Ultrasonic beam steering using Neumann boundary condition in multiplysics   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The traditional one-dimensional ultrasonic beam steering has time delay and is thus a complicated problem. A numerical model of ultrasonic beam steering using Neumann boundary condition in multiplysics is presented in the present paper. This model is based on the discrete wave number method that has been proved theoretically to satisfy the continuous conditions. The propagating angle of novel model is a function of the distance instead of the time domain. The propagating wave fronts at desired angles are simulated with the single line sources for plane wave. The result indicates that any beam angle can be steered by discrete line elements resources without any time delay.  相似文献

Ferromagnetism is induced in pure TiO2 single crystals by oxygen ion irradiation. The ferro-magnetism is observed up to room temperature and is with weak temperature dependence. By combining X-ray diffraction, Rutherford backscattering/channelling, Raman scattering, and electron-spin resonance spectroscopy, supperconducting quantum interference device, displacement per atom, we measured the lattice damage accumulation with increasing flu-ences. A defect complex, i.e., Ti3+ on the substitutional accompanied by oxygen vacancies, has been identified in the irradiated TiO2. This kind of defect complex results in a local (TiO6-x) stretching Raman mode. We elucidate that Ti3+ with one unpaired 3d electron provide the local magnetic moments.  相似文献

将超声搅拌悬浮液进样技术应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法,成功地测定了茶叶中铜、铁、锌、锰的含量,此法快速、简单、准确。样品在(80±2)℃烘干4h后,研磨过160目筛,然后加入5mL015%琼脂悬浮液,用超声搅拌混匀后直接上机测定。测定结果与传统湿法一致,t检验表明两者无显著性差异,相对误差<±096%。  相似文献

The nanostructures of high surface area ceria–zirconia colloids have been successfully synthesized via a sonochemical method in the presence of polyethylene glycol 600. Their structural characteristics have been investigated using powder XRD, FESEM, BET surface area, TG, and other techniques. The average size of CeO2–ZrO2 nanoparticles is estimated to be 3.7 nm using Debye–Scherrer’s equation. The BET analysis indicates that colloids CeO2–ZrO2 have a remarkably high surface area of 226 m2 g−1.  相似文献

Densities and ultrasonic speeds of binary mixtures of benzaldehyde with n-hexane and cyclohexane at 30 °C were measured over the entire composition range. From these experimental data, the adiabatic compressibility (K S ), intermolecular free length (L f), acoustic impedance (Z), relative association (R a) and relaxation strength (r) were calculated. Also, the excess adiabatic compressibility (K S E), intermolecular free length (L fE), acoustic impedance (Z E), and ultrasonic velocity (U E) were calculated. The observed variation of these parameters helps in understanding the nature of interactions in these mixtures. Further, theoretical values of the ultrasonic speed were evaluated using theories and empirical relations. The relative merits of these theories and relations were discussed.  相似文献

采用超声在纯水中对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行裁剪, 研究了超声时间对GO片层尺寸、 官能团种类和含量的影响, 探讨了超声裁剪GO的机理. 用原子力显微镜(AFM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物进行观测, 结果表明, 随着超声时间延长, GO片层平均直径从2000 nm减小至200 nm. 红外光谱(FTIR)、 X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及热分析结果表明, 随着超声时间延长, GO的含氧官能团种类没有变化, 但是GO含氧官能团总量逐渐升高, 其中环氧基团含量逐渐下降, 羧酸基团含量变化不大, 酮基基团含量先下降后升高, 羟基基团含量先升高后下降, 醚氧基团含量逐渐升高. 基于上述结果, 提出了超声裁剪GO的机理: 超声空化现象形成的剪切力使GO的碳碳键、 环氧、 酮基基团断裂, GO片层尺寸变小; 在超声诱导下水分子形成的羟基自由基和氢自由基与片层上断裂形成的碳自由基结合生成羟基或醚氧基团, 未发生水解的碳自由基形成新的碳碳键, 长时间的超声作用还会使羟基基团发生断裂并转化成酮基基团. 利用超声在纯水中裁剪GO的条件温和, 不使用其它化学试剂, 可以有效控制GO片层尺寸, 是一种具有应用前景的二维材料裁剪技术.  相似文献

We study three-dimensional Khokhlov–Zabolotskaya–Kuznetsov (KZK) model of the nonlinear hydroacoustics with dissipation. This model is described by third order quasilinear partial differential equation of the (KZK). We obtained that the (KZK) equation admits an infinite Lie group of the transformations, depending on the three arbitrary functions. This is due to the fact that in the (KZK) model the main direction of the wave’s propagation is singled out. The submodels of the (KZK) model.are described by the invariant solutions of the (KZK) equation. We studied essentially distinct, not linked by means of the point transformations, invariant solutions of rank 0 and 1 of this equation. Also we considered the invariant solutions of rank 2 and 3. The invariant solutions of rank 0 and 1 are found either explicitly, or their search is reduced to the solution of the nonlinear integro-differential equations. For example, we obtained the invariant solutions that we called by “Ultrasonic knife” and “Ultrasonic destroyer”. The submodel “Ultrasonic knife” have the following property: at each fixed moment of the time in the field of the existence of the solution near a some plane the pressure increases indefinitely and becomes infinite on this plane. The submodel “Ultrasonic destroyer” contains a countable number of “Ultrasonic knives”. The presence of the arbitrary constants in the integro-differential equations, that determine invariant solutions of rank 1 provides a new opportunities for analytical and numerical study of the boundary value problems for the received submodels, and, thus, for the original (KZK) model. With a help of these invariant solutions we researched a propagation of the intensive acoustic waves (one-dimensional, axisymmetric and planar) for which the acoustic pressure, speed and acceleration of its change, or the acoustic pressure , speed and acceleration of its change in the radial direction, or the acoustic pressure, speed and acceleration of its change in the direction of one of the axes are specified at the initial moment of the time at a fixed point. Under the certain additional conditions, we established the existence and the uniqueness of the solutions of boundary value problems, describing these wave processes. Mechanical relevance of the obtained solutions is as follows: (1) these solutions describe nonlinear and diffraction effects in ultrasonic fields of a special kind, (2) these solutions can be used as a test solutions in the numerical calculations performed in studies of ultrasonic fields generated by powerful emitters. Application of the obtained formula generating the new solutions for the found solutions gives families of the solutions containing three arbitrary functions.  相似文献

This study proposes an elastodynamic time-reversal imaging method for the shape reconstruction of flaws with the traction-free boundary. The proposed method is a generalization of the synthetic aperture focusing technique (SAFT) implemented with the aid of time-reversal back-propagation computation. The reconstruction formula is derived from the boundary condition applied on the flaw boundary without using a diffraction theory yielding an inherently normalized objective function. No restriction is imposed on the wave source or the material properties as long as the wave medium is linearly elastic and lossless. There are two major advantages with the proposed method. First, it is free from ray tracing. The method can thus work with an arbitrary source and the wave modes including inhomogeneous waves. Second, signal conditioning is not required to focus a scattered field to the correct location in the reconstructed image. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the performance and benefits of the proposed method. In the numerical examples, the shape of cavities and cracks in an elastic layer is reconstructed from synthetic data. The results show that the method works well with the reverberating incident fields in which inhomogeneous and body waves coexist. Also demonstrated is that the curvature of the cavities is resolved well at the scale of the incident wave length. Through the numerical examples, the method is shown to be a versatile imaging method potentially useful for ultrasonic nondestructive characterization of small flaws.  相似文献

以混合二甲苯为原料, Mn(Ⅲ)为氧化剂, 硫酸溶液为电解质, 采用槽内式超声电合成甲基苯甲醛. 探讨了选择性电合成甲基苯甲醛的可能性, 通过径向基(RBF)神经网络和遗传算法(GA)对选择性电合成甲基苯甲醛3种异构体的比例、 电流效率与混合二甲苯的用量、 硫酸浓度和电流强度的关系建立预测模型, 并运用GA确定模型中RBF神经网络的目标均方误差(Goal)和径向基函数的分布(Spread). 然后根据预测模型, 使用GA对电合成条件进行优化, 分别获得了电合成产物中对位甲基苯甲醛占优、 邻位和对位甲基苯甲醛占优以及电流效率最高时的电合成条件. 当采用上述条件进行实验时, 模型给出的预测结果分别为: 对位甲基苯甲醛占优的质量分数可达90.01%, 邻位和对位甲基苯甲醛占优的质量分数为80.38%, 电流效率达到最高时的邻位、 间位和对位甲基苯甲醛的质量分数分别为16.80%, 8.43%和74.77%; 而与之相对应的实际实验结果分别为90.10%和79.91%, 以及17.20%, 8.49%和74.31%, 二者之间的最大相对误差小于±2.24%, 表明所建立模型的预测值与实测值基本吻合.  相似文献
