This study demonstrates a headspace gas chromatographic(HS-GC) technique for the determination of residual epichlorohydrin (ECH) and generated 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol (DCP) in synthesis process of 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride (CHTAC). By a weight-based sampling method, coupled with significant dilution in 15.8% sodium sulfate and 0.1% silver nitrate mixed solution rapidly, the sample for HS-GC analysis is prepared. Based on the reaction stoichiometry, the conversion (R) of CHTAC during the synthesis process can be calculated from sampling weight and GC peak area. The results showed that the method has a good measurement precision (RSD<2.5%) and accuracy (recovery=101-104%) for the quantification of both ECH and DCP in the process samples. The present method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the efficient determination of the CHTAC conversion in the synthesis research.  相似文献

The salting-out effect has been characterized on the basis of the relative peak intensity of silica species, observed by FAB-MS (fast atom-bombardment mass spectrometry) in solutions of sodium chloride, sodium nitrate, sodium sulfate, calcium chloride, lithium chloride and magnesium chloride. A critical change in the peak intensity ratios of the linear and cyclic tetramers of silica against the sodium ion (Na+) concentrations was observed at Na+ concentration between 0.1 and 1 mol⋅dm−3. The degrees of the changes of these peak intensity ratios increased in the order NaNO3 < Na2SO4 < NaCl. In CaCl2 solutions, these peak intensity ratios changed significantly at Ca2+ concentrations between 0.05 and 0.5 mol⋅dm−3. The salting-out effect observed is the total change in the concentration of silica brought about by complex factors, such as the changing solubility of silicate complexes, the increases in the concentrations of different kinds of soluble silicate complexes induced by changes in the hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity of the solution, and the contribution of hydrolysis.  相似文献

The presence of salts can significantly alter the (liquid + liquid) equilibrium and extraction process. In this work, a study was conducted on the (liquid + liquid) equilibria of (water + acetic acid + toluene + sodium chloride or potassium chloride) at temperatures (288.2, 298.2 and 313.2) K. This chemical system, irrespective of salt, is frequently used in (liquid + liquid) extraction investigations. The selected salt concentrations in initial aqueous solutions were (0.9 and 1.7) mol · L−1. The results show that salting-out effect of the salts was significant, so that an enhancement in the acetic acid distribution coefficient was achieved within (15.6 to 66.8)% with NaCl and within (2.5 to 37.6)% with KCl. Meantime, high separation factors were found at low temperatures and low solute concentrations. The electrolyte-NRTL model was satisfactorily used to correlate the phase equilibria. In this regard for each salt, the temperature dependent binary interaction parameters between components were calculated. The predicted tie-line mole fractions give root-mean square deviation (RMSD) values of only 0.0038 and 0.0045 for the systems containing NaCl and KCl, respectively.  相似文献

在蛋白质(牛血清白蛋白)-水胶体溶液中加入无机盐,利用蛋白质盐析的原理粗分离蛋白质是常用的生物分离技术。本文试图利用超声强化蛋白质盐析分离过程。讨论了声场参数,即频率、声强、超声辐射时间对该过程的影响。实验表明超声处理牛血清白蛋白时,20kHz超声辐照比无超声处理可缩短了近4.5小时的静置时间,20kHz超声处理可得到约90%的最高蛋白质收率;不同超声频率下有不同的最佳声压值,频率较低时的盐析效果较好;超声辐照并非时间越长越好,超声辐照2min时,牛血清白蛋白的收率最大。由此证明超声技术可加速盐析后的蛋白质沉降速度。  相似文献

The freezing-point depression of the ternary systems water-alkali halidesalcohols was measured with a precision Advanced Instrument osmometer. From the corresponding freezing-point depression of the binary systems the salting-out constantsk s were calculated. The effect of ionic size was investigated withtert-butanol, and the effect of alcohol chain length with NaCl. Summary Existence of a linear relation between RM and mol % ammonium sulphate in an aqueous solvent system, established earlier for mixed aminocarboxylato cobalt(III) complexes in salting-out, thin-layer chromatography on silica gel, polyacrylonitrile and cellulose, was verified by linear regression analysis of the corresponding data reported in the literature for 108 organic compounds separated on cellulose. 用桥式电路测定了H_2O-C_2H_5OH-NaCl体系的摩尔电导, 并用Lee-Wheaton模型回归出H_2O-C_2H_5OH-NaCl(KCl、CsCl、KBr)体系的离子缔合常数、极限摩尔电导和距离参数, 并求出缔合反应标准自由焓。结果表明离子缔合能力的顺序为Cs~+>K~+>Na~+, Cl~->Br~-, 此四种盐在乙醇中都形成溶剂分开型离子对。并用液上空间气相色谱法测定了水-乙醇-(NaCl、KCl、KBr)体系中溶剂的活度, 用改进的Pitzer-Li公式计算了此体系的活度系数, 计算时考虑了盐在低介电常数溶剂中的离子缔合, 结果表明这种处理是合适的。还表明离子缔合程度随着乙醇浓度上升而加大, 以及盐的存在对水呈盐溶效应而对乙醇呈盐析效应。  相似文献

In this work, we have established a new stop-and-go two-dimensional chromatography coupling of counter-current chromatography and liquid chromatography (2D CCC × LC) for the preparative separation of two novel antioxidant flavonoids from the extract of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.). The CCC column has been used as the first dimension to purify the target flavonoids using a solvent system of isopropanol and 20% sodium chloride aqueous solution (1:1, v/v) with the stop-and-go flow technique, and the LC column packed with macroporous resin has been employed as the second dimension for on-line absorption, desalination and desorption of the targeting effluents purified from the first CCC dimension. As a result, two novel flavonoids, 6,8-dihydroxy-flavone-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (15.3 mg) and 6-methoxy-8-hydroxy-flavone-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (13.7 mg), have been isolated from 126.8 mg of crude sample pre-enriched by macroporous resin column. Their structures have been identified by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (ESI-TOF-MS) and one- and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (1D and 2D NMR). Further antioxidant assays showed that the first component possess a strong antioxidant activity. All the results demonstrated that the stop-and-go 2D CCC × LC method is very efficient for the separation of flavonoids of alfalfa and it can also be applied to isolate other comprehensive multi-component natural products.  相似文献

In order to utilize the brine resources in China, the solid-liquid equilibria in quaternary system Li+, K+//SO42-, B4O72--H2O at 288 K was studied by the isothermal solution equilibrium method. Solubilities and densities of solutions were determined experimentally. According to the experimental data, the equilibrium phase diagrams, density-composition diagram and corresponding water content diagram of the quaternary system were plotted. Double salt KLiSO4 was found in the reciprocal quaternary system Li+, K+//SO42-, B4O72--H2O at 288 K. The quaternary system has three invariant points, seven univariant curves and five fields of crystallization. The five crystallization regions correspond to Li2B4O7·3H2O, Li2SO4·H2O, K2B4O7·4H2O, K2SO4 and KLiSO4, respectively. The crystallization field of salt Li2B4O7·3H2O is the largest, whereas that of Li2SO4·H2O is the smallest. The experimental results show that Li2SO4·H2O has a strong salting-out effect on other salts.  相似文献

Summary The retention of 14 dansylated amino acid derivatives was determined using aqueous LiCl, NaCl, KCl, RbCl and CsCl solutions as eluents in reversed-phase thinlayer chromatography. The salts exerted typical salting-out effects, the retention of each dansylated amino acid increased with increasing concentration of salt in the eluent. This effect has been tentatively explained by the suppression of the dissociation of the polar groups in the solute molecules resulting in increased apparent lipophilicity. The correlation between the increased retention of dansyl amino acids and the salt concentration was found to be linear. The hydrated radii and energy of hydration of cations as well as the hydrophobicity of free amino acids and the pK value of the -amino groups simultaneously influenced the retention.  相似文献
