The novel chromium(Ⅲ) complex with salicylaldehyde semicarbazone was synthesized and characterized by IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 8.9849(13), b = 12.0475(16), c = 34.522(5)A, V = 3736.9(9)A3, Z = 8, C16H18C1CrN6O5, Mr= 461.81, De= 1.642 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1896,A(MoKα) = 0.799 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0370 and wR = 0.0827 for 2908 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The interaction between the chromium(Ⅲ) complex with calf thymus DNA (Ct-DNA) has been investigated by absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurements. The results indicated that the complex was bonded to Ct-DNA through a non-classical intercalative mode.  相似文献

本文合成了2-羟基-1-萘甲醛半碳酰腙铬(Ⅲ)单核配合物,通过红外、紫外、荧光光谱和单晶X-射线衍射等方法对其结构进行了表征。其晶体结构属于单斜晶系,空间群C2/c。光谱数据表明:配体2-羟基-1-萘甲醛半碳酰腙作为三齿螯合剂,通过酚氧,亚胺基氮和酮氧与铬(Ⅲ)离子配位。其铬(Ⅲ)中心为扭曲的六配位八面体几何构型。  相似文献

New series of triorganotin(IV) complexes with 4′‐nitrobenzanilide semicarbazone (L1H) and 4′‐nitrobenzanilide thiosemicarbazone (L2H) of the type [R3Sn(L)] (R = ‐CH3, ‐C6H5 and n‐C4H9) were synthesized under microwave irradiation. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, conductance measurements, molecular weight determinations and spectral data, viz., IR, UV–vis, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR. The central tin atoms of these complexes are all five‐coordinated with trigonal bipyramidal geometry. In order to assess their growth inhibitory potency semicarbazone, thiosemicarbazone and their triorganotin(IV) complexes were tested in vitro against some pathogenic fungi and bacteria. Also the ligands and their organotin(IV) complexes were studied to assess the effects of long‐term ingestion of these compounds on fertility, body and reproductive organ weights. The biochemical analyses were also performed on blood samples and reproductive organs of male rats. The findings have been presented in this paper. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Novel spiro(3-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl)-1,5’-(2’-substituated[1,3,4]-oxadiazole/thiadiazolo[3,2-c] thiazolines and 3-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-spiro[cyclohex-2-ene-thiazolo/thiazino[3,2-b]-s-tetrazine were prepared from previously reported hydrazone, semicarbazone, carbazone, and spiro-s-tetrazine intermediates derived from dimedone precursor. All the newly synthesized heterocycles have been characterized by analytical and spectral (1H NMR and hC NMR) data and screened their in vitro antibacterial activity against gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli and gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus. Some of the compounds showed moderate to good activities towards the bacteria chosen.  相似文献

A series of metal complexes of Pd(II), Pt(II), Rh(III), Ir(III), and Ru(III) with thiosemicarbazone and semicarbazone of 2-acetyl thiophene have been synthesized. Their structures were determined on the basis of elemental analyses; molar conductance; magnetic susceptibility measurements; and IR, 1 H NMR, and electronic spectral studies. On the basis of molar conductance, the complexes may be formulated as [M(L)2]Cl2 and [M′(L)2Cl2]Cl [where M = Pd(II), Pt(II) and M′ = Rh(III), Ir(III), and Ru(III)] due to their 1:2 and 1:1 electrolytic nature. On the basis of IR, 1 West, D. X., Liberta, A. E., Padhye, S. B., Chikate, R. C., Sonawane, P. B. V., Kumbhar, A. S. and Yerande, R. G. 1993. Coord. Chem. Rev., 123: 49[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]H NMR, and electronic spectral studies, an octahedral geometry has been assigned for Rh(III), Ir(III), and Ru(III), while square planar geometry has been assigned for the Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes. The synthesized ligands and their complexes have been screened for bactericidal activity against several bacterial species (i.e., B. macerans, A. aureus, E. coli), and it is shown that the metal complexes act as more active antimicrobial agents than the uncomplexed ligands from which they derive.  相似文献

A novel lead(II) complex with the Schiff base benzil bis(semicarbazone), [Pb(LH2)2(NO3)]NO3 · 1/2H2O, has been synthesised and structurally characterized as well as the free ligand. The coordination number of Pb(II) is seven provided by two neutral ligand molecules and one nitrato group. The most interesting characteristic of this complex is the different behaviour observed in the two bis(semicarbazone) molecules. One of them is a N2O2 chelate ligand, whereas the other one is bonded to the lead ion only through one of the semicarbazone branches. The seventh position in the lead coordination sphere is provided by one oxygen atom from a nitrato ligand.  相似文献

以多酸阴离子簇为主体,选用2,6-二乙酰基吡啶二缩氨基脲(DAPSC)为有机配体,在水热条件下,设计合成了新型的基于单钒取代的Keggin型多酸基无机-有机杂化配合物[Ni(H_2O)_2(DAPSC)][H_3SiW_(11)VO_(40)]·7H_2O.单晶结构分析表明该化合物是零维结构,由平面型席夫碱修饰的多酸基配合物.此外,通过元素分析、红外光谱、粉末X射线衍射、能谱分析等方法对其结构进行表征,并探索研究了其三阶非线性光学性质.  相似文献

缩氨基脲、缩氨基硫脲既是很好的金属离子配体,又有很好的生物活性,如抗细菌、病毒、抗结核、抗麻疯病、抗风湿、抗嗜眠等,文献曾有一些报道。其中有些在结构上调整,引入二茂铁基,显示了一些特殊性质。本文在此基础上进一步合成了12个新型结构的含二茂铁基的缩氨基脲(或硫脲),对它们的性质作了初步研究。  相似文献

4‐(5‐oxo‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐sydnones 11 and 4‐(4‐arylamino‐5‐oxo‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐sydnones 13 have been obtained from a‐chloroformylarylhydrazine hydrochloride 2 . Moreover, the intermediates, including 3, 4 , 9 and 10 , in this study are synthetically informative and valuable. It is also noteworthy that three reactants, 1, 2 and sydnonecarbaldehydes, were prepared from sydnone derivatives and their fragments. The oxidative cyclizations of sydnonecarbaldehyde semicarbazones 9 and carbazones 10 with two different oxidizing agents (Cu(ClO4)2 and Fe(ClO4)3) have been extensively examined. The reaction time and the yields of cyclizations were affected by the substituents of semicarbazones 9 and carbazones 10.  相似文献
