In this work, we synthesized two MDI-based polyurethanes, including a poly(ether)urethane (PEU) and a poly(carbonate)urethane (PCU), by using different soft segments, poly(tetramethylene oxide) and poly(hexyl, ethyl)carbonate diol (M approximately 2,000). We demonstrated that, in addition to the enhanced biostability of PCU over PEU, the biological performances of PCU in vitro were also improved in general. These included, better cellular attachment and proliferation, less platelet activation, as well as reduced monocyte activation. The unusual wide-ranging enhancement in biocompatibility for PCU was believed to be related to the larger micro-phase separation in PCU (approximately 25 nm) that caused distinct protein adsorption on the surface. The total number of adherent monocytes (nonactivated and activated) on the bare sample surfaces, albumin pre-adsorbed sample surfaces, and fibrinogen pre-adsorbed sample surfaces.  相似文献

The interests in liquid micro-chromatography (higher column efficiencies, increase in sensitivity) are now well established. The enhancement of fluorimetric response induced by the reduction of the inner diameter of columns (4.6, 3.0, 1.0 and 0.3 mm respectively) coupled with adapted detection cells to control the loss of efficiency (8 micro L for the two first columns and 100 nL for the two smaller ones) has been studied in the bioanalytical field, using the plasma determination of native fluorescent antibacterial agents: fluoroquinolones. Ten-fold enhancement of the signal can easily be obtained when substituting a 0.3 mm i.d. column and 100 nL detection cell for a 4.6 mm i.d. column, and 8 micro L detection cell. In addition to inner diameter reduction, the detection cell geometry appears to be an essential parameter to obtain the best enhancement of the recorded signal. Hence, the enhancement of signal with micro-chromatography with fluorimetric detection appears to be a compromise between column inner diameter and flow cell volume reduction.  相似文献

给出了3ω法测试系统中描述薄膜表面加热/测温膜中温度波动的级数形式解,并将复数温度波动的实部和虚部分开表示.利用该解分析了交流加热频率、加热膜宽度和材料热物性的组合参数对加热膜温度波动幅度的影响.并根据此解对测量原理的数学模型进行了修正,建立了相应的3ω测试系统,首先测定了厚度为500 nm SiO2薄膜的导热系数,验证了实验系统的合理性.加大了测试频率,利用级数模型在高频段直接得到SiO2薄膜的导热系数,结合低频段的数据同时确定了Si基体的导热系数.利用级数解分析测试了激光晶体Nd:YAG〈111〉面上多层ZrO2/SiO2增透膜的导热系数,测试的ZrO2薄膜的导热系数比体材料小.进行了不确定度分析.结果表明,提出的分析方法可以有效研究微器件表面薄膜结构的导热性能. 关键词: ω法')" href="#">3ω法 微/纳米薄膜 导热系数 微尺度加热膜  相似文献

A continuous cyclic voltammetric study of methyldopa at gold micro electrode was carried out. The drug in phosphate buffer (pH 2.0) is adsorpted at 400 mV, giving rise to change in the current of well-defined oxidation peak of gold in the flow injection system. The proposed detection method has some of advantages, the greatest one of which are as follows: first, it is no more necessary to remove oxygen from the analyte solution and second, this is a very fast and appropriate technique for determination of the drug compound in a wide variety of chromatographic analysis methods. Signal-to-noise ratio has significantly increased by application of discrete Fast Fourier transform (FFT) method, background subtraction and two-dimensional integration of the electrode response over a selected potential range and time window. Also in this work some parameters such as sweep rate, eluent pH, and accumulation time and potential were optimized. The linear concentration range was of 1.0×10-7—1.0×10-11 mol•L-1 (r=0.9975) with a limit of detection and quantitation 0.004 nmol•L-1 and 0.03 nmol•L-1, respectively. The method has the requisite accuracy, sensitivity, precision and selectivity to assay methyldopa in tablets. The influences of pH of eluent, accumulation potential, sweep rate, and accumulation time on the determination of the methyldopa were considered.  相似文献

Growth-dominated extreme topography development on ionbombarded wafers of InP is reported and is explained in terms of the micro region model presented in summary form. This model postulates the existence of an ion-bombardment-produced ensemble of crystallites and non-crystalline aggregations of atoms (composed of the substrate material, of dopant and of oxygen from the native oxide layer) where the majority of InP micro regions is so small (nanometer dimensions) that most interstitials created in collision events between bombarding ions and atoms of the micro region can reach an interfacial boundary rather than recombine with a vacancy from the same or another collision event. These atoms are then transported via interfacial boundaries and over the surface to screw dislocations where crystal stubs proceed to grow until the damage rate by ion bombardment overtakes the growth rate. Ion-bombardment-induced compressive stresses favour diffusion towards the surface. Temperature transients within micro regions assist both interfacial diffusion and damage repair. The topography is a result of competition between growth and sputtering. Different growth rates cause different topographies. The development of an extreme topography can be suppressed by oxygen flooding of the sputtered surface, by simultaneous electron beam scanning, as well as by Cs+ ion bombardment.  相似文献

Two kinds of clamping in micro/nano scale experiments are investigated in this paper, one based on electron-beam-induced deposition, and the other on the van der Waals interaction. The clamping strength and mechanism are analyzed both theoretically and experimentally. The influence of relative humidity on the micro/nano clamping and the method of electrostatic clamping are discussed. The clamping strength and performance of different clamping methods are compared considering the size and material of the clamped objects, and the application environments.  相似文献

The aim of the present paper is to characterize a cross‐linked horse heart cytochrome c (HHC) film on cysteamine‐modified gold electrodes. The HHC film was deposited using 1‐ethyl‐3‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl)‐carbodiimide (EDC) as a coupling agent. Attenuated total reflection infrared (ATR‐IR) spectroscopic analyses were performed to characterize the newly formed surface on a qualitative and conformational level. The film thickness was measured using a noncontact optical surface profiler, while quantitative data and information on the heterogeneity of the film were obtained by means of synchrotron radiation X‐ray micro fluorescence (SR micro‐XRF). Results indicate that, in addition to electrochemical studies, spectroscopic analysis methods are essential to gain insight in the effect of immobilization strategies on protein conformations. This paper demonstrates the application of the topology optimization method as a general and systematic approach for microfluidic mixer design. The mixing process is modeled as convection dominated transport in low Reynolds number incompressible flow. The mixer performance is maximized by altering the layout of flow/non‐flow regions subject to a constraint on the pressure drop between inlet and outlet. For a square cross‐sectioned pipe the mixing is increased by 70% compared with a straight pipe at the cost of a 2.5 fold increase in pressure drop. Another example where only the bottom profile of the channel is a design domain results in intricate herring bone patterns that confirm findings from the literature. An in situ artificial micro‐pit fabrication method with an area selective electrochemical measurement technique was applied to investigate the effect of the geometry of artificially formed pits on their localized corrosion behavior in anodized 1000 series aluminum. This technique enables the fabrication of artificial micro‐pits with different aspect ratios (pit depth/pit diameter) in solutions. The aspect ratios of the fabricated artificial micro‐pits in this experiment could be varied from 0.13 to 1.83 by controlling the irradiation time of the focused pulsed YAG laser beam. By applying a constant potential to the final laser‐beam‐irradiated spot in chloride environments, localized dissolution occurred only at the laser beam irradiated area, because the anodic oxide film acted as an insulator. In this study, master of the microlens arrays is fabricated using micro dispensing technology, and then electroforming technology is employed to replicate the Ni mold insert of the microlens arrays. Finally, micro hot embossing is performed to replicate the molded microlens arrays from the Ni mold insert. The resin material is used as the dispensing material, which is dropped on a glass substrate. The resin is exposed to a 380 W halogen light. It becomes convex under surface tension on the glass substrate. A master for the microlens arrays is then obtained. A 150‐nm‐thick copper layer is sputtered on the master as an electrically conducting layer. The electroforming method replicates the Ni mold insert from the master of the microlens arrays. Finally, micro hot embossing is adopted to replicate the molded microlens arrays. The micro hot embossing experiment employs optical films of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and polycarbonate (PC). The processing parameters of micro hot embossing are processing temperature, embossing pressure, embossing time, and de‐molding temperature. Taguchi's method is applied to optimize the processing parameters of micro hot embossing for molded microlens arrays. An optical microscope and a surface profiler are utilized to measure the surface profile of the master, the Ni mold insert and the molded microlens arrays. AFM is employed to measure the surface roughness of the master, the Ni mold insert and the molded microlens arrays.
