控轧控冷技术在钢铁中厚板材的应用已趋成熟,采用控轧控冷技术制备的中厚板材具有组织均匀、晶粒细小、机械性能高等优点.Bi-2223/Ag超导带材制备过程需经过多次反复的热处理和中间轧制过程,本文结合控轧控冷工艺特点,通过控制带材中间轧制制度和控制热处理冷却速度,研究了压下量和冷却条件对Bi-2223相变和其微观结构的影响,并借助SEM、XRD等方法对带材样品进行了观察,实验结果表明:合理的控轧控冷条件能够改善Bi-2223/Ag的微观结构并能够有效提高其电性能.这为控轧控冷技术在Bi-2223/Ag超导带材制备中的应用提供了初步理论依据,同时为形变热处理工艺提供了新的优化方向. 相似文献

The flow over a flat plate delta wing at incidence and in sideslip is studied using vortex lattice models based on streamwise penelling. For the attached flow problem the effect of sideslip is simulated by modifying the standard vortex lattice model for zero sideslip by aligning the trailing vortices aft of the wing along the resultant flow direction. For the separated flow problem a non-linear vortex lattice model is developed for both zero and non-zero sideslip angles in which the shape and position of the leading edge separation vortices are calculated by an iterative procedure starting from an assumed initial shape. In the present paper, a new set of necessary and sufficient conditions is given for the regulator problem with plant stability in the presence of disturbances. Significant features of these conditions are the simplicity of their statement and the immediacy of their meaning in the context of the geometric approach. The proof is based on arguments which are extensions of those developed in Part 1 for the more restricted problem of disturbance localization by dynamic compensation with stability. The sufficiency of conditions is proved by a constructive procedure, which may be used as part of an actual regulator synthesis method.This research has been supported in part by MPI, Rome, Italy. 相似文献

The concept of `adjunct' operation of two lattices with respect to a pair of elements is introduced. A structure theorem namely,
`A finite lattice is dismantlable if and only if it is an adjunct of chains' is obtained. Further it is established that for
any adjunct representation of a dismantlable lattice the number of chains as well as the number of times a pair of elements
occurs remains the same. If a dismantlable lattice L has n elements and n+k edges then it is proved that the number of irreducible elements of L lies between n-2k-2 and n-2. These results are used to enumerate the class of lattices with exactly two reducible elements, the class of lattices with
n elements and upto n+1 edges, and their subclasses of distributive lattices and modular lattices.

Macroporous, temperature‐sensitive poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) hydrogels were synthesized with poly(ethylene glycol)s (PEGs; molecular weight = 2000–6000) as the pore‐forming agents. The influence of the molecular weight and PEG content on the responsive kinetics of these macroporous hydrogels was investigated. The PEG‐modified PNIPAAm hydrogels were characterized by the swelling ratio, deswelling–reswelling kinetics, Fourier transform infrared, and differential scanning calorimetry. The morphology of these hydrogels was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy. The prepared macroporous hydrogels exhibited some unique properties in comparison with the gels with low molecular weight PEGs (molecular weight < 2000) as the pore‐forming agents. In addition, a preliminary study on the controlled release of bovine serum albumin from these macroporous hydrogels was carried out. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
