一种高效有机结合态磷肥的多谱学分子形态表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
当前,磷肥不合理施用引发的资源危机和环境问题日益凸显,创制新型磷肥、提高磷肥利用率是保障农业生产、环境安全及可持续发展的关键。鉴于有机结合态磷肥不易被土壤组分固定,在土壤中移动性强,作物有效性高,研发新型有机结合态磷肥有望从根本上突破并解决无机磷肥利用率低的问题。新近,新型有机结合态磷肥的研发方兴未艾,而有机结合态磷肥的赋存形态及其高效机理尚不清楚。基于多种有机结合态磷肥研制及肥效方面的研究成果,选取价格低廉、肥效稳定的淀粉基磷肥,采用液相磷-31核磁共振(P-NMR)技术、同步辐射X射线吸收近边结构谱(XANES)技术在分子层面上对其磷形态进行表征。将供试淀粉基磷肥酶解制成α-极限淀粉糊精,溶解于45%的二甲亚砜,通过液相P-NMR分析发现该磷肥中总磷含量约为5 218 mg·kg-1,与灼烧-比色法测得的结果一致;其中磷主要以有机形态赋存,正磷酸单酯占总磷比例达75.8%。正磷酸二酯含量为17.3%,而无机磷仅占总磷含量的6.9%。另外,通过指纹图谱比对,供试样品磷的K-边XANES谱与植酸磷的谱图极为相似。以上研究结果表明该淀粉基磷肥中磷以正磷酸单酯为主,为深入揭示有机结合态磷肥的高效机制提供了重要依据。  相似文献

X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) was used to probe the existence of induced magnetic moments in yttrium iron garnet (YIG) films in which yttrium is partly substituted with lanthanum, lutetium or bismuth. Spin polarization of the 4d states of yttrium and of the 5d states of lanthanum or lutetium was clearly demonstrated. Angular momentum resolved d-DOS of yttrium and lanthanun was shown to be split by the crystal field, the two resolved substructures having opposite magnetic polarization. The existence of a weak orbital moment involving the 6p states of bismuth was definitely established with the detection of a small XMCD signal at the Bi M1-edge. Difference spectra also enhanced the visibility of subtle changes in the Fe K-edge XMCD spectra of YIG and {Y, Bi}IG films. Weak natural X-ray linear dichroism signatures were systematically observed with all iron garnet films and with a bulk YIG single crystal cut parallel to the (1 1 1) plane: this proved that, at room temperature, the crystal cannot satisfy all requirements of perfect cubic symmetry (space group: ), crystal distortions preserving at best trigonal symmetry ( or R3m). For the first time, a very weak X-ray magnetic linear dichroism (XMLD) was also measured in the iron K-edge pre-peak of YIG and revealed the presence of a tiny electric quadrupole moment in the ground-state charge distribution of iron atoms. Band-structure calculations carried out with fully relativistic LMTO-LSDA methods support our interpretation that ferrimagnetically coupled spins at the iron sites induce a spin polarization of the yttrium d-DOS and reproduce the observed crystal field splitting of the XMCD signal.  相似文献

A pre‐focused X‐ray beam at 12 keV and 9 keV has been used to illuminate a single‐bounce capillary in order to generate a high‐flux X‐ray microbeam. The BioCAT undulator X‐ray beamline 18ID at the Advanced Photon Source was used to generate the pre‐focused beam containing 1.2 × 1013 photons s?1 using a sagittal‐focusing double‐crystal monochromator and a bimorph mirror. The capillary entrance was aligned with the focal point of the pre‐focused beam in order to accept the full flux of the undulator beam. Two alignment configurations were tested: (i) where the center of the capillary was aligned with the pre‐focused beam (`in‐line') and (ii) where one side of the capillary was aligned with the beam (`off‐line'). The latter arrangement delivered more flux (3.3 × 1012 photons s?1) and smaller spot sizes (≤10 µm FWHM in both directions) for a photon flux density of 4.2 × 1010 photons s?1µm?2. The combination of the beamline main optics with a large‐working‐distance (approximately 24 mm) capillary used in this experiment makes it suitable for many microprobe fluorescence applications that require a micrometer‐size X‐ray beam and high flux density. These features are advantageous for biological samples, where typical metal concentrations are in the range of a few ng cm?2. Micro‐XANES experiments are also feasible using this combined optical arrangement.  相似文献

A theoretical study of the X‐ray absorption near‐edge structure (XANES) spectra at the Mn K‐edge in the La1?xCaxMnO3 series is reported. The relationship between the edge shift, the Ca–La substitution and the distortion of the MnO6 octahedra in these systems has been studied. It is shown that, by correctly considering these effects simultaneously, the experimental XANES data are consistent with the presence of two different Mn local environments in the intermediate La1?xCaxMnO3 compounds. By taking into account the energy shift associated with the modification of the MnO6 distortion as Ca substitutes for La, it is possible to reproduce the XANES spectra of the intermediate‐doped compounds starting from the experimental spectra of the end‐members LaMnO3 and CaMnO3. These results point out the need to re‐examine the conclusions derived in the past from the simple analysis of the Mn K‐edge XANES edge‐shift in these materials. In particular, it is shown that the modification of the Mn K‐edge absorption through the La1?xCaxMnO3 series is well reproduced by considering the simultaneous presence of both distorted and undistorted octahedra and, consequently, that the existence of charge‐ordering phenomena cannot be ruled out from the XANES data.  相似文献

Imidazolonepropionase is an important enzyme that plays a crucial role in the degradation of the histidine in mammals and bacteria. In this contribution a detailed structural investigation is presented of the imidazolonepropionase from Bacillus subtilis at the zinc site by X‐ray absorption near‐edge structure (XANES) spectroscopy combining experimental data with ab initio calculation in the framework of the multiple‐scattering theory. The resolved local structure leads to a modification of the data set in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) (PDB code 2BB0). Actually, data suggest that the carboxyl of the Asp324 moves far away from the zinc ion at the center, while the water molecule and the nearest‐neighbor histidines move towards it. This new conformation and the occurrence of a short water‐to‐zinc bond length support the nucleophilic attack catalytic mechanism proposed for this enzyme.  相似文献

A high‐temperature furnace with an induction heater coil has been designed and constructed for in situ X‐ray spectroscopic experiments under controlled atmospheric conditions and temperatures up to 3275 K. The multi‐purpose chamber design allows working in backscattering and normal fluorescence mode for synchrotron X‐ray absorption and emission spectroscopy. The use of the furnace is demonstrated in a study of the in situ formation of Cr oxide between 1823 K and 2023 K at logPO2 values between ?10.0 and ?11.3 using X‐ray absorption near‐edge spectroscopy. The set‐up is of particular interest for studying liquid metals, alloys and other electrically conductive materials under extreme conditions.  相似文献

利用X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线吸收近边结构(XANES)方法研究了在Si(100)衬底上及600℃温度条件下用分子束外延(MBE)共蒸发方法生长的MnxSi1-x磁性薄膜的结构.由XRD结果表明,只有在高Mn含量(8%和17%)样品中存在着Mn4Si7化合物物相.而XANES结果则显示,对于Mn浓度在0.7%到17%之间的MnxSi1-x样品,其Mn原子的XANES谱表现出了一致的谱线特征.基于多重散射的XANES理论计算进一步表明,只有根据Mn4Si7模型计算出的理论XANES谱才能够很好的重构出MnxSi1-x样品的实验XANES谱.这些研究结果说明在MnxSi1-x样品中,Mn原子主要是以镶嵌式的Mn4Si7化合物纳米晶颗粒存在于Si薄膜介质中,几乎不存在间隙位和替代位的Mn原子. 关键词xSi1-x磁性薄膜')" href="#">MnxSi1-x磁性薄膜 分子束外延 XRD XANES  相似文献

Highly crystalline CoFe1.9RE0.1O4 ferrite nanoparticles, where RE=La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, and Ho, have been synthesized by forced hydrolysis in polyol. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS), 57Fe Mössbauer spectrometry, Co K-edge X-ray absorption spectroscopy and magnetic measurements using a SQUID magnetometer were employed to investigate the effect of the substitution RE3+ ions for Fe3+ ones on the structure, the microstructure, the chemical homogeneity, and the magnetic properties of the cobalt ferrite system. All the produced particles are superparamagnetic at room temperature. Nevertheless, the substitution causes reduction of the blocking temperature which is mainly ascribed to partial cation exchange among the spinel-like sublattices of CoFe2O4 induced by the insertion of the relatively large RE3+ ions. The low-temperature saturation magnetization and coercivity appear to be greatly affected by the nature of RE3+ ions—maxima values were found for Gd3+ and Eu3+, respectively.  相似文献

We review herein the surface chemical properties of silicon nanowires (SiNWs) and show how SiNWs can be used as platforms in doing chemistry in the nanorealm. In particular, the surfaces of HF-treated SiNWs (which are H-terminated) exhibit interesting chemical reactivities towards reductive deposition of metal ions such as silver, copper, palladium, etc., giving rise to metal particles or aggregates on the SiNW surfaces. By varying the concentration of the metal ions in solution, nanostructures of these metals of different shapes, sizes, and morphologies can be fabricated. The reductive growth of ligated Au–Ag clusters of single size, shape, composition, and structure, on the SiNWs was also investigated. Two interesting phenomena, the sinking cluster and the cluster fusion processes, were observed by TEM. These assemblies of metal nanoparticles on silicon nanowires may be considered as zero-dimensional nanodots, on one-dimensional nanowires. It is hoped that fabrication of these metallic nanodots on silicon nanowires will lead to new and novel composite materials of importance in nanotechnology.  相似文献

Lithium niobate crystals doped with erbium by the ion exchange process were studied by means of extended X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy and secondary ion mass spectrometry. The study of the local atomic order allowed the determination of the erbium environment in the crystal matrix and the investigation on the role of preparation conditions.
