达草灭对莱茵衣藻(Chlamydomonas reinhardtii) 品系遗传后效应的研究

通过将莱菌衣藻（Chlamydomonas reinhardtii）6种达草灭抗性突变株分别与野生型株、丧失合成叶绿素b能力的cbnI-43等基因突变株和精氨酸依赖型突变株杂交对其后代进行四分析与随机分析，发现在Nfr-4-Nfr-7突变株中达草灭抗性状只有单一核基因遗传的性质，而在Nfr-1、Nfr-3～Nfr-7抗性株的抗性性状都是由同一个nfr-1基因（norflurazon resisanse）的突变所决定的，而Nfr-4抗性株的抗性性状是由另一滚突变等位基因nfr-2所决定的。在Nfr-1和Nfr-3抗性株中除了nfr-1基因的突变还有nfr-3基因突变的参与。     

Critical Point Theorems and Applications to Differential Equations

This paper contains a generalization of the well-known Palais-Smale and Cerami compactness conditions. The compactness condition introduced is used to prove some general existence theorems for critical points. Some applications are given to differential equations.     

非晶Nd-Fe薄膜电阻的温度效应与非晶稳定性

用闪光蒸镀法在77K制备了Nd_xFe_1-x(x=0.06-0.80)非晶薄膜,原位测定了其电阻随温度的变化。结果表明:在0.192和ρ(T)∝T。晶化不是在一个固定的温度,而是在一个温度区间发生。     

Kinetic Studies of Electrochemical Oxidation of 1,3-Benzenedithiol

The electrochemical oxidation of 1, 3-benzenedithiol was investigated in a 0. 100 mol/L tetrabutylammonium perchlorate/acetonitrile electrolyte. The electrochemical techniques used were potential sweep, bulk electrolysis, rotating disc and the potential step method. The combination of the techniques yielded the number of electrons transferred per molecule, the reaction order, the transfer coefficient, the diffusion coefficient and concentration of dithiol anions, the standard heterogeneous rate constant as well as the formal potential and equilibrium constant of the preceeding dissociation reaction. This paper also illustrates the methods for studying the electrode kinetics of reactions which (a) involve a chemical reaction preceeding the electron-transfer process, (b) have insoluble polymer products, and (c) are totally irreversible.     

Infrared Spectroscopic Analysis of Chrysene and 1.2-Benzanthracence in Wax films

Chrysene and 1.2-benzanthracene are successfully doped in a solid wax film and their vibrational spectra in gooo--400cm^-1 are discussed. The harmonic frequencies and relative intensities of both the molecules observed in the film are compared with theoretical values calculated by the density functional theory （DFT） model as well as with the previous experimental data. The effects on spectra due to change of matrix and some additional bands observed in the wax film are also reported. Excellent agreement in the spectral positions and strengths between the experiments and DFT values are found.     

Windows CE.Net嵌入式操作系统本地化研究及实现

本文对嵌入式Windows CE.Net操作系统的主要体系结构进行剖析.研究设计出了维吾尔文本地化环境,利用资源编译器编译和反编译功能,构建了基于Windows CE.Net平台的维吾尔文图形用户界面资源库,实现Windows CE.Net的界面维文化和基于Windows CE.Net的应用程序的维文支持;开发了输入法程序,实现Windows CE.Net的维吾尔文字键盘输入和软键盘输入;通过编制维吾尔文字库,为Windows CE.Net平台下维吾尔文字的显示、打印提供了基础.     

浅水中污染物扩散的自适应有限元分析法

介绍浅水中污染物扩散分析中的有限元法.分析包括两个部分:1)流场速度、水面高度的计算;2)根据扩散模型计算污染物浓度场.联合使用了自适应网格技术以期提高解的精度,同时减少计算时间和计算机内存的消耗.通过几个有已知解的实例验证了有限元公式和计算机程序.最后,使用这种联合方法分析泰国Chao Phraya河附近海湾中的污染物扩散.     

Evaluation of Coulomb Energy Difference for Light Mirror Nuclei Using Slater—Type Orbitals

Behavior of the Coulomb energy difference for light nuclei is explained in terms of the different values of the average Coulomb interaction between two particles.Coulomb energy difference according to shell model of light mirror nuclei in the Coulomb and exchange integrals in the formula can be explained with exponential-type wavefunctions.In this study,using the one-center expansion of exponential-type wavefunctions in terms of Slater-type orbitals with the same center,we derived formula for Coulomb energy difference of light mirror nuclei.     

三甲基硅、三甲基锗和三甲基锡取代的一系列芘衍生物的紫外吸收和荧光性质

被三甲基硅(Me3Si-)、三甲基锗(Me3Ge-)和三甲基锡(Me3Sn-)取代的芘衍生的紫外吸收波长和未取代的芘相比较,波长红移.一,二,三,四取代三甲基硅芘最大吸收波长红移小于10nm.荧光强度和周期按Me3SiAr＞Me3GeAr＞Me3SnAr顺序减弱.1,3,6,8-四-三甲基硅芘的荧光强度在一系列芘衍生物中是最大的.     

双奇核188Au的准粒子带结构研究

利用在束γ谱学实验技术, 通过¹⁷³Yb(¹⁹F,4nγ)反应 布居了¹⁸⁸Au的高自旋态, 并对其准粒子带结构进行了研究. 基于实验测量结果, 对原有的双奇核¹⁸⁸Au能级纲图做了较大的修改. 通过系统性比较, 对15⁺以上的能级结构进行了讨论.
