Photo-induced intramolecular electron transfer (PIET) and intramolecular vibrational relaxation (IVR) dynamics of the excited state of rhodamine 6G (Rh6G+) in DMSO are investigated by multiplex transient grating. Two major compo- nents are resolved in the dynamics of Rh6G+. The first component, with a lifetime τTPIET = 140 fs-260 fs, is attributed to PIET from the phenyl ring to the xanthene plane. The IVR process occurring in the range ZIVR = 3.3 ps-5.2 ps is much slower than the first component. The PIET and IVR processes occurring in the excited state of Rh6G+ are quantitatively determined, and a better understanding of the relationship between these processes is obtained. 相似文献

A single multiplex PCR assay capable of simultaneously amplifying nine canine‐specific autosomal STR markers (FH3210, FH3241, FH2004, FH2658, FH4012, REN214L11, FH2010, FH2361 and the newly described C38) was developed for individual identification and parentage testing in domestic dogs. In order to increase genotyping efficiency, amplicon sizes were optimized for a 90–350 bp range, with fluorescently labelled primers for use in Applied Biosystems, Inc., platforms. The performance of this new multiplex system was tested in 113 individuals from a case‐study population and 12 random dogs from mixed‐breed origin. Co‐dominant inheritance of STR alleles was investigated in 101 father, mother and son trios. Expected heterozygosity values vary between 0.5648 for REN214L11 and 0.9050 for C38. The high level of genetic diversity observed for most markers provides this multiplex with a very high discriminating power (matching probability=1.63/1010 and matching probability among siblings=4.9/103). Allele sequences and a proposal for standardized nomenclature are also herein presented, aiming at implementing the use of this system in forensic DNA typing and population genetic studies. This approach resulted in an optimized and well‐characterized canine DNA genotyping system that is highly performing and straightforward to integrate and employ routinely. Although this STR multiplex was developed for use and tested in a case‐study population, the Portuguese breed Cão de Gado Transmontano, it proved to be useful for general identification purposes or parentage testing. 相似文献

Recent research on small-world theory has been expanded upon organizations behavior. However, most individual studies have taken a simplified view of individuals and relationships among members by focusing on a single type of links mainly within dyadic relationships. In reality, members of organizations are interacting with each other and often connected via many types of links within more complex relationships. To explore this complex interaction, this study models organization as network and proposes a multiplex approach that captures the complexity of relationships among members in organizations. This approach accounts for the multiple types of links among members and the multiple roles of members within network organizations. It is illustrated via a case study of a network organization. The case study demonstrates how this approach could capture the many types of relationship among members as well as the various roles that members play within the network organization. Such an approach can yield new insights on how to better manage network organizations. 相似文献

Inspired by aphids, liquid marbles have been studied extensively and have found application as isolated microreactors, as micropumps, and in sensing. However, current liquid‐marble‐based sensing methodologies are limited to qualitative colorimetry‐based detection. Herein we describe the fabrication of a plasmonic liquid marble as a substrate‐less analytical platform which, when coupled with ultrasensitive SERS, enables simultaneous multiplex quantification and the identification of ultratrace analytes across separate phases. Our plasmonic liquid marble demonstrates excellent mechanical stability and is suitable for the quantitative examination of ultratrace analytes, with detection limits as low as 0.3 fmol, which corresponds to an analytical enhancement factor of 5×108. The results of our simultaneous detection scheme based on plasmonic liquid marbles and an aqueous–solid–organic interface quantitatively tally with those found for the individual detection of methylene blue and coumarin. 相似文献

We present the development and performance of a Fourier transformation (FT)‐based Raman spectrometer working with visible laser (532 nm) excitation. It is generally thought that FT‐Raman spectrometers are not viable in the visible range where shot noise limits the detector performance and therein they are outperformed by grating based, dispersive ones. We show that contrary to this common belief, the recent advances of high‐performance interference filters makes the FT‐Raman design a valid alternative to dispersive Raman spectrometers for samples which do not luminesce. We critically compare the performance of our spectrometer to two dispersive ones: a home‐built single channel and a state‐of‐the‐art charge coupled device‐based instruments. We demonstrate a similar or even better sensitivity than the charge coupled device‐based dispersive spectrometer particularly when the laser power density is considered. The instrument possesses all the known advantages of the FT principle of spectral accuracy, high throughput, and economic design. We also discuss the general considerations, which helps the community reassess the utility of the different Raman spectrometer designs. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

采用绝对测量原理的波长调制技术,光纤Bragg光栅可组成并行、串行和阵列WDM拓扑结构.分析表明,光纤Bragg光栅网络的工作原理类似于一个多宽带平面镜.利用光谱仪可测量上述光纤Bragg光栅网络的反射谱,其中,光源是宽带为~40nm的掺饵光纤放大器.当网络中的光纤Bragg光栅受扰动后,受扰光栅的反射谱发生相应的变化,即Bragg波长发生相应的偏移.结果表明,当事先确定了光纤光栅的波长调制范围,反射的峰值波长能反应光纤光栅传感网络的信息.值得注意的是~3nm的波长调制范围可满足~100℃和~2000με的参量测量. 相似文献

To drive the application of surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) mapping in ex vivo diagnostic imaging and non‐biological material characterization, we have designed a robust and accurate multiplex spectral fitting method using an alternating minimization algorithm to extract individual constituent Raman spectra with very small overall fitting error (as low as 2%). For each mixed Raman signal, constituent spectra and mixture coefficients were estimated jointly based on reference spectra that were measured in the lab. Our method is based on a Poisson model to reflect the photon counting nature of Raman signals and includes the nonlinear noise in the measured data, making our method robust against data containing relatively large random noise. In our method, we minimized a cost function consisting of two terms: (1) the overall fitting error between the measured and modeled spectra and (2) the sum of the individual error between each reference spectrum and its corresponding constituent. This method inherently guarantees that the estimates will approach the global minimum with monotonic convergence. The accuracy of our method was validated by applying it to a SERS spectral fitting problem and comparing our results to those from existing methods. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
