半参数方差误差模型的估计

本文综合近邻权函数法及最小二乘法，用两阶段最小二乘估计的方法得到了半参数EV模型中参数的估计量及其强相合性，渐近正态性。同时也得到了非参数函数的估计量及其强相合性，一致强相合性。

Determination of the electric field gradient asymmetry from Berry’s phase in NQR of powder samples

An effect of Berry’s phase on the NQR spectrum of the rotating powder sample is described and applied for the determination of the electric field gradient asymmetry. The proposed method involves the analysis of the frequency singularities in the NQR powder patterns of the rotating samples. The Berry’s phases for the eigenstates, associated with an adiabatically changing quadrupole hamiltonian, are calculated for nuclei with a spin I = 3/2 and I = 1 as a function of the asymmetry parameter.     

半连续格的刻画和映射

本文讨论了半连续格的一些性质,在半连续格中引入半Scott开集族,用半Scott开集族来刻画半连续格,同时定义了半连续格之间的半连续映射,得到闭包算子的像仍是半连续格的条件.最后,研究了半连续格上的半连续映射的全体不动点之集的性质。     

D∞-APPROXIMATION OF PRODUCT VARIATIONS OF TWO PARAMETER SMOOTH SEMIMARTINGALES

Let X be a two parameter smooth semimartingale and (~X) be its process of the product variation. It is proved that (~X) can be approximated as D∞-limit of sums of its discrete product variations as the mesh of division tends to zero. Moreover, this result can be strengthen to yield the quasi sure convergence of sums by estimating the speed of the convergence.     

Study of local lattice relaxation of substitutional impurities in silicon and germanium

Local lattice relaxation of substitutional donors in silicon investigated using self‐consistent multiple scattering Xα (MSXα) method within the framework of the standard muffin‐tin potential approximation is extended to substitutional donors in germanium and substitutional acceptors in both silicon and germanium. Incorporating the effect of lattice relaxation surrounding the impurity makes the model suitable for both shallow and deep levels. Chemical trends of some aspects of impurity states, such as local lattice relaxation and charge transfer, of the impurities both in silicon and germanium are inferred. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Notes on Sublattice-Lattices

We prove that directly reducible lattices and selfdual subdirectly irreducible lattices of locally finite length are determined by their sublattice-lattices. As a corollary we obtain that splitting varieties are closed under the isomorphism of sublattice-lattices iff they are selfdual. A class of selfdual non-closed varieties is given too.
