Entanglement Dynamics of Strongly-AC-Driven Superconducting Qubits in Circuit QED

We study the entanglement dynamics between two strongly-AC-driven superconducting charge qubits coupled collectively to a zero temperature, dissipative resonator and find an unusual feather that the competing of creation and annihilation of entanglement can lead to entanglement increasing, sudden death and revival. We also calculate the dependence of the death time on the initial state of the system.     

Simple Scheme for Realizing the General Conditional Phase Shift Gate and aSimulation of Quantum Fourier Transform in Circuit QED

We propose a theoretical scheme for realizing the generalconditional phase shift gate of charge qubits situated in ahigh-Q superconducting transmission line resonator. Thephase shifting angle can be tuned from 0 to 2π by simplyadjusting the qubit-resonator detuning and the interaction time.Based on this gate proposal, we give a detailed procedure toimplement the three-qubit quantum Fourier transform withcircuit quantum electrodynamics (QED). A careful analysis of thedecoherence sources shows that the algorithm can be achieved with ahigh fidelity using current circuit QED techniques.

Analysis of each branch current of serial solar cells by using an equivalent circuit model

In this paper,based on the equivalent single diode circuit model of the solar cell,an equivalent circuit diagram for two serial solar cells is drawn.Its equations of current and voltage are derived from Kirchhoff’s current and voltage law.First,parameters are obtained from the I–V(current–voltage)curves for typical monocrystalline silicon solar cells(125 mm×125 mm).Then,by regarding photo-generated current,shunt resistance,serial resistance of the first solar cell,and resistance load as the variables.The properties of shunt currents(Ish1and Ish2),diode currents(ID1and ID2),and load current(IL)for the whole two serial solar cells are numerically analyzed in these four cases for the first time,and the corresponding physical explanations are made.We find that these parameters have different influences on the internal currents of solar cells.Our results will provide a reference for developing higher efficiency solar cell module and contribute to the better understanding of the reason of efficiency loss of solar cell module.

随着集成电路产业链的全球化,硬件木马电路（HTH）日益成为潜在的威胁．木马电路的隐蔽性、多样性和植入层次的丰富性给木马电路的检测造成了困难．现有HTH检测方法多数通过测量比较功耗、时延等侧信道信息的方式展开,这些方法都需要存在基准设计．通过比较现有不同层次检测方法的特性,提出了HTH检测领域的发展趋势：注重高层次设计的检测、不同检测方法的效果衡量以及容忍工艺误差和测试噪声等干扰因素的更准确检测技术．

阈值电路特性对腔衰荡光谱测量影响的实验研究

腔衰荡光谱技术(cavity ring-down spectroscopy, CRDS)是一种高灵敏的激光吸收光谱技术,被广泛应用于镜片反射率测量、光谱分析以及痕量气体检测等研究领域。首先从理论上描述了CRDS技术的实验原理,然后基于555定时器自行设计了一种可应用于CRDS技术的阈值电路,并通过实验进行了验证。为了优化阈值电路的性能,研究了不同输入阻抗及容抗下阈值电路对衰荡事件测量的影响。通过直接接入不同值的电容与电阻,发现输入电容越大,输入阻抗越小,对衰荡事件的测量影响越大,尤其当阈值电路输入电阻小于50 Ω时,衰荡事件的线型严重扭曲。对不同输入电阻与输入电容时C₂H₂气体在6 531.780 5 cm-1处的吸收信号进行了采集与分析,发现输入电容与输入电阻的改变对测量结果有很大的影响,得到的吸收信号会失真,甚至无法进行拟合。最终给出了阈值电路的最佳设计方案,在阈值电路的设计中选取的输入阻抗越大越好,最小要在100 Ω以上,选取的容抗越小越好,最好低于1 nF,同时要保证阈值电路的时间常数远小于衰荡时间。该研究对于CRDS技术应用过程中阈值电路的设计具有重要的参考价值。     

A fractional order hyperchaotic system derived from Liu system and its circuit realization

In this paper we propose a novel four-dimensional fractional order hyperchaotic system derived from Liu system. Electronics workbench (EWB) and Matlab simulations show the dynamical behavior of the proposed four-dimensional fractional order hyperchaotic system. Finally, after separately using EWB and Matlab, an electronic circuit is designed to realize the novel four-dimensional fractional order hyperchaotic system and the experimental circuit results are obtained which are identical to software simulations.
