We study reflection diffuse optical tomography using two-dimensional (2D) continuous-wave source-detector arrays on the surface
of semi-infinite medium, aiming at imaging the perfusion and the hemoglobin oxygen saturation variation of human cerebral
cortex with brain activation. We had previously formulated the inverse problem with Moore-Penrose inversion. When we use simple
regularization in this inverse problem, the reconstruction sensitivity decreases markedly with the depth so that the signal
in the deep range may be masked by an unwanted signal in the shallow range. In this paper, we propose a depth-adaptive regularized
reconstruction, in which we assign a smaller regularization parameter with the depth. We demonstrate improvement of the three-dimensional

We derive the Bell–Clauser–Horne–Shimony–Holt inequalities for two-particle mixed spin states both in the conventional quantum mechanics and in the hidden-variables theory. We consider two cases for the vectors

specifying the axes onto which the particle spins of a correlated pair are projected. In the first case, all four vectors lie in the same plane, and in the second case, they are oriented arbitrarily. We compare the obtained inequalities and show that the difference between the predictions of the two theories is less for mixed states than for pure states. We find that the inequalities obtained in quantum mechanics and the hidden-variables theory coincide for some special states, in particular, for the mixed states formed by pure factorable states. We discuss the points of similarity and difference between the uncertainty relations and Bell's inequalities. We list all the states for which the right-hand side of the Bell–Clauser–Horne–Shimony–Holt inequality is identically equal to zero. 相似文献

光声成像结合了光学成像和声学成像的优点,是一种高分辨率,高对比度的无损伤医学成像技术.一种改进的同步迭代算法应用于光声图像重建.仿真和模拟结果表明,与传统的代数迭代算法相比,在90°,135°,180°的有限场光声成像中,此算法对测量误差的校正和迭代次数的收敛上具有较大的优势,图像重建的速度和成像质量都有了明显的提高.实验中,一种圆形扫描结构的光声成像装置,用于180°的有限场扫描,利用改进的同步迭代算法,重建出了高对比度和高分辨率(60μm)的鸡胚胎光声血管图像.实验证明,这种算法的应用,大幅度减少了数据采集时间,为光声成像技术运用于实时监测血流灌注和肿瘤光动力治疗的血管损伤效应提供了潜在的应用价值.

一种简便的计算层析系统X射线硬化校正方法 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以实物拍摄为依据,用一种最简便的修正方法解决计算机X射线层析术成像时由于硬化效应引起的切片图灰度失真问题。用高性能数字X射线机FAXITRON MX-20(射线管焦点20μm,探测板灰度等级16位)对不同厚度的物体进行透射成像,测得对应的透射光强度,并利用新创的指数拟合法得到理想的拟合曲线,由此推导硬化效应的指数校正公式;最后利用实验室的微型计算机层析设备进行扇形束扫描,并逆投影重建生成计算层析断层图像,验证了该校正方法的实用性。该指数拟合法的误差不到常用的二阶多项式拟合法的1/3,对物体计算层析重构,硬化校正以前有明显的“杯状”伪迹,切片灰度不均匀,用指数法修正以后该伪迹消失,切片灰度均匀。 相似文献

method can be used to observe the distribution of cell components without fluorescence staining. The two-dimensional optical
path length distributions from multiple directions are obtained by non-contact rotation of the cell. These optical path lengths
are converted into the line integrals of the refractive index, and the 3D refractive-index distribution is reconstructed by
means of computed tomography. The refractive-index distribution in a breast cancer cell can be measured using a phase-shifting

A method of contrast enhancement of optical coherence tomography (OCT) images based on least squares fitting and histogram matching is presented. Several different functions are adopted as the probability density functions of the gray levels to fit the normalized histogram of an OCT image and histogram matching is used to enhance the OCT image automatically. A conjugate gradient method without line search (CGMWLS) is presented. This method is used to retrieve the local maps of absorption and scattering coefficients inside the tissue-like test medium, with the synthetic data. The forward problem is solved with a discrete-ordinates finite-difference method based on the frequency domain formulation of radiative transfer equation. The inversion results demonstrate that the CGMWLS can retrieve simultaneously the spatial distributions of optical properties inside the medium within a reasonable accuracy, by reducing cross-talk between absorption and scattering coefficients. 相似文献
