正交频分复用技术应用于水声通信系统时,会引起较高的峰均比,当采用限幅法对峰均比进行抑制时,会产生非线性失真。另外,系统采用最小二乘法进行信道估计受噪声的影响较大。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于压缩感知技术的补偿限幅非线性失真与最小二乘信道估计相组合的新算法,在接收端利用导频数据采用压缩感知算法对限幅失真进行补偿,同时对最小二乘信道估计进行优化运算,以减小噪声对其影响。理论分析和仿真结果均表明,新算法不但能够有效抑制限幅法造成的系统非线性失真问题,而且能够降低高斯白噪声对于信道估计的影响。 相似文献

Despite a growing interest in channel coordination, no detailed analytical or numerical results measuring its impact on system performance have been reported in the literature. Hence, this paper aims to develop analytical and numerical results documenting the system-wide cost improvement rates that are due to coordination. To this end, we revisit the classical buyer–vendor coordination problem introduced by Goyal [S.K. Goyal, An integrated inventory model for a single-supplier single-customer problem. International Journal of Production Research 15 (1976) 107–111] and extended by Toptal et al. [A. Toptal, S. Çetinkaya, C.-Y. Lee, The buyer–vendor coordination problem: modeling inbound and outbound cargo capacity and costs, IIE Transactions on Logistics and Scheduling 35 (2003) 987–1002] to consider generalized replenishment costs under centralized decision making. We analyze (i) how the counterpart centralized and decentralized solutions differ from each other, (ii) under what circumstances their implications are similar, and (iii) the effect of generalized replenishment costs on the system-wide cost improvement rates that are due to coordination. First, considering Goyal’s basic setting, we show that the improvement rate depends on cost parameters. We characterize this dependency analytically, develop analytical bounds on the improvement rate, and identify the problem instances in which considerable savings can be achieved through coordination. Next, we analyze Toptal et al.’s [A. Toptal, S. Çetinkaya, C.-Y. Lee, The buyer–vendor coordination problem: modeling inbound and outbound cargo capacity and costs, IIE Transactions on Logistics and Scheduling 35 (2003) 987–1002] extended setting that considers generalized replenishment costs representing inbound and outbound transportation considerations, and we present detailed numerical results quantifying the value of coordination. Room response equalization systems are used for improving the listening experience in cinema theatres, home theatres, car hi-fi systems. In this paper, an adaptive multichannel and multiple position room response equalization system and its real-time implementation are described. An adaptive and accurate estimation of the room responses is provided introducing a normalized least mean square optimization approach with a variable step-size, and taking advantage of an interchannel coherence reduction technique based on the missing fundamental phenomenon. Then, the equalizer is designed in warp frequency domain for improving equalization in the low frequency region, reducing the computational cost of the design procedure, and deriving an algorithm capable of working in real time. Indeed, a real-time implementation of the proposed adaptive equalizer has been obtained on NU-Tech framework and has been used in order to provide a deep objective and subjective evaluation of the equalization system. A decoding scheme of the orthogonally concatenated codes with low resource utilizations is proposed. In the optical transport networks (OTN), forward error-correction (FEC) techniques are used to reduce the errors which occur in transmissions. Two-orthogonal-concatenated (TOC) codes are widely used in FEC techniques for their powerful error-correction capabilities based on the iterative decoding procedure. However, the framing structure is complex so the decoding procedure is more difficult than the decoding of in–out concatenated codes. And the powerful error-correction capability relies on the multi-iterative decoding processing, thus how to effectively utilize the hardware resources is a very important problem. Especially when the decoding procedure is implemented in the field programmable gate array (FPGA) devices, effective optimizations are required for the limited resources. In this paper we present an iterative decoding scheme in FPGA with low resource utilizations. As an example, an actual engineering application under the G.975.1 recommendation is given to show the efficiency of the proposed design. 相似文献

A simple genetic algorithm is implemented to perform multi parameter optimization of Raman Fiber Amplifier for 100 channel S band dense wavelength division multiplexed system at 25 GHz interval. A cost effective system using single Raman pump is investigated aiming at maximum average gain. The single counter propagating pump is optimized to frequency of 211.528 THz and 652.93 mW power level with optimum Raman fiber length of 44.064 Km. There is evidence to show that the optimum solution presents a small gain variation (less than 3 dB) over an effective bandwidth covering 197–199.475 THz. The optimized configuration enabled an adequate system performance in terms of acceptable Q-factor (19.52 dB) and BER (1.46 × 10−21). 相似文献

Cognitive radio (CR) is a novel intelligent technology which enables opportunistic access to temporarily unused licensed frequency bands. A key functionality of CR is to distribute free channels efficiently amongst Secondary Users (SUs) boosting spectrum usage to assist the escalating wireless applications world wide. In this context, this paper introduces a channel allocation mechanism which enables SUs (CR enabled unlicensed users) to dynamically access unused spectrum bands to fulfill their spectrum needs. We model the channel allocation problem as a sealed-bid single-sided auction which primarily aims at maximizing the overall spectrum utilization. Market based spectrum auctions in CR networks motivate licensed users to participate and lease their under utilized radio resources to gain monetary benefits. Sequential bidding is applied to this model for auctioning homogeneous channels, which reduces communication overhead. Bid submission takes into account two major CR constraints, namely, dynamics in spectrum opportunities and differences in channel availability time, which on incorporation provide disruption free data transmission to the SUs. We reduce resource wastage in this model by performing multiple auction rounds. Application of second price auction determines winning bidders and their respective payments to auctioneer. The design of our auction mechanism is supported with the proofs of truthfulness and individually rational properties. Furthermore, experimental results indicate that our model outperforms an existing auction method. Spectrum utilization values show 22 to 75% improvement in our model with changing number of SUs, and 23 to 93% improvement in our model with changing number of channels. 相似文献

This paper investigates the channel model for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication systems in high speed railway (HSR) networks. Specially, a three-dimensional (3D) confocal stochastic geometry ellipsoid model is proposed for modeling the MIMO channels. Normalized space–time correlation function(ST CF), Spatial cross correlation function (CCF) and level crossing rate (LCR) of both theoretical and simulation model are have been derived and analyzed. As a 3D GBSM, the proposed confocal ellipsoid model has lower correlation in spatial cross-correlation function (CCF) compared with that of the corresponding two-dimensional (2D) ellipse model. The flow of a `model' lyotropic liquid crystal polymer, (hydroxypropyl)cellulose in water, through a rectangular channel
with a divergence in the channel width, is studied by in situ light microscopy. Microscopic texture observations are related
to measurements of the flow velocity field, in order to characterize the shear and elongational aspects of the flow and to
examine the effects of the divergence from a narrow channel to a wide channel. A strong dependence of flow-induced texture
on position in the channel is observed and is related to the interplay of shear and elongational strain. The divergence generates
both a perpendicular elongational strain due to the widening of the channel, and subsequently an elongational strain along
the flow direction due to the change in flow pattern from quasi-radial to unidirectional down the wide channel. Additionally
side wall structure is observed to be more complex than a simple strong alignment, displaying a fine birefringent texture.
Finally there is a marked dependence of the macroscopic structure on the strain history of the fluid prior to entry into the
channel, indicating that very different structures of, for instance, moulded parts, can result from differences in geometry
and fluid treatment prior to entry into the mould itself.

The Larson-Doi (LD) polydomain model is used to simulate orientation development along the centerline of slit-expansion and
slit-contraction flows of liquid crystalline polymers (LCPs). Orientation is computed using the LD structural evolution equations,
subject to an imposed velocity field that accounts for the spatial variation of both shear and extension rates characteristic
of this class of flows. Computed axial distributions of orientation averaged through the sample thickness are qualitatively
similar to birefringence and X-ray scattering measurements of molecular orientation in similar flows of lyotropic and thermotropic
LCPs. In slit-expansion flows, the simulations predict a 90∘ flip in orientation direction near the midplane due to transverse stretching in the expansion region. Far away from the midplane
where shear gradients dominate, orientation remains primarily along the flow direction. Within the LD model, tumbling and
flow aligning materials respond in a qualitatively similar manner to mixed shear and extension, although tumbling materials
are systematically more susceptible to the effects of extension.
