The last two decades have seen a dramatic development in the study of metal-metal multiple bonds, particular successes being recorded in the field of organometallic chemistry. Syntheses designed to produce novel transition metal complexes with single, double, triple and quadruple metal-metal bonds occupy a most important place in such research, as also do reactivity studies. A striving to establish general principles has provided much of the motivation for such work, but one less obvious goal—the commercial application of the catalytic properties of metal-metal multiple bonding systems, in the medium and long term—should not be overlooked. All aspects of the investigations of metal-metal multiple bonds also apply to a particular class of compound that has, however, enjoyed little lime-light and thus deserves the present review: complexes with multiple bonds between transition metals and substituent-free (“bare”) main group elements. Although based mostly on accidental discoveries, the few noteworthy examples are now beginning to unfold general concepts of synthesis that are capable of being extended and thus are deserving of exploitation in preparative chemistry. The availability of further structural patterns exhibiting multiple bonds between transition metals and ligand-free main group elements might enable preparative organometallic chemistry to expand in a completely new direction (for instance by the stabilizing or activation of small molecules at the metal complex). This essay discusses the chemistry of complexes of bare carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen ligands (carbido-, nitrido-, and oxo-complexes) and their relationships to higher homologues from both a synthetic and a structural point of view.  相似文献

In this paper, the dynamic properties of the main sounder (the sounding muscle (SMc) and the sounding membrane (SM)) and the generating mechanism of amplitude-modulation pulse train (AMPT) are given. The acting process of SMc is a quasi-simple harmonic contraction vibration. The amplitudes of soundless and sounding contracting motion are about 17.2 /μm and 29.4/μm, respectively, and the efficiency of dynamic sounding is about 17%, The unsounded motion of SM is a quasi-simple harmonic vibration, and the amplitude is about 7.81/μm. The sounding motion of SM is a complex vibration, and the amplitude is about 12.66 μm. In each syllable of the song, AMPT_(1,2,3) are separately produced by driving vibrations (V_1,2,3)) of three long ribs in the upper half of SM, and the peaks of V_(1,2,3) lead the first pulse of high amplitude in AMPT_(1,2,3) by 0.156 ms, respectively. The membrane structure in the lower half of SM is mainly to transmit contracting movement of SMc.  相似文献

A capillary electrophoretic assay for determining aloe-emodin (AE), methyl p-coumarate (MC), and 3,4-dihydro-6,8-dihydroxyl-[(3s)-2'-acetyl-3'-hydroxyl-5'-methoxy-benzyl]-isocoumarin (DDI) in Aloe vera has been developed. Baseline separation was achieved within 15 min using a running buffer of 20 mm borax containing 10% (v/v) acetonitrile at pH 10.5. A linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of the analytes was found in the ranges 5-500, 10-1000 and 2-1000 micro g/mL for AE, MC and DDI, respectively, with correlation coefficients of 0.9992-0.9998. The relative standard deviations of migration time and peak area were within 0.17-0.19 and 1.52-3.37%, respectively. The recoveries of AE, MC and DDI were 105, 102 and 96.4%. The contents of AE, MC and DDI in Aloe vera were measured to be 5.13, 0.768 and 1.30 mg/g, respectively.  相似文献

The AlI compound NacNacAl ( 1 , NacNac = [ArNC(Me)CHC(Me)NAr], Ar = 2,6-iPr2C6H3) serves as a template for the chemoselective coupling between carbonyls (benzophenone, fenchone, isophorone, p-tolyl benzoate, N,N-dimethylbenzamide, (1-phenylethylidene)aniline) and pyridine. With the CH-acidic ketone (1R)-(+) camphor, the reaction affords a hydrido alkoxide compound of Al, formed as the result of enolization, whereas an enolizable imine, (1-phenylethylidene)aniline, and the bulky ketone isophorone, still chemoselectively couple with pyridine. In contrast, reaction with the ester p-tolyl benzoate results in cleavage of the ester bond together with replacement of the alkoxy group by a hydrogen atom of the pyridine moiety. This study demonstrates that for carbonyl substrates featuring phenyl substituents, the reaction proceeds via intermediate formation of η2(C,X)-coordinated (X = O, N) carbonyl adducts, whereas the reaction of 1 with (R)-(−)-fenchone in the absence of pyridine leads to CH activation in the pendant isopropyl group of the Ar substituent of the NacNac ligand.  相似文献

We report systematic studies on a homologous series of twin liquid crystalline (LC) molecules based on phenyl and naphthyl azobenzene ( PnP and NpnNp ) as well as segmented copolyesters based on them. The twin series had the structure azobenzene–oligooxyethylene–azobenzene, where the ethyleneoxy length was varied from 2 to 6 units. The LC properties of the twin series depended on the chemical structure of the azochromophore and also the length of the central oligooxyethylene segment. The PnP series exhibited smectic LC properties for n > three oligooxyethylene units. Conversely, NpnNp series exhibited spherulitic phases only for the shortest member – Np2Np . One non‐LC short spacer twin ( P2P ) and one LC long spacer twin ( P6P ) were incorporated as part of a main chain polyester composed of fully aliphatic segments of sebacate and di or tetraethylene glycol (DEG/TEG) units by melt polycondensation. Non‐LC P2P formed LC polymers even at low (5 mol %) incorporation in DEG‐based copolymers, whereas the LC‐ P6P could do so only at 30 mol % incorporation. The LC properties of the twin molecules as well as copolymers were studied using differential scanning calorimetry, polarized light microscopy (PLM) along with variable temperature wide angle X‐ray diffraction. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Experimentally characterized endohedral metallofullerenes are of current interest in expanding the range of viable fullerenic structures and their applications. Smaller metallofullerenes, such as M@C28, show that several d‐ and f‐block elements can be efficiently confined in relatively small carbon cages. This article explores the potential capabilities of the smallest fullerene cage, that is, C20, to encapsulate p‐block elements from group 14, that is, E = Si, Ge, Sn, and Pb. Our interest relates to the bonding features and optical properties related to E@C20. The results indicate both s‐ and p‐type concentric bonds, in contrast to the well explored endohedral structures encapsulating f‐block elements. Our results suggest the E@C20 series to be a new family of viable endohedral fullerenes. In addition spectroscopic properties related to electron affinity, optical, and vibrational were modeled to gain further information useful for characterization. Characteristic optical patterns were studied predicting a distinctive first peak located between 400 and 250 nm, which is red‐shifted going to the heavier encapsulated Group 14 atoms. Electron affinity properties expose different patterns useful to differentiate the hollow C20 fullerene to the proposed p‐block endohedral counterparts. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

In this study, novel water‐soluble corrole amino acid conjugates were synthesized and characterized. The coupling reaction of A2B‐ and A3‐corroles with glycine ethyl ester and taurine under strong basic conditions proved to be successful and yielded di‐ and trifunctionalized corrole amino acid conjugates in good yields. The subsequent metalation of the corrole/amino acid conjugates broadens the scope for applications considerably. As examples, we herein show the catalytic activity of the Mn(III) A3‐corrole towards O2 evolution. First we employed tert‐butyl hydroperoxide (t‐BuOOH) as oxidant to obtain the Mn(V)oxo species and tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide (TBAH) as hydroxide donor agent. Furthermore, the binding properties of the non‐metalated and the Mn(III) A3‐corrole/amino sulfonic acid conjugates and transport of proteins were investigated and the conjugates exhibited binding to human serum albumin (HSA). Finally, a novel Ga(III) A3‐corrole/amino sulfonic acid derivative was synthesized and we briefly describe the photophysical properties of this compound. Tellurium–peroxo complexes in aqueous solutions have never been reported. In this work, ammonium peroxotellurates (NH4)4Te2(μ‐OO)2(μ‐O)O4(OH)2 ( 1 ) and (NH4)5Te2(μ‐OO)2(μ‐O)O5(OH)?1.28 H2O?0.72 H2O2 ( 2 ) were isolated from 5 % hydrogen peroxide aqueous solutions of ammonium tellurate and characterized by single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction analysis, by Raman spectroscopy and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of 1 comprises ammonium cations and a symmetric binuclear peroxotellurate anion [Te2(μ‐OO)2(μ‐O)O4(OH)2]4?. The structure of 2 consists of an unsymmetrical [Te2(μ‐OO)2(μ‐O)O5(OH)]5? anion, ammonium cations, hydrogen peroxide, and water. Peroxotellurate anions in both 1 and 2 contain a binuclear Te2(μ‐OO)2(μ‐O) fragment with one μ‐oxo‐ and two μ‐peroxo bridging groups. 125Te NMR spectroscopic analysis shows that the peroxo bridged bitellurate anions are the dominant species in solution, with 3–40 %wt H2O2 and for pH values above 9. DFT calculations of the peroxotellurate anion confirm its higher thermodynamic stability compared with those of the oxotellurate analogues. This is the first direct evidence for tellurium–peroxide coordination in any aqueous system and the first report of inorganic tellurium–peroxo complexes. General features common to all reported p‐block element peroxides could be discerned by the characterization of aqueous and crystalline peroxotellurates.  相似文献
