采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法,借助OMNI采样器直接测定了中药材威灵仙及其伪品华东菝葜、山木通和毛柱铁线莲的红外光谱,结果发现正伪品的红餐光谱差别较大。因此FTIR法可以直接、快速、准确地对威灵仙与其伪品华东菝葜、山木通和毛柱铁线莲进行区别鉴定。  相似文献

Abnormalities in the cochlear function usually cause broadening of the auditory filters which reduces the speech intelligibility. An attempt to apply a spectral enhancement algorithm has been undertaken to improve the identification of Polish vowels by subjects with cochlear-based hearing-impairment. The identification scores of natural (unprocessed) vowels and spectrally enhanced (processed) vowels has been measured for hearing-impaired subjects. It has been found that spectral enhancement improves vowel scores by about 10% for those subjects, however, a wide variation in individual performance among subjects has been observed. The overall vowels identification scores obtained were 85% for natural vowels and 96% for spectrally enhanced vowels.  相似文献

肌肽是具有抗氧化、抗衰老等多种活性的功能性二肽. 建立了一种高效液相色谱测定鸡肌肉中肌肽的新方法, 该法采用NH2柱分离, 样品无需衍生, 操作简便. 通过该法和HPLC-MS 联用技术鉴定了乌骨鸡肌肉中存在肌肽, 同时比较乌骨鸡和普通白洛克鸡肌肉中肌肽的量. 结果表明: 该法适合于肌肉中肌肽的测定, 测定结果显示, 乌骨鸡肌肉中肌肽量约0.45%, 普通白洛克鸡肌肉中约0.22%. 乌骨鸡肌肉中肌肽量显著高于普通白洛克鸡, 这表明肌肽可能是体现乌骨鸡滋补营养作用的主要成分之一.  相似文献

气相色谱-质谱(gaschromatography/massspectrometry)以其优异的分离定性特点,被广泛地应用于分析复杂混合物中的挥发性组分。然而,其质谱图会包含一些来自于离子源污染物、柱流失物、基质干扰物所产生的离子,导致定性准确性降低。在分析复杂基质中的痕量物质时,这一现象尤为突出。例如,在食品中农药多残留的分析中,为了确保各种极性的农药都有很好的回收,样本中的基质就会不可避免地被引入检测过程中,对目标化合物的质谱图产生严重的干扰。同时某些保留时间相近的化合物的质谱图也会叠加在一起,互相干扰。这些问题的存在使农药确认变得更为困难。因此,通过对质谱数据的后处理,将目标化合物的质谱图从原始谱图中提取出来,根据新建的"纯净"的质谱图对目标化合物进行确证将更有实际应用价值。  相似文献

A piezoelectric chemical sensor array was developed using four quartz crystals. Gas chromatographic stationary phases were used as sensing materials and the array was connected to an artificial neural network (ANN). The application of the ANN method proved to be particularly advantageous if the measured property (mass, concentration, etc.) should not be connected exactly to the signal of the transducers of the piezoelectric sensor. The optimum structure of neural network was determined by a trial and error method. Different structures were tried with several neurons in the hidden layer and the total error was calculated. The optimum values of primary weight factors, learning rate (η=0.15), momentum term (μ=0.9), and the sigmoid parameter (β=1) were determined. Finally, three hidden neurons and 900 training cycles were applied. After the teaching process the network was used for identification of taught analytes (acetone, benzene, chloroform, pentane). Mixtures of organic compounds were also analysed and the ANN method proved to be a reliable way of differentiating the sensing materials and identifying the volatile compounds.  相似文献

Summary Solidago canadensis L., Canadian goldenrod (Asteraceae) has been used in European phytotheraphy for centuries as a component of urological and antiphlogistical remedies. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with diode-array detection (DAD) and online mass spectrometry (MS) has been used for the separation and quantification of phenolics (chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rutinoside (nicotiflorin), quercetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (rutin), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside (hyperoside), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (isoquercitrin), quercetin-3-O-β-D-rhamnoside (quercitrin), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (afzelin) and quercetin from Solidaginis herba. Extracts have been obtained using different technologies. Three aqueous and three alcoholic extracts were studied separately. Reversedphase high-performance liquid chromatography separation of polyphenols on octadecyl sorbent Hypersil was performed, using acetonitrile: acetic acid 2.5 v/v % as eluent in gradient elution. Our results confirm previous reports concerning the presence of several flavonoids. Quantification of the main quercetin glycosides in pharmaceuticals is also reported. This paper deals with some aliasing effects in the time domain that can lead to unacceptable misestimations of modal parameters. When a frequency response function of a vibrating system is sampled and inverse Fourier transformed, the resulting impulse response is given by an infinite geometric series, the single term of which is the impulse response itself shifted in time. For this reason, some modal parameters, if estimated in the time domain, are biased; in particular, while the damping factor and the natural frequency are not influenced by the aliasing phenomenon, the magnitude and phase of the residue can be highly biased. Corrective terms are theoretically evaluated and their efficiency is shown in numerical simulations.
Sommario In questo articolo e' presentato un metodo per correggere gli errori che si compiono nella stima di alcuni parametri modali, quando essi vengono ricavati nel dominio del tempo. Infatti se la funzione di risposta in frequenza e' ottenuta con eccitazioni particolari—quali ad esempio lo pseudo-random, lo stepped-sine a passo costante o lo sweep in frequenza-la risposta impulsiva, ottenuta per mezzo dell'antitrasformata discreta di Fourier, risulta periodica, con periodo pari all'inverso della spaziatura tra le righe spettrali. Cio' comporta un errore nella stima dell'ampiezza e della fase del residuo, mentre nessuna conseguenza si ha sulla frequenza naturale e sul fattore di smorzamento. L'errore sulle stime risulta tanto piu' grande, quanto meno smorzata e' la risposta impulsiva all'interno dell'intervallo di osservazione.Partendo dall'inviluppo e dalla fase istantanea dei segnali complessi, ottenibili per mezzo della trasformata di Hilbert, si sono ricavati i termini correttivi sia per il modulo, che per la fase del residuo. La validita' delle correzioni e' mostrata con esempi numerici.

Piezoelectric cat-eye modulating retro-reflector (MRR) is the core component of an acousto-optic retro-identification system. The influence of the optical parameters (link distance l, lens focal length f and the detector diameter r) to the cat-eye effect was analyzed theoretically and experimentally. A piezoelectric cat-eye retro-identification (PCERI) system was built, and an information transmission ratio of 2 kHz was achieved which can satisfy an access control system.  相似文献

This paper presents a new approach for identifying analytes by CE. The compound to be identified is analyzed together with the corresponding reference standard during a double injection capillary electrophoretic run. The inter‐plug distance is regulated by applying an electrical field over the capillary for a predetermined time period (tPE). The migration time of an analyte being exposed to the partial electrophoresis was calculated from the partial migration time (tmig(p)) as described in this paper. The identification is based on the closeness of agreement between the calculated migration time (tmig(c)) and observed migration time (tmig) of the reference standard. The validity of the derived equations was checked by analyzing several substances such as caffeine, melamine, acetyl salicylic acid, paracetamol, ibuprofen, metoprolol, naproxen, somatropin, several insulin analogs, as well as different pharmaceutical and natural products. The migration time ratios for the identified solutes varied between 0.996 and 1.006 (i.e., 1.001 ± 0.005), indicating good agreement between the observed and calculated migration times.  相似文献
