Ge_x Si_(1-x)/Si超晶格中纵声学声子的喇曼散射强度研究

本文用光弹理论,在全面考虑了超晶格中两种材料的声速,质量密度和光弹常数存在差别的基础上,计算了Ge_xSi_(1-x)/Si超晶格中折迭纵声学声子的喇曼散射强度,在高达50cm~(-1)的频率范围内,理论值和实验符合得很好。     

RPC读出条的阻抗匹配

文章对高阻板探测器读出条的阻抗匹配问题进行了研究;引入了一个用于计算带状线特性阻抗的经验公式.测量的特性阻抗与经验公式很好地符合,说明这个经验公式可以用于RPC读出条特性阻抗的计算,以改善RPC读出信号的质量,利于RPC探测器性能的测量.     

用正四棱锥形阵对声目标定位研究

文章结合声阵列在智能雷系统中的应用，提出了用立体五元声阵列对声目标进行定位，将智能雷中用于预警的传感器也参与到定位阵列中来，这样就在不增加传感器的条件下实现了市体阵列对声目标的定位。文章推导了定位公式和误差公式，并对结果进行仿真分析，与平面阵相比取得了较好的效果。不但提高了精度还降低了声阵列的盲区。     

Acoustic wavefront imaging

We introduce a new class of experiments which provide graphic insights into the propagation of acoustic waves in anisotropic media. Simply stated, we have devised a means of observing the expanding acoustic wavefront from a point disturbance in a solid. The data may be viewed as a movie or a series of snapshots. The observed wavefronts represent the group-velocity surfaces of acoustic waves, which reflect the basic elastic anisotropy of the solid. The technique has been applied to coherent acoustic waves with frequencies in the megahertz range (at ambient temperatures) and to incoherent heat pulses in the hundred-gigahertz range (at liquid-helium temperatures). In this article, we first provide a pedagogical introduction to wave propagation in elastically anisotropic media, reviewing some early methods for visualizing acoustic waves. Next, we describe the “acoustic wavefront imaging” method and give representative results in crystals and composite materials. Finally, we show how this method relates to recent advances in phonon imaging and internal diffraction of ultrasound.     

Sm_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_3阴极氧还原动力学

利用极化、交流阻抗技术考察了担载于La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3(LSGM)电解质上的Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3-La0.8Sr0.2Ga0.8Mg0.15Co0.05O3(SSC-LSGMC5)复合阴极的氧还原反应动力学.在SSC-LSGMC5阴极氧还原反应的阻抗谱中可以观察到明显的两个半圆.高频环的电导与氧分压无关,低频环的电导正比于氧分压的0.5次方.并且低频环的氧分压级数随着反应温度的降低而减小,可能对应于吸附氧原子的扩散过程.SSC-LSGMC5极化曲线与经典的Butler-Volmer方程吻合.阴、阳极的电荷转移系数均为1左右,交换电流密度的氧分压级数为1/4,对应于电荷转移过程.实验结果显示SSC-LSGMC5上的氧还原反应机制随反应条件的不同而发生变化.     

高聚物固体电解质聚氧化乙烯－溴化铜复阻抗谱及介电常数的静水压效应

采用分子量５００万的聚氧化乙烯和无水溴化铜，通过混溶蒸发法制备成高聚物固体电解质Ｐ（ＥＯ）ｎ－ＣｕＢｒ２薄膜，并在０．１～３００ＭＰａ范围不同的流体静水压下详细测量其复平面阻抗谱，分别得到在不同压力下离子电导率和介电常数与测量频率的关系．进一步解谱准确地求出Ｐ（ＥＯ）ｎ－ＣｕＢｒ２（ｎ＝１２、１６）薄膜离子电导率和介电常数的静水压效应，并结合Ｘ－光物相分析，根据离子迁移通道的物理图象和高聚物的极化机构进行了初步的讨论．添加２０％的增塑剂碳酸丙烯酯，较大改进了压力下的导电性．１２０～３００ＭＰａ的离子电导率提高一个数量级     

尖晶石锂锰氧化物锂离子嵌脱过程的交流阻抗谱研究

用粉末微电极研究了尖晶石锂锰氧化物在不同嵌锂状态下嵌脱锂过程的交流阻 抗图谱，提出了新的等效电路模型。描述锂离子在固体中扩散的Warburg阻抗与累 积或消耗的嵌入电容在Lix MnO4中的x≤0．5时串联，0．5＜x≤1时并联。用提出 的等效电路模型分阶段拟合了实验所得的交流阻抗谱，拟合值与实验值相当吻合， 由拟合结果得到不同电位下锂离子在表面膜中的迁移电阻和电容，界面电荷传递电 阻，双层电容，锂离子在固体中扩散系数和累积或消耗的嵌入电容。     

A novel gel polymer electrolyte based on poly ionic liquid 1-ethyl 3-(2-methacryloyloxy ethyl) imidazolium iodide

Poly ionic liquid 1-ethyl 3-(2-methacryloyloxy ethyl) imidazolium iodide (PEMEImI) as a single-ion conductor was designed and synthesized. When appropriate amount of suitable plasticizers, I₂ and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were incorporated into it, the complex formed gel polymer electrolyte. Chemical structure, thermal behavior and ionic conductive properties of the gel polymer electrolyte were investigated by Raman spectra, UV-Vis spectra, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and complex impedance analysis, respectively. For the new gel polymer electrolyte, the ionic conductivity of about 1 × 10⁻³ S cm⁻¹ at room temperature was achieved.     

Characterization of Carbon Film Electrodes for Electroanalysis by Electrochemical Impedance

The interfacial behavior of electrodes fabricated from carbon film resistors of 2 and 20 Ω in supporting electrolyte solutions of varying pH used in electroanalytical experiments has been characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy with complementary cyclic voltammetric experiments. Equivalent circuits are proposed to fit the experimental data and the influence of electrode pretreatment has also been investigated.
