Oligo(phenylcobaltcarbonylsilane) was prepared from oligo(phenylsilane) and dicobalt octacarbonyl. The reaction proceeds with elimination of H2 and CO and insertion of cobalt carbonyl fragments into the silicone backbone of oligosilane. Oligosilane containing cobalt carbonyl groups in side organic substituents was obtained from oligolmethyl(phenylethynyl)Isilane and CO2(CO)8. The reaction of 1,2-bis(phenylethyny1)tetramethyldisilane with Co2(CO)8 proceeds with the sequential attachment of cobalt carbonyl fragments to ethynyl groups to form disilane derivatives [2-CCPhCo2(CO)6] Thermal decomposition of cobalt-containing oligosilanes affords a mixture of paramagnets and ferromagnets.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A sample pretreatment technique for silicon nitride involving digestion and matrix/traces separation was developed by means of radiotracers and applied to analysis of this material by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results obtained for a high purity silicon nitride material by these methods are compared each with the other and with those obtained by neutron activation analysis. A non-isothermal kinetic study of the oxidation of “carbon-modified MoO3” in the temperature range of 150-550°C by simultaneous TGA-DTA was investigated. During the oxidation process, two thermal events were detected, which are associated with the oxidation of carbon in MoOxCy and MoO2 to MoO3. The model-free and model-fitting kinetic approaches have been applied to TGA experimental data. The solid state-kinetics of the oxidation of MoOxCy to MoO3 is governed by F1 (unimolecular decay), which suggests that the reaction is of the first order with respect to oxygen concentration. The constant (Ea)α value (about 115±5 kJ/mol) for this first stage can be related to the nature of the reaction site in the MoO3 matrix. This indicates that oxidation occurs in well-defined lattice position sites (energetically equivalent). On the other hand, for the second stage of oxidation, MoO2 to MoO3, the isoconversional analysis shows a complex (Ea)α dependence on (α) and reveals a typical behavior for competitive reaction. A D2 (two-dimensional diffusion) mechanism with a variable activation energy value in the range 110-200 kJ/mol was obtained. This can be interpreted as an inter-layer oxygen diffusion in the solid bulk, which does not exclude other simultaneous mechanism reactions. 相似文献

The first stable silylene-isocyanide complexes, [Tbt(Mes)SiCNAr] (5 c: Ar=Tip, 5 d: Ar=Tbt, 5 e: Ar=Mes*; Tbt=2,4,6-tris[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl, Mes=mesityl, Tip=2,4,6-triisopropylphenyl, Mes*=2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenyl) were successfully synthesized by the reaction of a kinetically stabilized disilene, [Tbt(Mes)Si=Si(Mes)Tbt] (1), with bulky isocyanides, ArNC (3c-e). The spectroscopic data of 5 c-e and theoretical calculations for a model molecule indicated that 5 c-e are not classical cumulative compounds but the first stable silylene-Lewis base complexes. The reactions of 5 c-e with triethylsilane and 1,3-dienes gave the corresponding silylene adducts, and they underwent isocyanide-exchange reactions in the presence of another isocyanide at room temperature. These results indicate dissociation of complexes 5 c-e to the corresponding silylene 2 and isocyanides 3 c-e under very mild conditions. The reaction of 5 c with methanol gave the MeOH adduct 16, [Tbt(Mes)SiHC(OMe)NTip], which has a hydrogen atom on the silicon atom. This regioselectivity can be explained in terms of the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures D and E, which have an anion on the silicon atom. This result indicates that 5 c is not a classical cumulene having Si=C double bonds that should react with methanol to give adducts bearing a methoxyl group on the silicon atom. Although the reactions of 5 c-e with electrophilic reagents such as methanol, hydrogen chloride, and methyl iodide gave the formal silylene adducts, the studies on the reaction mechanism by trapping experiments and the observation of the intermediate suggested that the reaction mainly or partially proceeds by initial nucleophilic attack of the silicon atom, as is the case in the formation of 16 in the reaction of 5 c with methanol. It was revealed that 5 c-e show the nucleophilicity of the silicon atom, most likely resulting from the contribution of the zwitterionic resonance structures D and E. 相似文献

The reaction of the rifle cyclic complex (1) with sodium amalgam in THF resulted in the expected cleavage of the Fe-Fe bond to afford his-sodium salt ( Me2SiSiMe2 ) [η^5-C5H4Fe(CO)2]2 (4). The latter was not isolated and was used directly to react with MeI, PhCH2Cl, CH3C(O)Cl, PhC(O)Cl,Cy3SnCl (Cy= cyclohexyl) or Ph3SnCl to afford corresponding ring-opened derivatives (Me2SiSiMe2) [η^5-C5H4Fe(CO)2]2 [5, R=Me; 6, R=PhCH2; 7, R=CH3C(O); 8, R=PhC(O); 9, R = Cy3Sn or 10, R = Ph3Sn ]. The crystal and molecular structures of 10 were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The molecule took the desired ant/ conformation around the Si-Si bond. The length of the Si--Si bond is 0.2343(3)nm, which is essentially identical to that in the cyclic structure of 1[0.2346(4) tun]. This result unambiguously demonstrates that the Si--Si bond in the cyclic structure of 1 is not subject to obvious strain. 相似文献

The titanocene silyl hydride complexes [Ti(Cp)2(PMe3)(H)(SiR3)] [SiR3=SiMePhCl (6), SiPh2Cl (7), SiMeCl2 (8), SiCl3 (9)] were prepared by HSiR3 addition to [Ti(Cp)2(PMe3)2] and were studied by NMR and IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (for 6, 8, and 9), and DFT calculations. Spectroscopic and structural data established that these complexes exhibit nonclassical Ti-H-Si-Cl interligand hypervalent interactions. In particular, the observation of silicon-hydride coupling constants J(Si,H) in 6-9 in the range 22-40 Hz, the signs of which we found to be negative for 8 and 9, is conclusive evidence of the presence of a direct Si-H bond. The analogous reaction of [Ti(Cp)2(PMe3)2] with HSi(OEt)3 does not afford the expected classical silyl hydride complex [Ti(Cp)2(PMe3)(H)[Si(OEt)3]], and instead NMR-silent titanium (apparently TiIII) complex(es) and the silane redistribution product Si(OEt)4 are formed. The structural data and DFT calculations for the compounds [Ti(Cp)2(PMe3)(H)(SiR3)] show that the strength of interligand hypervalent interactions in the chlorosilyl complexes decreases as the number of chloro groups on silicon increases. However, in the absence of an Si-bound electron-withdrawing group trans to the Si-H moiety, a silane sigma complex is formed, characterized by a long Ti-Si bond of 2.658 A and short Si-H contact of 1.840 A in the model complex [Ti(Cp)2(PMe3)(H)(SiMe3)]. Both the silane sigma complexes and silyl hydride complexes with interligand hypervalent interactions exhibit bond paths between the silicon and hydride atoms in Atoms in Molecules (AIM) studies. To date a classical titanocene phosphane silyl hydride complex without any Si-H interaction has not been observed, and therefore titanocene silyl hydrides are, depending on the nature of the R groups on Si, either silane sigma complexes or compounds with an interligand hypervalent interaction. 相似文献
