Thin films of TiO2 with high volume fraction (40–55%) and crystallite size (6–40 nm) of CdTe nanoparticles had been prepared by rf magnetron sputtering from a composite TiO2:CdTe target at room temperature and 373 K. A detailed optical properties of nanocrystalline CdTe:TiO2 films as-deposited and after thermal treatment (300 °C) are studied. The absorbance of the TiO2 films with CdTe nanocrystallite dispersions depends both on the nanocrystallite size and volume fraction. The blue-shifts of the optical absorption edge concurrent with the CdTe nanocystal size reduction for as-deposited and after thermal treatment of nanocrystalline CdTe:TiO2 thin films with respect to the bulk semiconductor agrees quite well with the strong quantum confinement theory. A slight deviation in absorption edge values than the predicted values from the strong quantum confinement model can be attributed to change in interplanar distance due to oxygen incorporation and inhomogeneous size distribution of CdTe nanocrystallites in these films. 相似文献

Fluoroalkyl end-capped acrylic acid oligomer-encapsulated magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by the coprecipitation of aqueous ferric and ferrous ions in the presence of the corresponding oligomers under alkaline conditions. The dynamic light scattering measurements showed that these fluorinated oligomer magnetic nanoparticles were encapsulated in the self-assemblies of fluoroalkyl end-capped oligomers. Fluoroalkyl end-capped oligomer-encapsulated magnetic nanoparticles thus obtained were applied to the dispersion of magnetic particles on the poly(methyl methacrylate) film surface to exhibit not only the surface active property imparted by fluorine but also magnetic behavior toward a permanent magnet. 相似文献

体声波滤波器由于其低插损、小尺寸、高带外抑制等特性,随着第三代移动通信以及蓝牙技术的发展而得到广泛研究,而MEMS技术和压电薄膜制备技术的进一步发展使高性能的体声波滤波器制作成为可能.我们以单晶MgO作为器件衬底,MgO/NbN多层结构作为AIN薄膜体声波器件的反射器,NBN/AIN/NbN三层结构为谐振器.在这样的多层结构的设计中由于各种材料之间的晶格失配小,可以获得从几十纳米到几百纳米厚度不等的单晶AIN薄膜.通过控制AIN薄膜和NbN薄膜的不同厚度,可以获得不同频段范围的谐振器.压电薄膜的质量,以及体声波在多层结构界面上的能量损耗,直接影响到谐振器电学性能.基于AIN材料的压电性能,设计了NBN/AIN/NBN三层结构的谐振器,并进行了数值模拟. 相似文献

研究了用He/Ar混合溅射气体的直流磁控溅射制备钛膜中,He的掺入现象.分析结果表明,大量的He原子(He/Ti原子比高达56%)被均匀地引入到Ti膜中,其He含量可由混合溅射气体的He分量精确控制.通过调节溅射参数,可实现样品中He的低损伤引入.研究还发现,溅射沉积的含氦Ti膜具有较高的He成泡剂量和高的固He能力,这可能是溅射沉积形成了纳米晶Ti膜所致.纳米晶Ti膜较粗晶材料具有很高浓度的He捕陷中心,使He泡密度增大而泡尺寸减小.随He引入量的增加,Ti膜的晶粒尺寸减小,He引起的晶体点阵参数和X射线衍射峰宽度增大,晶体的无序程度增加.Helium trapping in the Ti films deposited by DC magnetron sputtering with a He/Ar mixture was studied. He atoms with a surprisingly high concentration (He/Ti atomic ratio is as high as 56%)incorporate evenly in deposited film. The trapped amount of He can be controlled by the helium partial amount. The introduction of the helium with no extra damage(or very low damage) can be realized by choosing suitable deposition conditions. It was also found that because of the formation of nanophase Ti film a relative high He flux for bubble formation is needed and the amount of the retain He in sputtering Ti films is much higher than that in the coarse grain Ti films. The nanophase Ti film can accommodate larger concentration of trapped sites to He, which results in a high density and small size of the He bubbles. With the increasing He irradiation flux, the grain size of Ti film decreases and the lattice spacing and width of the X ray diffraction peak increase due to the He introduction, and the film tends to amorphous phase. 相似文献

We present a hydrothermal method to deposit PZT films. It uses a single-step hydrothermal process and user-friendly precursors. Pb(Zr0.52,Ti0.48)O3 polycrystalline films, 5–10 μm thick, were produced in an aqueous basic solution (4M KOH) on a titanium substrate in a closed autoclave at 180 °C. The flow of a viscous liquid film down a vertical cylinder in the gravity field is considered. In the case of small Reynolds numbers for long-wave perturbations on a cylinder of radius much greater than the film thickness, the problem can be reduced to a single nonlinear equation for the evolution of the film thickness perturbation. For axially symmetric solutions, this equation coincides with the well-known Sivashinsky-Kuramoto equation. The results of a numerical analysis of this equation for three-dimensional stationary traveling solutions of the problem are reported.
