We have studied the Raman features characteristics of defects generated in graphite under high stress conditions. Defects are generated in pristine highly oriented pyrolytic graphite by squeezing the samples in a high‐pressure anvil cell and monitored in situ by Raman spectroscopy. On the basis of our Raman measurements and existing literature correlations, we conclude that vacancies and grain boundaries are generated during compression–decompression cycles, being the defects mostly generated during the decompression stage. Our results demonstrate that the relative intensities of the D, D′, and (D + D′) bands are strongly correlated. Which is important for practical application of Raman spectroscopy in the characterization of carbon materials is that such correlations are essentially constant over the whole stress range covered in the experiments (~7 GPa). An additional interesting result concerns the relative intensities of the denoted 2D1 and 2D2 contributions, which are correlated with the intensity of the G band; the intensity ratio between both features is modified by stress indicating that the stress affects the stacking order of pristine graphite. Finally, we find that the decrease in intensity of the 2D2 band with decreasing crystallite size found in existing studies on unstrained graphite remains under stress conditions. The diamond photonic crystal with dielectric rods has been modified to enlarge the fundamental band gap. By planarizing the diamond structure and reducing the thickness of the hexagonal meshes, the band gap can be increased substantially. The band gap is 29% for a refractive index contrast of 3.6. The modified structure is amenable to fabrication at optical and infrared wavelengths using state-of-the-art silicon-processing methods. 根据高光谱图像较强的谱间相关性,提出一种基于谱间线性滤波的高光谱图像压缩感知方法.高光谱图像进行压缩重构时,利用相邻波谱的谱间相关性,对重构的当前帧与前一谱段的重构图像进行谱间线性滤波,降低了重构帧的噪音信息,纠正了重构帧的轮廓信息,从而提高重构质量.在进行谱间线性滤波时,保留重构帧的低频系数,高频系数与前一波谱重构图像的高频小波变换系数进行线性加权求和,达到滤波的效果.通过实验表明,该方法能够有效提升图像重构质量,并降低重构时间. 相似文献

In this paper, we analyze the effect of both deter- ministic and random perturbations of a regular multi-layered elastic structure on its stop band properties. The tool of choice is the transfer matrix method, which is both versatile and easy to implement. In both cases, we find that the stop-bands widen. We observe the appearance of very narrow pass-bands within the stop-bands, which can be observed in other instances in optics. 相似文献

We investigate ultracold fermionic atoms in the trilayer honeycomb lattice. In the low energy approximation, we derive an effective Hamiltonian for pseudospins. The energy spectrum shows a cubic form of the wavevector and is gapless. The quasiparticles and quasiholes are chiral and show Berry's phase π when thewavevector adiabatically evolves along a closed circle. Properties of the superdeformed bands of odd-odd nuclei in A~130 mass region are investigated systematically within the supersymmetry scheme including many-body interactions and a perturbation possessing the SO(5) (or SU(5)) symmetry on the rotational symmetry. The obtained γ-ray energies, the dynamical moments of inertia, and energy differences △Eγ - △Eγ^ref agree wlth experimental data. Positive-parity doublet bands were reported in ~(120)I. Based on these, we discuss the corresponding experimental characteristics, including rotational alignment, and re-examine the corresponding configuration assignment.The self-consistent tilted axis cranking relativistic mean-field calculations indicate that the doublet bands are built on the configuration πh_(11/2)■νh_(11/2)~(-1). By adopting the two quasiparticles coupled with a triaxial rotor model, the excitation energies, energy staggering parameter S(I), B(M1)/B(E2), effective angles, and K plots are discussed and compared with available data. The obtained results support the interpretation of chiral doublet bands for the positive-parity doublet bands in ~(120)I, and hence identify this nucleus as the border of the A ≈ 130 island of chiral candidates. 相似文献
