We propose the test statistic to check whether the nonparametric func-tions in two partially linear models are equality or not in this paper. We estimate the nonparametric function both in null hypothesis and the alternative by the local linear method, where we ignore the parametric components, and then estimate the parameters by the two stage method. The test statistic is derived, and it is shown to be asymptotically normal under the null hypothesis.  相似文献

Calcium carbonate crystallization process, especially the prenucleation stage, has increasingly been the subject of several works. In the present work, a simple method based on electrical conductivity modeling applied to the FCP (Fast Controlled Precipitation) method data is used to highlight the role of CaCO3o ion pairs on calcium carbonate prenucleation stage. A good agreement was obtained between the resistivity vs pH curves estimated by the McCleskey model equation and obtained experimentally in a FCP test. Results showed that the nucleation process begins with the formation of CaCO3o ion pairs as pre‐nuclei as soon as the calcite‐equilibrium pH is reached. Additionally CaCO3o content increases with pH to form aggregates, which depend on the saturation state of the solution. Basing on our thermodynamic data, these aggregates do not form amorphous calcium carbonate ACC as an intermediate phase. They lead to the formation of stable calcium carbonate nuclei which will further evolve to crystallize. Furthermore we demonstrate that in addition to their inhibitory effect on the Ca2+ and CO32− association to form ion pairs, the two scale inhibitors sodium triphosphate (STP) and sodium polyacrylate (RPI) reduce ion pairs aggregation rate.  相似文献

Recently developed strategies for late stage modification of peptides through CH activation, an arena of contemporary interest in chemical biology and drug discovery, are discussed. Through this tactic, non-polar amino acids in peptides have been selectively functionalized and CH activation enabled new CC and CX bond formations (arylation, alkynylation, fluorination, hydroxylation, azidation, etc.) are documented. Significant advances have been made in Pd or Au-catalyzed, racemization-free, tryptophan specific modifications of large peptides via CH arylation and alkynylation reactions without any protecting group requirement. Development of a new biaryl stapling technique for complex peptides, 18F radiofluorine introduction and diversity oriented post synthetic applications on bio-active cyclopeptides like valinomycin and aureobasidin are additional highlights which underscores the vast potential of late stage CH activation reactions in peptide based therapeutics research.  相似文献

架设阶段的悬索桥不仅具有显著的几何非线性行为,而且存在材料特性的变异。本文建立了以增量形式表达的非线性摄动法随机有限元列式,并编制了悬索桥静力分析程序SNAP。针对一座国内在建的悬索桥,计算了该桥在某一施工阶段考虑缆索弹性模量随机性时主梁跨中点位移的变化。结果表明,材料随机性的影响十分明显。  相似文献

建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定水中一氯代苯、1,2-二氯苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯6种氯苯类有机物的方法。6种氯苯类有机物的质量浓度与其峰面积在一定的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,方法的检出限为0.002~0.005μg/mL。加标回收率为93.0%~96.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.12%~6.08%。该法可以满足水中该类有机物的测定。  相似文献

An acetylcholinesterase (AChE)‐lecithin biomimetic structure was constructed at the oil/water interface for the direct determination of fenthion in cyclohexane. Indophenol acetate in oil phase was hydrolyzed by AChE at the two‐phase interface to produce indophenol. Square wave voltammetry was used to monitor the current decrease of substrate to assess AChE activity. The AChE incorporated in the lecithin‐based biomimetic layer possessed higher enzymatic activity and was more sensitive to fenthion inhibition than freestanding AChE. A linear relationship between the inhibition percentage and logarithm of fenthion concentration was obtained in a concentration range from 1 ng/mL to 1 mg/mL.  相似文献

The LC–ESI‐MSn method was developed for the analysis and characterization of alkaloids in the extract of E. rutaecarpa (called Wuzhuyu in Chinese). Thirty‐six batches of Wuzhuyu from different locations of China were investigated and the common fingerprinting profile was established with a professional analytical software recommended by the State Food and Drug Administration. Fifteen chemical components of the common peaks were identified by multi‐stage MS. The effects on the chromatographic profile resulting from different collecting locations, harvesting times or storage times were studied. Hierarchical clustering analysis and principal components analysis were also performed to classify and differentiate the 36 batches of the samples. As a result, those which had same chemical properties were sorted into one cluster, which was very useful in evaluating and controlling the quality of Wuzhuyu.  相似文献
