通过在半金属Fe3O4合成过程中外加磁场的方法,改变样品粒子的表面结晶状态和晶格缺陷,研究了由此引起的Fe3O4输运性质的变化.合成的Fe3O4粉体的主要导电机理均为自旋极化隧穿和高阶跃迁电导,电阻随温度升高成指数降低,电阻与电压显示了非线形相关性,磁阻与磁场的关系为蝴蝶形,是典型的隧道磁阻特征.与没有外加磁场时合成的样品比较,外加磁场合成的样品显示了更低的电阻和更高的磁阻.  相似文献

以模具工业45^#钢摩擦学设计及性能要求为基础,分析了激光毛化模具钢表面形貌的形成机理及其关键的影响因素。采用灯泵浦Nd:YAG脉冲激光器在试样表面进行激光毛化工艺试验,获得了合理的激光毛化参数范围:激光峰值功率0.8~1.6kW,离焦量-1.4~-0.4mm、+0.4~4-1.4mm,辅助气体压力〉0.2MPa,脉宽1.8ms。采用功率增益和氧气保护,可加工出预先设定的微火山口状毛化形貌。微凹坑形貌的成功获得对于提高拉伸模具的摩擦磨损性能,进一步掌握激光毛化参数与材料的作用规律,提供了有效的数据参考。  相似文献

In order to realize wideband filtering properties of frequency selective surface (FSS), FSS of closely packed elements is presented. The Y loop elements are chosen as the graphics elements. Based on the spectral domain method, the frequency response is analyzed for different incident angles and polarizations. The result of the numerical analysis shows that the dense FSS has wide passband with better independence of angle and polarization.  相似文献

The results of calculations of the total (lateral and vertical) relaxation of the (001) and (111) copper surfaces in the presence of a small cluster of cobalt adatoms, local vibrational density of states and polarizations of these states are presented. The calculations were performed using the atomic interaction potentials in a tight binding approximation. An analysis of the results obtained showed that the presence of a cobalt dimer gives rise to modification of the vibrational states of the copper surface and generation of new modes localized both on the adatoms of the cluster and the surface atoms of the substrate. The revealed anisotropy of surface relaxation along [001] results in deformation of atomic bonding and splitting of the vibrational modes of the dimer. The lifetimes of the vibrational states of the dimer are found to be nearly equal for both surfaces under study, with a frequency shift being however observed. Let X be a closed, oriented Riemannian 4-manifold. Suppose that a cyclic group Z( p (p is prime) acts on X by an orientation preserving isometry with an embedded Riemann surface as fixed point set. We study the representation of Z p on the Spinc-bundles and the Z p-invariant moduli space of the solutions of the Seiberg–Witten equations for a Spinc-structure X. When the Z p action on the determinant bundle det L acts non-trivially on the restriction L| over the fixed point set , we consider -twisted solutions of the Seiberg-Witten equations over a Spinc-structure ' on the quotient manifold X/Z p X', (0,1). We relate the Z p -invariant moduli space for the Spinc-structure on X and the -twisted moduli space for the Spinc-structure on X'. From this we induce a one-to-one correspondence between these moduli spaces and calculate the dimension of the -twisted moduli space. When Z p acts trivially on L|, we prove that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the Z p -invariant moduli space M( Zp and the moduli space M (") where ' is a Spinc-structure on X' associated to the quotient bundle L/Z p X'. vskip0pt When p = 2, we apply the above constructions to a Kahler surface X with b 2 + (X) > 3 and H 2(X;Z) has no 2-torsion on which an anti-holomorphic involution acts with fixed point set , a Lagrangian surface with genus greater than 0 and []2H 2(H ;Z). If K X 2 > 0 or K X 2 = 0 and the genus g()> 1, we have a vanishing theorem for Seiberg–Witten invariant of the quotient manifold X'. When K X 2 = 0 and the genus g()= 1, if there is a Z 2-equivariant Spinc-structure on X whose virtual dimension of the Seiberg–Witten moduli space is zero then there is a Spinc-structure " on X' such that the Seiberg-Witten invariant is ±1.  相似文献

We find generators of the group of birational automorphisms of the Hessian surface of a general cubic surface. Its nonsingular minimal model is a K3 surface with the Picard lattice of rank 16 which embeds naturally in the even unimodular lattice of rank 26 and signature . The generators are related to reflections with respect to some Leech roots. A similar observation was made first in the case of quartic Kummer surfaces in the work of Kondo. We shall explain how our generators are related to the generators of the group of birational automorphisms of a general quartic Kummer surface which is birationally isomorphic to a special Hessian surface.

Using the Pirogov–Sinai theory, we study finite-size effects for the ferromagnetic q-state Potts model in a cube with boundary conditions that interpolate between free and constant boundary conditions. If the surface coupling is about half of the bulk coupling and q is sufficiently large, we show that only small perturbations of the ordered and disordered ground states are dominant contributions to the partition function in a finite but large volume. This allows a rigorous control of the finite-size effects for these weak boundary conditions. In particular, we give explicit formulæ for the rounding of the infinite-volume jumps of the internal energy and magnetization, as well as the position of the maximum of the finite-volume specific heat. While the width of the rounding window is of order L d , the same as for periodic boundary conditions, the shift is much larger, of order L –1. For strong boundary conditions—the surface coupling is either close to zero or close to the bulk coupling—the finite size effects at the transition point are shown to be dominated by either the disordered or the ordered phase, respectively. In particular, it means that sufficiently small boundary fields lead to the disordered, and not to the ordered Gibbs state. This gives an explicit proof of A. van Enter's result that the phase transition in the Potts model is not robust.  相似文献
