以有序介孔碳(OMC)球为离子-电子转换层,制备了固态氯离子选择性电极,构建了基于离子敏感的场效应晶体管(ISFET)的手持式传感系统,用于检测人体血清中的氯离子。优化了OMC前驱体的碳化温度,探究了OMC形貌结构对电极传感性能的影响;电极柔性化制备后考察了其在手持系统中对氯离子的检测效果。结果表明,最优条件下,电极在5.12×10^-4~1.02 mol/L的浓度范围呈现线性响应,响应斜率为60 mV/decade。该柔性电极在手持传感系统中展现出高灵敏度和重现性,可用于人体血清样品中氯离子的检测,其回收率为96.3%~104.9%。  相似文献

The acceleration effect of poly(ethylene oxide) on nucleophilic reactions was investigated. The enhancement of the reaction rate was interpreted by the cooperative solvation of alkali metal ions with ethereal oxygens of PEO resulting in active nucleophilic anions. In relation to the complex formation of alkali metal ions with PEO, the oligo(ethylene oxide) derivatives were prepared as the synthetic ionophores, which were able to transport alkali metal ions selectively through a liquid membrane against the alkali metal ion concentration.  相似文献

The miscibility of dextran (Dex)/poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) in solution has been investigated in different percentages of the blend components by employing viscosity, density, refractive index and ultrasonic velocity methods at 30 and 50°C, respectively. Ultrasonic velocity and adiabatic compressibility against blend compositions were plotted and found to be linear. The interaction parameters μ and α have been obtained by using the viscosity data. The results indicated that the Dex/PVP blends are miscible in the entire composition range and it was further confirmed by ultrasonic velocity, density, refractive index studies. In addition, the results revealed that the change in temperature has no significant effect on the miscibility of Dex/PVP polymer blend.  相似文献

An efficient four-component synthesis of 1,2,4,5-tetrasubstituted imidazoles is described by one-step condensation of an aldehyde, benzil, ammonium acetate, and primary aromatic amine with nanostructure Fe-Cu/ZSM-5 bimetallic oxides in water under ultrasonic irradiation. The short reaction time, good yields, environmental friendly procedure, mild reaction conditions, and convenient operation are important advantage of this protocol. The products generated during the study have been utilized as substrates for synthesis of organosilicon-containing imidazoles. Synthesis of tris(triorganosilyl)methylimidazole derivatives were carried out using organolithium reagent (Me3Si)3CLi, prepared via metalation of (Me3Si)3CH with methyllithium in tetrahydrofuran, in excellent yields.  相似文献

Ultrasonic irradiation substantially improves the reaction of cyclohexene with I2 in aqueous dioxane in the presence of Cu(OAc)2 · H2O to generate the expected iodohydrin in high yield. This study investigates the use of both amplitude and time-of-flight based pulsed ultrasonic polar scan (P-UPS) as a sophisticated non-destructive damage sensor for fiber reinforced composites. Focus is put on stiffness related damage phenomena, which are in general difficult to monitor nondestructively, and their associated signature in the P-UPS image. Various composite samples, with different damage states, have been inspected at multiple material spots with the P-UPS technique. The results demonstrate the capability of the P-UPS method to obtain a unique signature of the local material damage characteristics. Several indicators in the acquired P-UPS images have been identified from which the type and level of material degradation can be obtained. The P-UPS extracted characteristics are fully supported by simulations, conventional tests as well as visual inspection.  相似文献

多频超声反应槽连续强化酸化油酯交换制备生物柴油研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以平均酸值高达33.07 mgKOH/g不可食用的廉价酸化油为原料,利用自行设计的多频超声溢流槽连续强化酯交换反应生物柴油生产装置,先后经预酯化、酯交换两步反应,高效、低耗的制备生物柴油。主要考察了室温下物料流量(停留时间)、超声功率、超声频率及组合、KOH用量、醇油物质的量比对酯交换反应的影响及单位产品能耗。结果表明,多频组合超声辐射比单频更有利于生物柴油的制备;预酯化后的油料在流量为25 L/h(物料停留时间为54 min),催化剂(KOH)用量为1.2%(质量分数),醇油物质的量比为6∶1和各反应槽功率为200 W的条件下,甲酯产率达96.83%。50 L废弃酸化油能制得符合国标GB19147—2009的生物柴油48L,整个生物柴油制备过程总耗时和总耗电量仅为8.667 h、5.42 kWh。  相似文献

Spices are a popular food of plant origin, rich in various phytochemicals and recognized for their numerous properties. The aim of the study was to evaluate the antioxidant and antimicrobial activity, as well as the content of specialized metabolites, of aqueous extracts of three spice species––garlic (Allium sativum L.), ginger (Zingiber officinalle L.) and turmeric (Curcuma longa L.)––prepared by green extraction methods. Ultrasound treatment increased the chromaticity parameter b value of turmeric and ginger extracts, thus indicating a higher yellow color predominantly due to curcuminoids characteristic of these species. Ultrasound-assisted extraction significantly increased the content of total soluble solids, phenolic compounds, total carotenoids and vitamin C. The temperature of the system was also an important factor, with the highest (70 °C) conditions in ultrasound-assisted extraction having a positive effect on thermolabile compounds (vitamin C, phenolics, total carotenoids). For example, turmeric extract treated with ultrasound at 70 °C had up to a 67% higher vitamin C content and a 69.4% higher total carotenoid content compared to samples treated conventionally at the same temperature, while ginger extracts had up to 40% higher total phenols. All different concentrations of spice extracts were not sufficient for complete inhibition of pathogenic bacterial strains of Salmonella, L. monocytogenes and S. aureus; however, only garlic extracts had an effect on slowing down the growth and number of L. monocytogenes colonies. Spice extracts obtained by ultrasonic treatment contained a significantly higher level of bioactive compounds and antioxidant capacity, suggesting that the extracts obtained have significant nutritional potential and thus a significant possibility for phytotherapeutic uses.  相似文献
