作用.另外还讨论了反铁磁层厚度对交换偏置的影响. 关键词:  相似文献

With nanovoids buried in Co films, resonant structures were observed in spectra of polar magneto-optical Kerr effect(MOKE), where both a narrow bandwidth and high intensity were acquired. Through changing the thickness of Co films and the lattice of voids, different optical modes were introduced. For a very shallow array of voids, the resonant MOKE was induced by Ag plasma edge resonance, for deeper ones, hybrid plasma modes, such as void plasmons in the voids, surface lattice plasmons between the voids, and the co-action of them, etc. resulted in resonant MOKE. We found that resonant MOKE resulted from the void plasmons resonance which possesses the narrowest bandwidth for the lowest absorption of voids. The simulated electromagnetic field(EF) distribution consolidated different effects of these three optical modes on resonant MOKE modulation. Such resonant polar MOKE possesses high sensitivity, which might pave the way to on-chip MO devices.  相似文献
