直流磁控溅射沉积含He钛膜的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了用He/Ar混合溅射气体的直流磁控溅射制备钛膜中,He的掺入现象.分析结果表明,大量的He原子(He/Ti原子比高达56%)被均匀地引入到Ti膜中,其He含量可由混合溅射气体的He分量精确控制.通过调节溅射参数,可实现样品中He的低损伤引入.研究还发现,溅射沉积的含氦Ti膜具有较高的He成泡剂量和高的固He能力,这可能是溅射沉积形成了纳米晶Ti膜所致.纳米晶Ti膜较粗晶材料具有很高浓度的He捕陷中心,使He泡密度增大而泡尺寸减小.随He引入量的增加,Ti膜的晶粒尺寸减小,He引起的晶体点阵参数和X射线衍射峰宽度增大,晶体的无序程度增加.Helium trapping in the Ti films deposited by DC magnetron sputtering with a He/Ar mixture was studied. He atoms with a surprisingly high concentration (He/Ti atomic ratio is as high as 56%)incorporate evenly in deposited film. The trapped amount of He can be controlled by the helium partial amount. The introduction of the helium with no extra damage(or very low damage) can be realized by choosing suitable deposition conditions. It was also found that because of the formation of nanophase Ti film a relative high He flux for bubble formation is needed and the amount of the retain He in sputtering Ti films is much higher than that in the coarse grain Ti films. The nanophase Ti film can accommodate larger concentration of trapped sites to He, which results in a high density and small size of the He bubbles. With the increasing He irradiation flux, the grain size of Ti film decreases and the lattice spacing and width of the X ray diffraction peak increase due to the He introduction, and the film tends to amorphous phase.  相似文献

为了实现激光约束核聚变(ICF)的自持聚变目标,对靶壳内氘氚冰的质量提出了极其苛刻的要求,冰层内表面和靶壳的同心度要求大于99.9%,冰层内表面均方根粗糙度(RMS)优于1μm.高质量的冷冻氘氚靶建立在靶壳内高质量氘氚冰层的前提之上.单晶是冰层的最好形态,在靶壳内获得氘氚冰籽晶是基础条件.本文通过采用逐渐降低升温速率的台阶控温方法,开展了充气微管内保留籽晶的研究,揭示了充气微管内保留籽晶的形核机理,实验结果表明,利用充气管口可保留稳定、单一的籽晶,在相同的过冷度下,当氘氚籽晶c轴方向与充气管轴向平行时,生长速度较c轴垂直于充气管轴向时的速度慢约1—2个量级,为获得高质量的籽晶从而形成高质量的氘氚冰提供了参考和支撑.  相似文献

A new method prepared for helium and hydrogen co-containing Zr films is presented to simulate aging metal tritides, in which direct current magnetron sputtering with a He/H/Ar mixture is used. The retained amount and depth profiles of helium and hydrogen are determined by elastic recoil detection analysis. Thermal desorption spectrometry is applied to investigate He thermal release and the effect of hydrogen. It is found that the hightemperature peaks with a large mount of helium release obviously shifted toward lower temperature at high hydrogen concentration, especially at the hydride transformation region, and that the shapes of the release peaks also changed due to the additional hydrogen. However, at the low-temperature releasing region the peak intense decreases when phase transformation takes place. The mechanism of helium thermal release and the effect of hydrogen are also discussed.  相似文献

运用Monte-Carlo方法结合半经验理论研究了高速H2+离子轰击C靶诱发二次电子的发射行为与入射角的关系。分别研究了电子发射产额与入射角以及发射统计性与入射角的关系。结果表明,由于H2+上的价电子的影响使得背向电子发射产额不遵守余弦倒数关系。斜入射时候的前向与背向电子产额的比值跟正入射时的情况不同。电子的发射统计跟入射角没有关系。标志偏离Poission分布的值 b,随入射能量的增加而增大。  相似文献

Carbon is deposited on C and Si substrates by rf magnetron plasma sputtering in a D2 atmosphere. The deposited layers are examined with ion beam analysis and thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS). The growth rates of the layers deposited on Si decrease with increasing substrate temperature, while increase significantly with the increase of D2 pressure. Meanwhile, the deuterium concentrations in the layers deposited on the Si substrates decrease front 30% to 2% and front 31% to 1% on the C substrates, respectively, when the substratc temperature varies from 350K to 90OK. Similarly, the D concentration in the layer on the Si substrates increases from 3.4% to 47%, and from 8% to 35% on the C substrates when the D2 pressure increases from 0.3Pa to 8.OPa. D desorption characterized by TDS is mainly in the forms of D2, HD, HDO, CD4, and C2D4, and a similar release peak occm% at 645K. The release peak olD2 molecules at 960K can be attributed to the escaped gas from the thin co-deposited deuterium-rich carbon layer in the form of C D bonding.  相似文献

Helium-containing Ti Glms are prepared using magnetron sputtering in the helium-argon atmosphere. Isochronal annealing at different temperatures for an hour is employed to reveal the behaviour of helium bubble growth. Ion beam analysis is used to measure the retained helium content. Helium can release largely when annealing above 970K. A thermal helium desorption spectroscopy system is constructed for assessment of the evolution of helium bubbles in the annealed samples by linear heating (OAK/s) from room temperature to 1500K. Also, Doppler broadening measurements of positron annihilation radiation spectrum are performed by using changeable energy positron beam. Bubble coarsening evolves gradually below 680K, migration and coalescence of small bubbles dominates in the range of 68-970 K, and the Ostwald ripening mechanism enlarges the bubbles with a massive release above 970K.  相似文献

Based on a lognormal particle size distribution, this paper makes a model analysis on the polydispersity effects on the magnetization behaviour of diluted ferrofluids. Using a modified Langevin relationship for the lognormal dis- persion, it first performs reduced calculations without material parameters. From the results, it is extrapolated that for the ferrofluid of lognormal polydispersion, in comparison with the corresponding monodispersion, the saturation magnetization is enhanced higher by the particle size distribution. It also indicates that in an equivalent magnetic field, the lognormally polydispersed ferrofluid is magnetically saturated faster than the corresponding monodispersion. Along the theoretical extrapolations, the polydispersity effects are evaluated for a typical ferrofluid of magnetite, with a dispersity of σ = 0.20. The results indicate that the lognormal polydispersity leads to a slight increase of the saturation magnetization, but a noticeable increase of the speed to reach the saturation value in an equivalent magnetic field.  相似文献
