Ab initio quantum chemical calculations have been performed on X2Cl? and X2Cl (X = C, Si, Ge) clusters. The geometrical structures, vibrational frequencies, electronic properties and dissociation energies are investigated at the Hartree–Fock (HF), Møller–Plesset second‐ and fourth‐order (MP2, MP4), CCSD(T) level with the 6‐311+G(d) basis set. The X2Cl (X = C, Si, Ge) and X2Cl? (X = Si, Ge) take a bent shape obtained at the ground state, while C2Cl? has a linear structure. The impact on internal electron transfer between the X2Cl and the corresponding anional clusters is studied. The three different types of electron affinities (EAs) at the CCSD(T) are reported. The most reliable adiabatic electronic affinities, obtained at the CCSD(T)/cc‐pvqz level of theory, are predicted to be 3.30, 2.62, and 1.98 eV for C2Cl, Si2Cl, and Ge2Cl, respectively. The calculated EAs of C2Cl and Ge2Cl are in good agreement with theoretical results reported. As a representative of traditionally fermented Chinese medicine, Massa Medicata Fermentata (MMF) shows the functions of invigorating the spleen and stomach and promoting digestion, which plays an important role in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. The fermentation mechanism and the key factors that affect the quality of MMF have not been revealed yet, which has become an urgent issue that limits its clinical application. This article aims to systematically and comprehensively reveal the transformation of physical properties and the dynamic trend of chemical components including substrate components, volatile components, and lactic acid as anaerobic fermentation product during MMF fermentation. Along with obvious hyphae growth observed for MMF, the weight of MMF decreased, and the moisture and temperature increased. Through the quantified 14 components from substrate, ferulic acid increased from 45.53 ± 6.94 to 141.89 ± 78.40 μg/g, while glycosides and phenolic acids declined except caffeic acid. Also, within the 66 volatile components analyzed, alcohols and acids increased, while aldehydes and ketones decreased. Lactic acid was not detected in the fermentation substrate, but an apparent increase in lactic acid content was observed along with the increased fermentation days, resulting in 2.54 ± 0.15 mg/g on day 8. Based on the tested components, the fermentation process of MMF was discriminated into three distinct stages by principal component analysis, and an optimal fermentation time of four days was proposed. The results of this study will be of great significance to clarify the characteristics of fermentation and conduce to improving quality standards of MMF.  相似文献

The enthalpies of combustion of some pyridine derivatives in the solid state have been measured by precision bomb calorimetry, and their enthalpies of formation have been calculated. The enthalpies of sublimation of these compounds have been determined from the experimental temperature dependences of saturated vapor pressure using the Clausius-Clapeyron equation. The enthalpies of combustion, formation, and sublimation are the following (kJ mol–1): -3360.9±2.1, -0.5±2.1, and 79.1±1.3, respectively, for 4-methylpyridine 1-oxide; -2551.0±1.7, 11.7±1.7, and 89.1±2.5, respectively, for 4-nitropyridine 1-oxide;-2355.6±1.3, 102.1±1.3, and 106.3±2.9 for 2,4,6-trinitropyridine 1-oxide; and -2287.6±1.3, 34.3±1.3, and 101.7±2.9 for 2,4,6-trinitropyridine. The enthalpies of formation in the solid state and the enthalpies of sublimation of pyridine derivatives obtained together with the literature data allowed the energies of dissociation of the donor-acceptor N—O bonds in pyridine 1-oxides to be calculated.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. From relative integrated intensity measurements of the symmetric stretching vibration of nitrate ion in nitric acid solutions (both HNO 3 /H 2 O and DNO 3 /D 2 O), the mass law concentration quotients, Q were obtained as functions of concentration. By extrapolation the limiting dissociation constants were estimated to be 24.4 and 15 respectively at 25°C. It is shown that this constant refers to a process in which the ion pair H 3 O+ NO 3 is in equilibrium with the dispersed, solvated H 3 O+ and NO 3 ions.  相似文献

The compounds of the three-component system were identified by the Schreinemakers’ method as well as by chemical and X-ray phase analyses. C(alpha)-Formylglycine, the catalytic amino acid residue in the active site of sulfatases, is generated by post-translational modification of a cysteine or serine residue. We describe a highly sensitive procedure for the detection of C(alpha)-formylglycine-containing peptides in tryptic digests of sulfatase proteins. The protocol is based on the formation of hydrazone derivatives of C(alpha)-formylglycine-containing peptides when using dinitrophenylhydrazine as a matrix for matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS). The hydrazone derivatives desorb and ionize with high efficiency and can be detected in the sub-femtomole range. The presence of C(alpha)-formylglycine is indicated by a mass increment of 180.13 u, corresponding to the hydrazone moiety, and also by a unique C-terminal fragment ion, characteristic of sulfatases, that becomes prominent in MALDI post-source decay mass spectra of the hydrazone derivatives.  相似文献

The Pitzer approach has been applied to the evaluation of dissociation constants of ammonium ion in lithium perchlorate and lithium chloride-sodium chloride mixed solutions at 25°C. The calculated values showed good agreement with the observed values, provided all the higher-order interaction terms ('s and 's) concerned were introduced. The unknown (NH4LiClO4) value was determined from the isopiestic measurements of NH4ClO4–LiClO4 mixed solutions. Parameters in the Pitzer formalism for ammonia-ion interactions involved in LiCl and NaCl media were determined by use of the activity coefficients of ammonia measured in LiCl–NaCl mixed solutions by a transpiration method.  相似文献

A small amount (≤ 10−6 mol fraction) of four alkaline earth metals, tin and yttrium were introduced into five, premixed, fuel-rich, H2–O2–N2 flames at atmospheric pressure in the temperature range 1820–2400 K. Aqueous salt solutions of the metals were sprayed into the premixed flame gas as an aerosol using an atomizer technique. Ions in a flame were observed by sampling flame gas through a nozzle into a mass spectrometer. The concentrations of the major neutral metallic species present in the flame were calculated from thermodynamic data currently available. The principal metallic ions observed were AOH+ (A = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Sn) and A(OH)2+ (A = Y), formed initially by proton transfer to AO and OAOH from H3O+, a natural flame ion. Except for Mg, the ions were also produced by chemi-ionization processes. By adjusting the concentration(s) of the salt solution in the atomizer, it was found that a pair of ions could be brought into equilibrium within the time scale of the flame; the pairs included H3O+ with a metal ion or two metallic ions. Because water is a major product of combustion, a very large difference in proton affinity PA0(AO) − PA0(H2O) ≤ 490 kJ mol−1 (117 kcal mol−1) could be attempted for the proton transfer equilibrium. Using PA0(H2O) = 691.0 kJ mol−1 (165.2 kcal mol−1) as a reference base to anchor the proton affinity scale, ion ratio measurements led to proton affinity PA0 values of 766, 912, 1004, 1184, 1201, and 1222 kJ mol−1 (183, 218, 240, 283, 287, and 292 kcal mol−1) corrected to 298 K for OYOH, SnO, MgO, CaO, SrO, and BaO, respectively; of these, only the value for OYOH has not been reported previously. If it is assumed that the neutral thermodynamic data are correct (although some appear to be in error), the uncertainties in the PA results reported here are ± 21 kJ mol−1 (5 kcal mol−1). The realization that these equilibria can be achieved in flames provides a new approach to consolidate and build the high end of the proton affinity ladder, primarily of metallic species which are not accessible at lower temperatures.  相似文献
