A dynamic terramechanic model for small lightweight vehicles with rigid wheels and grousers operating in sandy soil 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This paper presents a validated dynamic terramechanic model for rigid wheels with grousers that may be used for planetary and terrestrial mobile robots operating in loose sandy soil. The proposed model is based on established analytical terramechanic theories and incorporates two new dimensionless empirical coefficients. The additional terms in the model are based on existing soil mechanic theories that vary as a function of soil properties, slip conditions, and vehicle loading. The proposed model was able to capture and predict the dynamic oscillations observed in experimental data from a single-wheel testbed for the sinkage, drawbar pull and normal load. For the operating conditions tested in this research the simulation results using the proposed model show an improvement over traditional terramechanic models for capturing the dynamic effects of grousers. 相似文献

The use of finite element and finite difference methods of spatial and temporal discretization for solving structural dynamics problems gives rise to purely numerical errors. Among the many numerical methods used to damp out the spurious oscillations occurring in the high frequency domain, it is proposed here to analyse and compare the well-known Bulk Viscosity method, which modifies the stresses calculations and a method recently presented by Tchamwa and Wielgosz, which is based on a modification of an explicit time integration algorithm. In the present study, the concept of the output frequency response function is applied to theoretically investigate the force transmissibility of multi-degree of freedom (MDOF) structures with a nonlinear anti-symmetric viscous damping. The results reveal that an anti-symmetric nonlinear viscous damping can significantly reduce the transmissibility over all resonance regions for MDOF structures while it has almost no effect on the transmissibility over non-resonant and isolation regions. The results indicate that the vibration isolators with an anti-symmetric damping characteristic have great potential to overcome the dilemma in the design of linear viscously damped vibration isolators where an increase of the damping level reduces the force transmissibility over resonant region but increases the transmissibility over non-resonant regions. 相似文献

In this paper, the stabilized mixed finite element methods are presented for the Navier‐Stokes equations with damping. The existence and uniqueness of the weak solutions are proven by use of the Brouwer fixed‐point theorem. Then, optimal error estimates for the H1‐norm and L2‐norm of the velocity and the L2‐norm of the pressure are derived. Moreover, on the basis of the optimal L2‐norm error estimate of the velocity, a stabilized two‐step method is proposed, which is more efficient than the usual stabilized methods. In this work, we consider a nonlinear system of viscoelastic equations of Kirchhoff type with degenerate damping and source terms in a bounded domain. Under suitable assumptions on the initial data, the relaxation functions gi(i = 1,2) and degenerate damping terms, we obtain global existence of solutions. Then, we prove the general decay result. Finally, we prove the finite time blow‐up result of solutions with negative initial energy. This work generalizes and improves earlier results in the literature. 相似文献

研究了含分数阶导数阻尼的一类线性系统在不同周期信号激励下系统的响应问题.首先在简谐信号的激励下,利用谐波平衡法得到了系统响应的近似解,这一结果和已有文献(申永军,杨绍普,邢海军2012物理学报61 110505)的结果完全相同,但本文的求解过程大为简化,而且本文进一步扩展了分数阶导数阻尼微分阶数的取值范围.接着,利用傅里叶级数展开法和线性系统的叠加原理,求得了一般周期信号激励下系统响应的近似解,并以周期方波信号和周期全波正弦信号为例进行了说明.本文的结果表明,分数阶导数阻尼的微分阶数影响系统响应中各阶谐波的共振频率和共振振幅.系统响应的幅值与分数阶导数阻尼的微分阶数之间的单调关系主要受外激信号频率的影响.除解析分析外,本文还用数值模拟对相关结论进行了验证,两种结果符合良好,表明本文的分析方法是可行的. 相似文献

An improved low-Reynolds-number k-? model has been formulated and tested against a range of DNS (direct numerical simulation) and experimental data for channel and complex shear layer flows. The model utilizes a new form of damping function adopted to account for both wall proximity effects and viscosity influences and a more flexible damping argument based on the gradient of the turbulent kinetic energy on the wall. Additionally, the extra production of the inhomogeneous part of the viscous dissipation near a wall has been added to the dissipation equation with significantly improved results. The proposed model was successfully applied to the calculation of a range of wall shear layers in zero, adverse and favourable pressure gradients as well as backward-facing-step separated flows. 相似文献
