Based on detailed investigation into the interactional physical mechanism of solid deformations and gas seepage in rock matrix and fracture, a nonlinear coupled mathematical model of solid deformation and gas seepage is put forward and the FEM model is built up to carry out numerical analysis. The coupled interaction laws between solid deformations and gas seepage in rock matrix and fractures has been emphasized in the model, which is a vital progress for coupled mathematical model of solid deformation and gas seepage of rock mass media. As an example, the methane extraction in fractured coal seam has been numerically simulated. By analyzing the simulation results, the law of methane migration and exchange in rock matrix and fractures is interpreted.  相似文献

为了定位水稻产量及其要素相关性状QTL并揭示各性状间相关的遗传基础,本研究以来源于杂交组合Lemont/特青的F12重组自交系群体为材料,在大田直播条件下对水稻单株产量、每穗颖花数、每穗实粒数、结实率、千粒重、始穗期、成熟期7个相关性状进行了QTL分析.共检测到22个产量要素相关性状QTL,分布于8条水稻染色体上,单个QTL的贡献率为6%~24%,单个性状QTL位点数为1~5个.共有4个染色体区段的共位点(co-located)QTL能同时影响2~4个产量要素相关性状,并且每个共位点QTL对性状作用的加性效应方向相同,其中2个增效等位基因来自Lemont,另外2个增效等位基因来自特青,这为各性状间表型相关提供了一定的遗传解释.  相似文献

A rapid, selective and sensitive liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry assay method was developed for simultaneous determination of ambroxol and salbutamol in human plasma using citalopram hydrobromide as internal standard (IS). The sample was alkalinized with ammonia water (33:67, v/v) and extracted by single liquid–liquid extraction with ethyl acetate. Separation was achieved on Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column using a gradient program at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. Detection was performed using electrospray ionization in positive ion multiple reaction monitoring mode by monitoring the ion transitions m/z 378.9 → 263.6 (ambroxol), m/z 240.2 → 147.7 (salbutamol) and m/z 325.0 → 261.7 (IS). The total analytical run time was relatively short (3 min). Calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 0.5–100.0 ng/mL for ambroxol and 0.2–20.0 ng/mL for salbutamol, with intra‐ and inter‐run precision (relative standard deviation) <15% and accuracy (relative error) ranging from 97.7 to 112.1% for ambroxol and from 94.5 to 104.1% for salbutamol. The method was successfully applied in a clinical pharmacokinetic study of the compound ambroxol and salbutamol tablets.  相似文献

爆炸固结法是软土地基处理的新方法。为了分析爆炸作用在土中的变化规律,通过有限元方法对单孔条形药包在土中爆炸的数值模拟,在验证计算结果与实测数据的基础上,对地基中单孔条形药包在上覆压力和药量两组爆炸参数下进行模拟对比分析,以解决在不同上覆压力和药量条件下条形药包爆炸作用在土中的显著影响范围。针对条形药包土中爆炸问题,运用ALE算法解决了炸药网格的畸变问题。研究结果表明,上覆压力发挥作用的主要时间不是在爆炸瞬间,而是在爆炸以后的时间段,主要的贡献是对爆炸产生的孔隙水压的消散作用。而炸药的药量对于布置爆炸孔和竖向排水通道的间距影响具有较大影响。  相似文献

In this paper, the volatile compounds of Schisandra chinensis obtained by different extraction techniques including supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), steam distillation (SD), Soxhlet extraction (SE) and ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) were investigated for the first time. The sample preparation procedure for GC-MS analysis of the volatile compounds was optimized and then 37, 45, 27 and 37 compounds were identified in the samples obtained by SFE, SD, SE and UAE methods, respectively. As the therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine is usually based on multifarious essential components or the combination of them instead of only one component, the volatile compounds were compared in groups with the extracts by SE, SD and UAE. This would be more reasonable to evaluate the effects of an alternative technique to extracting multifarious essential components. Among the identified components in the SFE extract, 32 compounds were the same as that by three conventional methods, accounting for 90.5% of the volatile compounds identified. However, as the volatile compounds were classed into groups, it was easy to see that the Schisandra chinensis oil extracted by SFE was made up largely of aromatics and sesquiterpenoids (52.1 and 27.6%, respectively), with less amounts of monoterpenoids and other compounds, distinguishing SFE from the conventional extractions.  相似文献

Based on the method of fractal geometry, the relationship between quantity and size of fracture in a rock mass can be studied. It was found that this relationship is power: Nδ=N0δ-D. Based on this result and theoretical analysis, the nonlinear relationship between rock mass strength and fracture quantity is found: Rc=RcmRcExp[-BNδ].the formula includes the residual strength of fractured rock mass Rcm, the difference in value (ΔRc) between the intact rock strength Rc0 and the residual strength, and fracture quantity. Then, combining the relationship between fracture quantity and the size of rock mass, the formula of rock mass strength is found: . The formula includes fracture quantity, the fractal dimension of fracture quantity distribution and rock mass size. The results show that the attenuation index of rock mass strength is related to the fractal dimension of fracture quantity distribution: α=2-D.  相似文献

A series of poly(?‐caprolactone/glycolide)‐poly(ethylene glycol) (P(CL/GA)‐PEG) diblock copolymers were prepared by ring opening polymerization of a mixture of ?‐caprolactone and glycolide using mPEG as macro‐initiator and stannous octoate as catalyst. Self‐assembled micelles were prepared from the copolymers using nanoprecipitation method. The micelles were spherical in shape. The micelle size was larger for copolymers with longer PEG blocks. In contrast, the critical micelle concentration of copolymers increased with decreasing the overall hydrophobic block length. Drug loading and drug release studies were performed under in vitro conditions, using paclitaxel as a hydrophobic model drug. Higher drug loading was obtained for micelles with longer poly(ε‐caprolactone) blocks. Faster drug release was obtained for micelles of mPEG2000 initiated copolymers than those of mPEG5000 initiated ones. Higher GA content in the copolymers led to faster drug release. Moreover, drug release rate was enhanced in the presence of lipase from Pseudomonas sp., indicating that drug release is facilitated by copolymer degradation. The biocompatibility of copolymers was evaluated from hemolysis, dynamic clotting time, and plasma recalcification time tests, as well as MTT assay and agar diffusion test. Data showed that copolymer micelles present outstanding hemocompatibility and cytocompatibility, thus suggesting that P(CL/GA)‐PEG micelles are promising for prolonged release of hydrophobic drugs.  相似文献

The oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is a sluggish electrocatalytic reaction in solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs) at high temperatures (600–850 °C). Perovskite oxide has been widely investigated for catalyzing the OER; however, the formation of cation‐enriched secondary phases at the oxide/oxide interface blocks the active sites and decreases OER performance. Herein, we show that the Au/yttria‐stabilized zirconia (YSZ) interface possesses much higher OER activity than the lanthanum strontium manganite/YSZ anode. Electrochemical characterization and density functional theory calculations suggest that the Au/YSZ interface provides a favorable path for OER by triggering interfacial oxygen spillover from the YSZ to the Au surface. In situ X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy results confirm the existence of spillover oxygen on the Au surface. This study demonstrates that the Au/YSZ interface possesses excellent catalytic activity for OER at high temperatures in SOECs.  相似文献
