压电复合材料宽带横波换能器的实验研究

本文用实验方法研究了２－２压电复合材料的厚度切变特性，定性地给出了２－２压电复合材料的性能与ＰＺＴ相体积百分比，以及与共振频率牟关系。并用这种材料作为换能元件，制作出高灵敏度窄脉冲横波换能器。     

The skew elliptical distributions and their quadratic forms

In this paper, a family of the skew elliptical distributions is defined and investigated. Some basic properties, such as stochastic representation, marginal and conditional distributions, distribution under linear transformations, moments and moment generating function are derived. The joint distribution of several quadratic forms is obtained. An example is given to show that the distributions of some statistics as the functions of the quadratic forms can be derived for various applications.     

低声阻抗复合压电陶瓷的研究及应用

本文研究了我们所配制夹心结构复合压电材料低声阻抗的特性。实验表明，夹心复合压电陶瓷材料的声阻抗，与所用陶瓷材料的种类，气孔率，孔径，样品厚度以及工艺制备过程有关。实验证明，研制特定阻抗的材料是可行的，最后，用研制的新材料成功地应用于混凝土、Ｃ／Ｃ复合材料等非金属材料的超声检测中。     

Synthesis of spherical LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode materials for Li-ion batteries

Spherical LiNi_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3O₂ was successfully prepared by controlled crystallization. The preparation started with the spherical coprecipitate of Ni_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3CO₃ from NiSO₄, CoSO₄, MnSO₄, NH₄HCO₃, and NH₃·H₂O, followed by pyrolysis of Ni_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3CO₃ at 600°C for 3 h. The X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the homogeneous cubic (Ni_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3)₃O₄ was obtained after the pyrolysis. Spherical LiNi_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3O₂ was obtained by sintering of the mixture of as-obtained (Ni_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3)₃O₄ and LiOH·H₂O at 900°C for 6 h in air. As-prepared spherical LiNi_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3O₂ presented initial discharge capacity of 162.9 mA h g⁻¹ and capacity retention of 98% at 50th cycle.     

Dynamic calibration of shock overpressure transducers

Piezoelectric transducers for dynamic overpressure measurements are commonly calibrated with static or quasistatic loads and the calibration is extrapolated to frequencies up to 30% of the resonant frequency of the piezoelectric crystal. Sinusoidal pressure generators are also used for dynamic calibration up to 500 Hz in the range of 3 MPa. This paper describes a method for dynamic calibration using transient overpressures, with rise time of 2 μsec and width 40 μsec, generated by exploding wires in air. The calibration is done in the range of 600 kPa.     

A multiple function sonar rangefinder for divers

The rangefinder described here is a self-contained instrument for hand-held operation by a diver for searching, tracking, navigation and surveying applications. It has four modes: 1 — to measure range to a passive target directly to ± 1 m; 2 — to measure range to a passive target indirectly to ± 0.1 m; 3 — to measure range to a coded transponder to either ± 1 m or ± 0.1 m; 4 — to indicate the presence of multiple targets downrange where each target occurs in a selected range interval. The pulse echo principle is employed, with pulses typically 250 μs long. The carrier frequency of 300 kHz can be altered easily if required by changing the transducer array.

The attractor—basin portrait of a cellular automaton

Local space-time structures, such as domains and the intervening dislocations, dominate a wide class of cellular automaton (CA) behavior. For such spatially-extended dynamics regular domains, vicinities, and attractors are introduced as organizing principles to identify the discretized analogs of attractors, basins, and separatrices: structures used in classifying dissipative continuous-state dynamical systems. We describe the attractor-basin portrait of nonlinear elementary CA rule 18, whose global dynamics is largely determined by a single regular attracting domain. The latter's basin is analyzed in terms of subbasin and portal structures associated with particle annihilation. The conclusion is that the computational complexity of such CA is more apparent than real. Transducer machines are constructed that automatically identify domain and dislocation structures in space-time, count the number of dislocations in a spatial pattern, and implement an isomorphism between rule 18 and rule 90. We use a transducer to trace dislocation trajectories, and confirm that in rule 18, isolated dislocation trajectories, as well as a dislocation gas, agree extremely well with the classical model of annihilating diffusive particles. The CA efficiently transforms randomness of an initial pattern ensemble into a random walk of dislocations in space-time.     

Microwave-assisted synthesis of spherical monodispersed magnesium fluoride

Spherical monodispersed magnesium fluoride has been obtained using the microwave-assisted precipitation technique from magnesium nitrate and ammonium fluoride solutions. Studies aimed at optimizing synthesis conditions from the point of view of preparing spherical MgF₂ particles of possibly high monodispersity were performed. Spherical MgF₂ particles of 0.25-0.36 μm in diameter have been obtained with relative standard deviation from the average value ranging from 7 to 15%. It has been established that a certain optimal range of Mg(NO₃)₂ and NH₄F concentrations exists that enables a highly monodispersed MgF₂ to be prepared. The range is narrow (0.01-0.03 mol dm⁻³) for both precursors. Spherical MgF₂ particles have been characterized by SEM, XRD, DTG/DTA and FTIR techniques.     

线弹簧模型法在含表面裂纹球壳中的应用

本文应用线弹簧模型法,基于Sih.G.C.含二维裂纹球壳理论建立了含表面裂纹球壳的控制方程,采用数值方法选取位移试函数及合理地处理了对偶奇异积分方程使计算大为简化,通过电算实现了计算求解过程,从而获得了球壳表面裂纹前沿各点的应力强度因子之值。 最后将计算结果与考虑“膨胀效应”后的Ncwoun-Raju 解进行了比较,同时研究了曲率因素对表面裂纹线弹性断裂性态的影响。
