Quantitative characterization of the global electrophilicity pattern of some reagents involved in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions

The global electrophilicity power, ω, of a series of dipoles and dipolarophiles commonly used in 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions may be conveniently classified within a unique relative scale. The effects of chemical substitution on the electrophilicity of molecules have been evaluated using a representative set of electron-withdrawing and electron-releasing groups for a series of dipoles including nitrone, nitrile oxide and azide derivatives. The absolute scale of electrophilicity is used to rationalize the chemical reactivity of these species as compared to the static reactivity pattern of the reagents involved in the Diels-Alder reactions.     

高管薪酬监督博弈与独立董事有效性研究

研究聚焦董事会内部沟通网络,基于独立董事信息共享机制探讨对高管薪酬的监督效果。研究发现,独立董事相互之间通过共享信息来增强对高管自利行为的抑制能力,有效降低了高管薪酬。同时,管理者权力对独立董事信息共享机制的监督效力起到调节作用,具体表现为随着管理者权力的增强,独立董事信息共享对于高管薪酬的约束作用被弱化,这一结果说明独立董事信息共享机制的监督有效性受到管理者权力的限制。研究构建了独立董事信息共享指标,并基于董事会监督博弈过程分析信息共享对高管自利行为的约束过程,最后运用A股上市公司数据加以验证。研究拓展了对独立董事监督机制的认识,为打开董事会“黑箱”、提升董事会绩效提供新视角,促进公司治理机制由静态结构研究向动态过程研究转化。     

Products and transforms of white-noise functionals (in general setting)

Some sharp results about Weiner and Wick products of whitenoise functionals are obtained. Using the inequality of Wick products we show to what extent scaling transformations, translations, and Sobolev differentiations can be performed on white-noise functionals.This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Fractional Power Series and Pairings on Drinfeld Modules

Let be an algebraically closed field containing which is complete with respect to an absolute value . We prove that under suitable constraints on the coefficients, the series converges to a surjective, open, continuous -linear homomorphism whose kernel is locally compact. We characterize the locally compact sub--vector spaces of which occur as kernels of such series, and describe the extent to which determines the series. We develop a theory of Newton polygons for these series which lets us compute the Haar measure of the set of zeros of of a given valuation, given the valuations of the coefficients. The ``adjoint' series converges everywhere if and only if does, and in this case there is a natural bilinear pairing

which exhibits as the Pontryagin dual of . Many of these results extend to non-linear fractional power series. We apply these results to construct a Drinfeld module analogue of the Weil pairing, and to describe the topological module structure of the kernel of the adjoint exponential of a Drinfeld module.

     

Asymptotic expansions of the distributions of some test statistics

Summary A modified Wald statistic for testing simple hypothesis against fixed as well as local alternatives is proposed. The asymptotic expansions of the distributions of the proposed statistic as well as the Wald and Rao statistics under both the null and alternative hypotheses are obtained. The powers of these statistics are compared and its is shown that for special structures of parameters some statistics have same power in the sence of order . The results obtained are applied for testing the hypothesis about the covariance matrix of the multivariate normal distribution and it is shown that none of the tests based on the above statistics is uniformly superior. 大功率激光制备a-C和a-C∶H类金刚石膜的光学性能研究

采用大功率高重复频率准分子激光溅射热解石墨靶制备了类金刚石碳膜, 研究了实验条件对类金刚石膜光学性能的影响, 发现氢可以提高膜中sp3键的含量和膜的光学透过率. 在实验参数范围内, 膜的光学性能随着氢压的增加而提高. 根据类金刚石膜的反应沉积机理对上述结果进行了分析、解释.     

芯片毛细管电泳程控电源的研制

设计并制作了一种小型的、可与PC机相联的程序控制电源，其中有两路输出电压，用于芯片毛细管电泳的分离和进样；而且，可程序控制输出电压和运行时间，并在PC机上以图形方式显示是泳电流。该电源适用于芯片毛细管电泳的过程监控。     

Smith－Hieftje背景校正法空心阴极灯供电条件的选择

本文提出在原子吸收光谱测定中，采用Ｓｍｉｔｈ－Ｈｉｅｆｔｊｅ法校正背景时，空心阴极灯供电条件（即最佳宽窄脉冲电流）的选择依据和选择方法；并给出２４个常见元素的宽窄脉冲电流的选定结果。
