随着捷联惯导技术的发展,高速数字信号处理芯片(DSP)在嵌入式组合导航系统中得到了广泛的应用,在这类器件中,大部分没有异步通信串口,使得其与低速设备的通信受到限制。为了使DSP与其他设备通过异步串口进行实时的数据交换,在剖析TL16C752B内部寄存器功能的基础上,结合其在嵌入式组合导航系统中的具体应用,重点研究了TL16C752B的FIFO通信方式的基本过程并设计了通用异步收发器(UART)初始化程序和中断方式接收数据程序。试验结果表明,利用TL16C752B的FIFO通信方式有效地解决了高速DSP和外部低速设备通过异步串口通信的问题,提高了系统串行通信的实时性和可靠性。 相似文献

Using a deuterium UV source, we have investigated the response of a number of commercially available thermoluminescence (TL) dosimeters (TLDs) to UV radiation (UVR), including LiF : Mg, Cu, P (TLD-100 H), CaF2 : Dy (TLD-200), CaF2 : Mn (TLD-400), Al2O3 (TLD-500), 7LiF : Mg, Cu, P (TLD-700 H) and CaSO4 : Dy (TLD-900). The intrinsic method was used to detect UVR, while trap depth and frequency factors were estimated using the initial rise method. We have studied TL intensity as a function of exposure time, observing high sensitivity of TLD-500 to UVR. Conversely, TLD-400 displays weak sensitivity to these same radiations. Although TLD-900 and TLD-200 are both less sensitive to UVR than TLD-500, they each provide a linear response to UVR. The possible use of these phosphors as UV dosimeters has been further appraised, examining thermal fading effects and fading due to light exposure. 相似文献

以位移型退化壳理论为基础,提出了板壳模型的有限变形精确理论,该理论引入转动伪矢量概念,充分发挥刚性线段的运动学模型和有限转动矩和作用,精确表达非线性位移-应变关系,抛弃以往的小位移、小应变、小转动增量乃至小加载小长等各种简化假设,并严格遵循能量共轭关系建立有限元平衡方程,能够可靠和有效地用于板壳结构的大位移、大转动分析。算例表明,该文列式在弹性范围内具明显的平方收敛效率,并且计算结果与加载步长无关。由于不受小加载步长、小转动增量等的限制,实现了板壳几何非线性问题的大步长加载。 相似文献

High doses of ionising radiation are becoming increasingly common for radiation-processing applications of various medical, agricultural and polymer products using gamma and electron beams. The objective of this work was to study thermoluminescence (TL) glow-curve characteristics of commonly used commercial LiF TL phosphors at high doses of radiation with a view to use them in dosimetry of radiation-processing applications. The TL properties of TLD 100 and 700 phosphors, procured from the Thermo-Scientific (previously Harshaw) company, have been studied in the dose range of 1–60 kGy. The shift in glow peaks was observed in this dose range. Integral TL responses of TLD 100 and TLD 700 were found to decrease as a linear function of dose in the range of 5–50 kGy. The paper describes initial results related to the glow-curve characteristics of these phosphors. 相似文献

Abstract We present thermoluminescence (TL) glow curves and optical stimulated luminescence (OSL) response from both KCl:Eu2+ crystals irradiated with soft X-rays (20 KV, 80 μA) and ultraviolet light (230 nm). Two situations take place. First, we observed that for long time F-light bleaching (560 nm) the typical TL glow curve of X-rays irradiated KCl:Eu2+ resembles the TL glow curve of UV-irradiated samples. Second, along with OSL measurements, we have performed a thermal bleaching and we have addressed F and Fz participation in OSL. These results provide us a supportable correlation between F and Fz as responsible centers for OSL and TL processes. 相似文献

基于氯化镁饱和溶液反应体系中,对采用固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme TL IM催化光皮树油脂转化为生物柴油的工艺进行了研究。考察了固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme TL IM催化光皮树油转酯化的工艺中甲醇的用量、固定化脂肪酶的添加量、摇床的转速和反应时间对生物柴油产率的影响。实验结果表明,采用氯化镁饱和溶液反应体系,在醇油摩尔比为3∶1,固定化酶Lipozyme TL IM用量为光皮树油质量的20%,摇床转速为150 r/min,反应8 h时,生物柴油产率最高,达到86.5%。与传统的三步甲醇醇解或者有机溶剂反应体系比较,采用的氯化镁饱和溶液体系的酶稳定性更好,反应效率更高,有效地解决了酶在甲醇中失活的问题,生产成本低,可成为生产生物柴油的新工艺。 相似文献

The automated Risø TL/OSL Reader Model DA-20, often used in dating and retrospective dosimetry, was examined for possible applications in thermoluminescent dosimetry related to radiation protection. The investigations revealed that performance of the DA-20 is comparable with that of the Harshaw 3500 manual reader, which was used as a reference instrument. All studied parameters, like stability, reproducibility, low-dose measuring capabilities, were at the same level or only somewhat inferior to those of Harshaw 3500. In particular, using the highly-sensitive LiF:Mg,Cu,P dosimeters, it is possible to measure doses at the microgray level.The DA-20 reader possesses built-in alpha and beta sources, which cause an increased radiation background. At positions just under the closed sources the dose-rate rises to about 50 μGy/h. When the 90Sr/90Y source is open a quite high dose-rate of 100 mGy/h was measured at the position adjacent to the one being irradiated. Additionally the TLD response to the background radiation significantly depends on the TLD type (atomic number), as the radiation leaking through shielding is composed of low-energy photons. The dose-rate under the closed 241Am source was over 10 times higher, when measured with CaF2 dosimeters, than with LiF.In spite of these problems, the DA-20 reader due to its good stability, reproducibility and sensitivity, combined with such obvious benefits as a 48-dosimeter carousel, temperatures up to 700 °C and full automatics of measurements control, encourages the opinion that the DA-20 Risø reader can be successfully used in practical dosimetric measurements. 相似文献
